Implementation of Responsive Web-based Vessel Auxiliary Equipment and Pipe Condition Diagnosis Monitoring System (반응형 웹 기반 선박 보조기기 및 배관 상태 진단 모니터링 시스템 구현)

  • The alarm monitoring technology applied to existing operating ships manages data items such as temperature and pressure with AMS (Alarm Monitoring System) and provides an alarm to the crew should these sensing data exceed the normal level range. In addition, the maintenance of existing ships follows the Planned Maintenance System (PMS). whereby the sensing data measured from the equipment is monitored and if it surpasses the set range, maintenance is performed through an alarm, or the corresponding part is replaced in advance after being used for a certain period of time regardless of whether the target device has a malfunction or not. To secure the reliability and operational safety of ship engine operation, it is necessary to enable advanced diagnosis and prediction based on real-time condition monitoring data. To do so, comprehensive measurement of actual ship data, creation of a database, and implementation of a condition diagnosis monitoring system for condition-based predictive maintenance of auxiliary equipment and piping must take place. Furthermore, the system should enable management of auxiliary equipment and piping status information based on a responsive web, and be optimized for screen and resolution so that it can be accessed and used by various mobile devices such as smartphones as well as for viewing on a PC on board. This update cost is low, and the management method is easy. In this paper, we propose CBM (Condition Based Management) technology, for autonomous ships. This core technology is used to identify abnormal phenomena through state diagnosis and monitoring of pumps and purifiers among ship auxiliary equipment, and seawater and steam pipes among pipes. It is intended to provide performance diagnosis and failure prediction of ship auxiliary equipment and piping for convergence analysis, and to support preventive maintenance decision-making.

  • This study aims to develop a digital twin and big data-based port infrastructure control system that reflects smart maintenance technology. It is a technology that can evaluate aging and disaster risk by converting heterogeneous data such as sensing data and image data acquired from port infrastructure into big data, visualized in a digital twin-based control system, and comprehensively analyzed. The meaning of big data to express the physical world and processes by combining data, which are the core components of the virtual world, and the matters to be reflected in each stage of securing, processing, storing, analyzing and utilizing necessary big data, and we would like to define methods for linking with IT resources.

  • 우리나라에서 무역이 차지하는 비중이 적지 않다는 점은 누구나가 주지하고 있는 사실이다. 이와 관련하여 관련 당사자들은 이러한 무역을 통한 경제성장을 위하여 치열한 노력을 경주하고 있으나, 현실적으로 저임금 노동력을 바탕으로 한 개도국 제품과 고도의 기술력을 바탕으로 하고 있는 선진 제국의 틈바구니에서 어려운 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 이를 물류의 측면에서 살펴 본다면 제반 경쟁국에 비해 관련 물류비 역시 높은 실정으로서 전자무역의 환경하에서 이러한 물류업체들의 현황은 어느 정도 수준이며, 이와 관련된 제반 문제점은 무엇인가를 규명하고 그 대용방안을 모색하고져 한다.

A Study on the Development Direction of Export and Import Logistics Service in e-Trade (전자무역의 수출입 물류서비스 개발방향에 관한 연구)

  • These days international trade has been converting to e-Trade formation. At this point, Korea has been striving for the trade facilitation; reducing logistics cost and improving foreign competitiveness by computerization operations of the maritime transportation that logistics and customs clearance are involved. However, due to the substantial characteristic of logistics service, the necessity of flexible and various logistics service development using internet has been strongly suggested. In particular, the logistics service which could share documents related to international physical movement between shippers and logistics organization. In this regard, this study carried out interview to explore the problems of physical distribution service and to suggest development direction of e-logistics service. The reason why this survey carried out is that most of users want more effective e-logistic service that could diminish successively real expense decrease. After analysis of survey results, this paper presents the basic development direction and emphasis development subjects. Therefore, the basic direction is presented from four viewpoints; customer-oriented approach, service-oriented approach, total approach and step-by-step implementation. Furthermore six development subjects; web-based standard module development for small and medium forwarders, development of standard logistics ERP system, collaboration model between KTNET and KLNET, system improvement for real users, on-demand system building for SMEs and connection with legacy system have been required.
