It is within bounds to say that the mood expressed in the Scenes of 3D Animation influences by mostly setting up of 3D CG lighting. Tn the context of CG, lighting is the process of illuminating digital scenes in an artistic and technical manner so the audience can perceive what the director intends to display on the screen with the appropriate clarity and mood. The lighting has the role of making the scenes beautiful and harmonious as an aesthetics of light and color created and controlled by people. It can be also stylized in symbolic and metaphorical methods environmental mood which we pursue to expose and story which we want to express. It thus appears that the concept of lighting style is intimately related to the particular context and art direction of animation film. But unfortunately, there are no foolproof formulas to the process of lighting a scene. In short, the lighting contributes to define the style of the scene as a conditional lighting setups' elements including position, color, intensity, shadow's area and scope. But at the same time, we must not overlook the artistic aspects that the lighting might suggest over all moods the animation genre and the style of scene like tranquility, suspense, and high-drama.

최근 영상 자료의 저장과 검색을 위한 시스템이 많이 연구되고 있다. 방대한 양의 영상 자료를 디지털화하여 파일로 저장하고 영상에 관한 각종 정보를 데이터 베이스로 구성한 뒤, 키워드 등을 사용하여 필요한 영상을 네트워크를 통하여 검색하고 이것을 편집 등에 활용할 수 있도록 하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 영상을 데이터베이스로 구축하기 위해 선행되어야 할 것은 연속적인 장면마다 또는 의미 있는 장면마다 영상을 분류하는 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG 비트스트림을 분석하여 장면 전환 지점을 자동으로 찾는 실험을 워크스테이션을 통하여 시행하였으며 기존 실행한 실험을 바탕으로 PC상에서 동영상 검색 시스템을 구현하였다. 동영상 검색 시스템은 뉴스, 드라마는 물론 각종 보안 영상 등 다양한 분야의 영상을 분석하여 장면 전환 지점을 찾고, 각 장면의 대표 영상을 저장한 뒤, 네트워크 환경에서 동영상을 검색할 수 있도록 만든 시스템이다.

본 논문에서는 내용 기반 음악 정보 검색에 음악의 temporal 특징을 이용한 검색 방법을 제안한다. 방송환경에 적용하기 위해 검색 범위를 드라마나 영화의 배경 음악으로 사용되는 OST 앨범으로 제한하였다. 오디오의 특징 벡터로써 UFCC(Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient)를 사용하였으며 이 특징 벡터를 이용하여 VQ(Vector Quantization)로 부호화한 codeword로 오디오 신호의 시변 특성을 표현한다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 음악의 temporal 특성을 반영한 codeword-sequence를 이용하는 방법을 pitch-histogram을 기반으로 하는 방법 및 MFCC codeword-histogram을 기반으로 하는 방법과 비교하고 성능 개선을 보여주었다.

한류 열풍이 확산되면서 한류 관광을 목적으로 하는 한류 관광객이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 추세에 따라 한류 관광객을 위한 한류 관광 정보 제공 웹페이지를 설계하고 구현하였다. 영화, 드라마, 예능 등 작품을 키워드로 하여 출연 연예인, 촬영 장소, 촬영 음식에 관한 정보를 제공하여 한류 관광에 최적화된 정보를 제공하도록 하였다. 또한, 자유 게시판은 관광객들 간의 자유로운 소통과 교류를 통해서 다양한 정보를 주고받을 수 있는 기능을 할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

웹 상에 축척된 방대한 콘텐츠를 활용하기 위해 사용자가 입력한 스토리에 맞는 콘텐츠를 검색하고 제공하여 사용자가 자유로이 콘텐츠를 제작할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하고자 하는 경우, 컴퓨터가 이해 가능한 구조로 스토리를 입력할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 영화, 드라마와 같은 영상물을 제작하기 위한 기초가 되는 시나리오(Scenario)를 분석하여 스토리 표현 구조를 제안한다.

'K-contents' is in the spotlight worldwide. As the prefix 'K' became popular, interest in K-food(Korean food) also increased. Various studies on K-contents are being conducted, but research on K-food is still very limited. References and articles about K-food are mainly limited to the overseas expansion, marketing status, and sales of domestic brands, and a few research papers deal with only cases of a specific brand's overseas expansion. This paper aims to analyze how K-food is represented in TV unscripted shows and TV series produced in Korea and what their effects are through empirical works. Among the unscripted shows based on food, they are estimated that the point of competitiveness as K contents deal with foreigners' Korean food experiences. Representative examples here are the way foreigners who visit Korea experience Korean food as part of their Korean culture experience, or the type of temporarily setting up a restaurant overseas to sell Korean food to local people. However, the problem with such shows are that it lacks long-term appeal because it is based on the 'Gukbbong(a slang term for 'extreme nationalism')' sentiment. The exposure of K-food in K-contents creates a tremendous advertising effect. It is judged that the current status and analysis of K-contents based on K-food can help establish the direction of future program production and the identity of K-food.

최근 들어 드라마나 영화 속 인물 들의 얼굴을 다른 얼굴로 교체하고자 하는 시도들이 주목을 받고 있고, 사용자들의 관심 또한 증가하고 있다. 이러한 연구는 오래 전부터 많이 연구되어 왔으나, 조명 변화에 강인한 피부 톤 변환 문제는 여전히 주요 이슈로 자리하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 히스토그램 명세화 기법을 응용하여 피부 톤을 자연스럽게 변환 시켜줄 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 두 얼굴 영상의 R, G, B 채널에 대한 히스토그램을 각각 생성하고 이들을 누적분포함수로 각각 변환한다. 변환된 누적분포함수들을 이용하여 두 얼굴 영상의 히스토그램을 근사 시킬 수 있는 변환 표를 생성하고 이를 이용하여 얼굴 영상의 피부 톤을 변환시킨다. 조명 변화로 인해 발생하는 전반사 영역은 선형 보간 법을 사용하여 제거한다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 방법이 조명 변화에 적응적으로 대처하면서 자연스럽게 피부 톤을 변환 시켜줄 수 있음을 확인하였다.

This is an empirical research on the effect of the product placement advertisement on the consumption behavior of college students. A structured survey to 342 students in and near Seoul shows that life style of the students significantly matters to the effect. That is, beauty-oriented students are more sensitive to the PPL than other student groups (i.e., career-oriented, saving-oriented, leisure-oriented, or freedom-oriented students). On the other hand, the freedom-oriented students are not sensitive to the PPL at all. Some statistical methods including factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were employed in order to get those results.

본 논문에서는 인터액티브 스마트 TV 적용을 위한 사운드트랙 검색 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 동영상을 오디오와 비디오특징을 구분한 후, 각 오디오와 비디오 신호를 분석한다. 비디오 신호의 분석은 MPEG-2 비디오 인코더로부터 영상의 장면전환과 시작과 끝 위치를 검출하고, 오디오 신호의 분석은 AC-3 오디오 인코더로부터 오디오 특징을 추출한 후, 오디오 정보의 비트 벡터를 추출하여 데이터베이스를 생성한다. 생성된 데이터베이스와 사용자가 북마크를 하여 요청한 쿼리와 비교를 통하여 오디오 특징정보가 유사한 부분의 장면을 검색하고, 검색된 장면을 사용자에게 제공한다. 제안된 시스템의 성능 측정을 위해서 뉴스, 패널토론, 음악방송, 광고, 드라마 등 50개 TV 방송 프로그램의 데이터베이스를 이용해서 정확성을 측정하였다.

비디오 데이터의 지능적인 처리를 위해서는 사전에 작성한 메타데이터에 제한 받지 않는 유연한 접근방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 엔트로피를 이용하여 적절한 특징을 추출한 후 비디오를 처리하는 방법을 소개한다. 이미지 인식이 잘 될 경우 일정한 이미지 조합으로 비디오의 배경을 설명할 수 있지만, 이미지 인식이 어렵기 때문에 동일한 배경일지라도 등장 인물의 움직임, 촬영 각도의 변화 등 사소한 변화가 발생하면 컴퓨터는 다른 이미지인 것으로 간주하게 된다. 우리가 제안하는 방법은 비디오를 구성하는 이미지 프레임에서 추출한 SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transform) 특성의 분포를 엔트로피에 기반하여 재구성한 후 분포 변화를 통해 장소 변화를 추정하는 방법이다. 제안 방법은 비디오 데이터의 이미지를 특징 짓는 비주얼 워드의 분포를 활용하기 때문에 사소한 변화 정도의 영향을 받지 않으면서 동시에 배경의 확연한 변화를 나타낼 수 있다. 우리는 실제 TV 드라마 데이터에 적용하여 제안 방법의 유용성을 확인하였다.
