전동차 BOM 관리 시스템 개발 (Implementation of BOM Management System for Electric Multiple Unit)

  • There are many types of BOM, such as EBOM, MBOM, As-Built BOM, As-Designed BOM, Generic BOM, Customized BOM, etc. We should define an adequate BOM to achieve some purposes. In this paper, we proposed BOM structure for EMU Maintenance Information System. First of all, we define Master BOM including all part's information, such as 2D/3D drawings, images, specification, etc. And then we define Object BOM that is functional structure for someone to achieve maintenance works. Object BOM will be applied to configure sales orders, explode aggregate forecasts, and calculate standard cost.

  • BaM films have a lot of advantage of chemical stability and mechanical stability as compared with a metallic thin film. In this paper, (Ba.Pb)M films have been prepared by using dc magnetron sputtering system and the dependences of their crystallographic characteristics and magnetic properties on oxygen pressure($Po_{2}$) were studied. The films prepared at $Po_{2}$ of around 0.02mTorr exhibit a fine particle-like structure and ${\Delta}{\theta}_{50}$ is as small as $1^{\circ}$. $Hc_{\bot},\;Hc_{//}$ and Ms of (Ba.Pb)M films are 700-800Oe, 200Oe and 180-230emu/cc, respectively.

  • Ni0.65Zn0.35Cu0.3Fe1.7O4의 결정학적 및 자기적 성질을 X-선 회절법과 Mossbauer 분광법, 진동시료 자화율 측정기(VSM)로 연구하였다. 결정구조는 cubic spinel 구조이며, 격자상수 a0=8.403$\AA$임을 알았다. Mossbauer 스펙트럼은 12K부터 665K까지 취하였으며, 온도가 상승함에 따라 Mossbauer 스펙트럼의 line broadening 현상이 나타났다. 이는 철의 자리에서 여러 다른 초미세자기장의 온도의존성으로부터 기인된다고 볼 수 있고, 분포함수 모델을 사용하여 실온에서 사면체자리[A자리], 팔면체자리[B자리]의 초미세자기장값 Hhf(A)=470kOe, Hhf(B0)=495kOe, Hhf(B1)=485kOe, Hhf(B2)=453kOe, Hhf(B3)=424kOe, Hhf(B4)=390kOe, Hhf(Bavr.)=451kOe을 얻었다. 실온에서 이성질체 이동결과 A, B자리 모두 Fe+3임을 알았고, Neel 온도 TN=665K로 결정하였다. VSM 실험결과 실온에서 포화자화값은 66emu/g이고 보자력은 36Oe를 나타냈다.

  • The films with ferromagnetic fine particles dispersed in nonmagnetic matrix, such as $Fe-Al_2O_3$ and Fe-Cu have been studied for use of magnetic recording medium, optically device and sensor. Their magnetic properties depend strongly on structural parameter such as size and volume fraction of ferromagnetic particles. Fe-Cr-Ni alloy sputtered films also have microstructure with ferromagnetic -- b.c.c phase and nonmagnetic f.c.c phase grains. Magnetic properties of these films depend strongly on such a unique structure. These are depend on the ratio in volume of ferromagnetic particles to nonmagnetic ones $V_F/V_N$, the saturation magnetization Ms increased with increase of $V_F/V_N$. The coercivity Hc of the as-deposited films took maximum value of about 200 Oe at adequate $V_F/V_N$ and then Ms and Squareness S were 500 emu/cc and 0.5, respectively.(omitted)

  • This study focuses on finding ECO driving patterns which consider driving safety of the ATO system train and reliability and which optimize efficiency of the driving energy consumption. Research results derived by performing simulation of those 5 models show that the emergency braking which affects safety of passenger and the machinery is minimized, and safe driving speed is maintained by the prohibition of drastic acceleration/deceleration, coasting and constant-speed driving. Therefore if this result is applied to the urban railway train by amending or making ATO program to save energy usage that improve environmental quality, its effects as ECO driving pattern is huge.

  • In the braking process of rolling stocks, the equivalent braking force is applied to the all bogies. However, the load applied to the front and rear bogie are different in the actual commercial traveling. In the case, since the different slip situation is occurred in each bogie, it is essential to use the independent anti-slip control per bogie unit in order to reduce the loss of braking force. In this paper, the mathematical modeling about bogie unit braking is proposed and verified.

Magnetization of Ultrafine Cadmium Ferrite Particles

  • Ultrafine cadmium ferrite particles have been investigated by X-ray diffractometry, transmission electron microscopy and SQUID magnetometry. All peaks of X-ray diffraction patterns are broad, but correspond to a cubic spinel structure with the lattice constant of 8.65 $\AA$. The average particle size determined by TEM is 9.7 nm and the size distribution of particles is not normal, but lognormal. The maximal magnetization measured at 5 K was 17.7 emu/g. The experimental data show a transi-tion from a disorder ferrimagnetic phase to a spin-glass phase (i.e. reentrant behavior) with a freezing temperature (T$\_$f/) of 30 K. Superparamagnetic behavior of the particles is confirmed by the coincidence of the plots of M vs. H/T for 100 and 300 K.

  • In order to establish preventive maintenance standards through analysis & reliability prediction of about 60,000pcs of 20kindsof relays and contractors used for Seoul subway trains, several life prediction methodologies were applied. Firstly, Occurrence, Severity, Detection were defined and predicted by applying operation characteristic of EMU to the number of actions of relays & contactors which the manufacturers generally offer as the life cycle data. Secondly, failure distribution and average life of parts were analyzed through interpretation of field data based on a lot of experience which had built up in the field for a long time. Finally, using the 217PLUS standard as a reliability prediction program, comparative analysis of use reliability and inherent reliability was done through reliability prediction at the part level and system level.

  • FMEA and FTA have been widely applied to the safety studies for railway systems respectively. But it would be more effective to use these two methods at a same time because these are complementary. This article suggests a FMEA-FTA combined analysis technique to evaluate the risk for railway systems. A FMEA-FTA combined risk evaluation model and process are proposed and a case study is dealt with for PBU(Pneumatic Breaking Unit), a major subsystem of a railway vehicle.

Flux Growth of $CoFe_{1.9}Dy_{0.1}O_4$ Single Crystals and its Magnetic Properties

  • We studied the effect of Dy content on the magnetic properties of cobalt ferrite single crystal. The $CoFe_{1.9}Dy_{0.1}O_4$ single crystals were grown by the flux method by using $Na_2B_4O_{7.}10H_2O$ (Borax) as a solvent (flux). The black and shiny single crystals were obtained as a product. The X-ray diffraction test at room temperature confirmed the spinel cubic symmetry with lattice constant a = $8.42{\AA}$ of the single crystals. The presences of constitute elements (Co, Fe and Dy) was endorsedby EDAX analysis. The saturation magnetization (Ms) of $CoFe_{1.9}Dy_{0.1}O_4$ single crystals was measured and is found to be 72emu/g or equivalently $3.2{\mu}B$/f.u. at 300 K. The observed Ms and coercivity (Hc) is found to be lower than that of pure $CoFe_2O_4$.
