As there are a lot of differences in the public building construction cost depending on the construction scale of actual construction cost system, a lot of problems occur in the estimation of the cost. So, the development of a predictive model depending on the construction scale shall be used in a way that it is applied to the case selectively and differently. This study drew a cost estimating model through a regression analysis. For this, 42 construction sites which were ordered during 2011 to 2012 by Public Procurement Service data were selected as a historical data. Based on the application of the model to new construction and the verification of its effect, the reasonable model for estimating the construction cost has been suggested.

국토해양부는 지방국토관리청의 도로공사와 관련하여 발생하는 공사비 정보의 교환 및 공유를 목적으로 작업분류체계 기반의 공사비 관리 항목을 추가하여 전자설계도서 작성 납품 지침을 개정하였다. 이를 반영하고 문제점 개선 및 활성화를 위하여 5개 지방국토관리청에서 관리중인 10개 도로건설공사를 시범적용 사업으로 지정하여 발생하는 공사비 정보를 디지털 수량산출정보로 관리하고 있다. 시범사업을 진행하면서 건설공사에 발생하는 설계변경 업무를 전자화하여 관리하는 기능을 개발하고 추가 적용하였다. 이를 통해 건설사에서 생성한 설계변경 정보를 건설사와 발주처가 동일한 형태로 공사비 정보를 공유 및 관리 가능하도록 하였다.

본 논문에서는 국가 경제성장률과 국내 전기공사실적 증가률에 대한 상관관계를 비교분석하였으며, 연간 전기공사 실적에 대한 항목별 구성비율 중 노무비가 차지하는 비율을 분석하였다. "국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 및 시행규칙"과 회계예규인 "예정가격 작성기준"에 근거하여 원가계산에 의한 전기공사 예정가격 산정의 기초자료로 활용되는 전기부문 표준품셈 체계개편이 전기공사업에 미치는 영향을 최근 발주된 대형공사에 체계개편 전과 체계개편 후 공사금액을 비교하여 종합적으로 분석하였다.

This study for construction of golf courses is to present basic information and pattern of change of construction cost by looking at the capacity of construction, requiring time and other aspects. The propose of this study is to develop the model of brief cost expected by using cost index and analyzing the actual work cost data gathered in golf course construction industry in Korea. The equation used for the cost-capacity index in other to deliver the expected construction cost is followed next. The results of this study, by regression analysis for the information of 7 golf courses, it could be found the cost-capacity index n, such as 0.72 for whole construction, 0.67 for net construction.

본 연구는 건설공사의 온실가스 배출영향요인을 건설공사의 생애주기(Life Cycle)별로 제시하였다. 이를 위해, 건설공사의 생애주기를 4단계로 구분하였으며, 각 단계의 온실가스 배출에 대한 자료조사와 선행연구 분석을 통해 영향요인을 도출하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설공사의 온실가스 배출량 산정을 위한 기초적인 자료로 활용이 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 전기공사 시공현장에서 일어나는 재해사고에 대한 분석을 하였으며, 전기공사 주요 현장에 대한 안전사고사례를 예를 들어 추후 유사사고 또는 동동의 사고 예방을 하는데 기여 하고자하며, 전기공사 분야별 안전사고를 중심으로 분석하였다.
