울릉도의 피부 진균증 환자들은 타 지역에 비해 중복 감염율이 높은데, 이는 피부 진균증에 대한 환자들의 인식도가 낮기 때문으로 생각된다. 또한 가족 내 감염율도 타지역 보다 높아서 피부 진균증에 대한 예방 교육이 절실하다. 그러나, 피부 진균증 환자들의 나이가 고령화, 여성화 되고 있어 피부 진균증에 대한 인식을 높이기 위한 보건 교육을 고령 환자들과 여성 환자들에 맞추어 시행할 필요가 있다. 주위 동료들의 감염율도 높으므로 적절한 예방 교육이 이루어 진다면 피부 진균증의 예방 효과는 클 것으로 예상된다. 부족하나마 설문 조사로 피부 진균증 환자들의 피부 진균증에 대한 인식도가 미흡다는 사실은 울릉군 지역의 피부 진균증 예방교육의 필요성을 제시 할 것으로 생각된다. 추후에도 울릉군 지역의 피부 진균증에 대한 여러 가지 방면에서의 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 인식도 조사도 많은 환자와 주민을 대상으로 시행하여 통계적인 유의성을 찾아야 할 것으로 생각된다.

Scan techniques are almost mandatorily adopted in designing current System-on-a-Chip (SoC) to enhance testability, but inadvertently secret keys can be stolen through the scan test channels of crypto SoCs. An efficient scan design technique is proposed in this paper to protect the secret key of an Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) core embedded in an SoC. A new instruction is added to IEEE 1149.1 boundary scan to use a fake key instead of user key, in which the fake key is chosen with meticulous care to improve the testability as well. Our approach can be implemented as user defined logic with conventional boundary scan design, hence no modification is necessary to any crypto IP core. Conformance to the IEEE 1149.1 standards is completely preserved while yielding better performance of area, power, and fault coverage with highly robust protection of the secret user key.

This work was performed to develop a dip injection wet scrubber (DIWS) system with chlorine dioxide as the oxidant. The exhaust pollutants from a lime kiln of paper-mill were introduced to the system. When NaClO₃ was used to oxidize NO into NO₂, the oxidation was unsatisfactory and the combination of HNO₃ or H₂SO₄ was required for 100% oxidation. ClO₂ is recommended to oxidize NO and SO₂ effectively. With the combination of 1^st stage of DIWS and ClO₂, 57.1% of NOx and 98% of SO₂ were effectively removed. In the case of 2^nd stage of DIWS and ClO₂, 93.5% of NOx and 99% of SO₂ were removed. The ClO₂+DIWS process was superior to the ClO₂+Scrubber process in terms of investment, running cost and NOx removal efficiency.

Laser means "Light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation". Laser have unique characteristics according to wavelength. Wavelenth of Waterlase is 2780nm and it can be absorbed to water and hydroxyapatite. When laser is applied to some material, its temperature goes up due to laser's energy. But in dental treatment high temperature is not good for teeth. High temperature can make dental pulp and bone necrosis. Waterlase can be absorbed to water droplet, so when it burst, it can cut soft and hard tissue without raising temperature. so it is so proper to dental treatment.

According to development of wireless communication technologies, we need not only high data rate but low data rate system of low power consumption. This low data rate system is utilized in the field of home automation, health care, sensoring and monitoring, etc. IEEE 802.15.4 LR-WPAN system is the best choice for realizing ubiquitous networking system. In this paper SoC Architecture for IEEE 802.15.4 Low Rate WPAN is designed. IEEE 802.15.4 Low Rate WPAN system serves the functions and realization of home area network. We propose the SoC architecture for 868/915MHz frequency band of IEEE 802.15.4 Low Rate WPAN system. The key issue is to design SoC architecture which provides the function of Low Rate WPAN system to meet the requirement of IEEE 802.15.4 standards.

In this dissertation I have interest in the personality classification in order to recognize the personlity classification in order to recognize the tenfency of the mentality and the action. This paper compare the temperament of Sasangin(四象人) by Lee Je Ma(李濟馬) and The Psychological Types of C. G. Jung. As a result I get the following conclusions:1. Sasang understood that Sassangin have original tendency of the mentality. But C. G. Jung understood man has all of the four psychological type though they have discrepancy among them.2. In the function of the mentality, the both are similar.3. The mentality of So-Eum-In(少陰人) is similar to The Type of Thinking. The mentality of So-Yang-In(少陽人) is simliar to The Type of Feeling. The mentality of Tae-Eum-In(太陰人) is similar to The Type of Sensation. The mentality of Tae-Yang-In(太陽人) is similar to The Type of Intuition.4. The tendency of the mentality by the personality classification is of some use in the oriental medical therapy.5. For using the tendency of the mentality in oriental medical psychotherapy, they require more studies.

The GyoJungEuiSeoGuk(교정의서국, the bureau for revising of medical books) which was established in the 2nd year of InJong GaWoou of Song dynasty, made comparative analyzation about various kinds of publication and reference materials of all classical medical books that was published until Jin Han and Su Dang dynasty, revised the medical books like as Bozushinnongboncho(보주신농본초), Zungkwangbojuhwangjenegyungsomun(중황보주황제내경소문), Shanghanlon(상한론), Bigupchunggumyobang (비급천금요방), Magkyung (맥경), Hwangjechimgugapeulgyung(황제침구갑을경), Oedaebiyo (외대비요), Chunggumikbang(천금익방) etc. The signification of such revision was not only to preserve the materials which may be lost before, bibliographically and also make the books of Hwangjenegyung(황제내경), Shanghanlon(상한론) etc. become more regularly. And it made the foundation of Korean Medical research depends on the documentary records so as to make it have big development by deductive method till the beginning of modem age. The success of GyoJungEuiSeoGuk indicates that the stagnation of Korean Medical research due to $it^{circ}{\Phi}s$ behind with the development of politics-economy, social culture and scientific technology which based on western scientific culture. So we may draw the conclusion that the success of scientific research needs to parallel with the external and internal factors of the surrounding science.
