The purpose of this study was to identify the college students'frequent usage groups of Western style restaurant in Ansan city. 200 samples among subjects were utilized for the analysis, and 150 samples were reserved far validating the discriminant function. Crosstabs, reliability analysis, stepwise discriminant analysis, and anova analysis were used for this study. The findings from this study were as follows. First, the result suggested that the four variables were important in discriminating the frequent usage group. Second, the result suggested that each discriminating variable between frequent usage groups was different significantly. Third, the result suggested that each usage situation between frequent usage groups was different significantly. Finally the study indicated the implications that could be provided some insight into the types of marketing strategies that can be successfully used by operators who manage Western style restaurants.

This study examines whether English users at a U.S. university apply avoidance strategy in using English articles. All participants had learned English for at least 10 years and had used English for at least 15 years at the time of the data collection, so they made an ideal sample to examine the differences between native speakers of English and non-native speakers of English, in terms of avoidance strategy usage of English articles. To examine whether non-native speakers avoid using a certain feature when unsure of the correct usage, the mean differences of each article usage between NS and NNS groups were calculated and compared. On the basis of results showing that there are no statistically significant differences in terms of article usage between the groups, it is concluded that the highly advanced level participants did not use avoidance strategy in English articles, and that the type of English article and the task type did not affect learners' avoidance strategy usage. This research is expected to provide teachers and researchers with information about highly advanced level L2 language speakers' usage patterns with regards to avoidance strategy.

The object of this study is to understand the determinants of housewives’internet usage, examining empirically their internet usage motivation and activity, and to find the way to promote housewives’internet usage. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows; 1) the housewives’internet usage motivation was composed of the motivation to make a good use of leisure by internet, self-developmental, practical, and children educational motivations. The mean score of self-developmental motivation was the highest in the internet users and that of child educational motivation was the highest in the non-internet users. 2) the significant variables which affected on the internee usage of housewives were age, internet related housing environment the perception of internet usefulness, internet usage of husband, the motivation to make a good use of leisure by internet, and children educational motivation.

The purpose of this article is to consider the usage of 'mosu' and 'haberi' in "Shasekishu" written in middle Japanese. In old Japanese, 'mosu' and 'haberi' was used as a modest usage. In middle Japanese, however, the term came to be used in the way to pay respect to the hearer with the shift of its usage, further, in 'jinobun', the writer is using it in the stylistic usage which plays a significant role in providing aesthetic effect for many unspecified readers. As a device to express the honorific forms in middle Japanese, the stylistic usage is claimed to be found with other literary works as well as "Shasekishu".

Initially, the word 'usage' in the rule of Korean orthography was used to indicate the whole grammatical knowledge to separate between stems and inflectional affixes and nominals and case markers. Nowadays the word 'usage' in the rule of Korean orthograph is understood to indicate both 'usage' as the principles of the orthographic rule and 'grammar.' Even though 'usage' and 'grammar' can be understood as two different words, the discrepancy between them is not clear. In fact, if examining the rule of Korean orthography, it is not difficult to find that the principles of the orthography is written based on the grammar rules. Thus, the original principle is damaged because the rule of Korean orthography depends on the grammar rules too much. In addition, the rule of Korean orthography forces to change the grammar rules when describing them. Incorrect description of the grammar rules often causes the spelling mistakes. Therefore, it is necessary to divide two areas such as 'usage' and 'grammar' when dealing with 'the orthographic rules' and describing them.

It is accomplished on the practical usage for STEP in enterprise. But they has feeble grasp of STEP, therfore it is hard to apply. That is due to take a negative policy with the lack of advertising and understanding, most of studies are going on a studentlike attitude rather than the practical usage or implementation, so they don't know exactly what is STEP, and how can they apply to their own enterprise. This paper aimed to present more detail understanding of STEP usage and practical usage of STEP data in enterprise. We describe EXPRESS that is description method of STEP, four ways of implementation method, and introduce to using ST-Developer and ST-Oracle by STEP Tools Inc. for more detail understand of STEP. Thereafter we propose practical usage of STEP with CAD systems and PDM systems on the knowledge of previous study, and propose total system implementation image on STEP data in enterprise, finally discuss conclusion and luther study issues.

This study aimed at improving our understanding of education-related Web usage for schoolwork and research in universities. This study found out a list of factors that influence the usage of education-related Web sites by Korean and New Zealand university students and suggested the features of those factors. These findings will enhance further understanding of factors associated with Education-related Web usage and the relationship among attitude, intention to use, and performance, which could help web practitioners design and develop education-related Web sites to promote web usage and attract university students into their web sites.

Software system is a hierarchical structure with collection of program units. Software system can import external packages globally or locally depending on the usage within a system. If the imported package is used globally, the soft-ware system can be influenced globally by any change of package and programmer's debugging time for the program maintenance will be greater. To solve these problems, it is desirable to use the imported package locally right on the usage point within the system. The model presented in this paper analyzed entity usage of package in structure of program, identified the usage level to obtain localization and provided information for restructure of the program to localize package usage. To obtain localization, it identified declared entities inside the imported package and analyzed the specification and body part of program unit to identify entities referenced from the imported package. The proposed model can be used to improve the maintainability of software system and contributed to reduction of programmer's debugging time in program maintenance.

Due to the explosive growth of smartphone use, new type and format of business opportunity is being created. Despite the creation of added value using smartphone is very important, the past study on smart phone has been mainly focused on its functions and specifications. This study is intended to identify the factors that influence continuance usage intention of smartphone and to analyze the relationship between such factors and the expected confirmation. satisfaction, and usage intention. The result of this empirical study indicates that the perceived enjoyfulness and quality significantly affect users' expected confirmation and satisfaction, and social influence also affects users' continuance usage intention. Thus, it implies users place a high value on enjoyfulness and quality in using smartphone application and on social influence in choosing specific application. Finally this paper provides a detailed account of how customers accept smartphone application and their perceived characteristics affect the usage intention.

Approximately 1.3 million people die from traffic accidents each year, and smartphone usage while driving is one of the main causes of such accidents. Therefore, detection of smartphone usage by drivers has become an important part of distracted driving detection. Previous studies have used single camera-based methods to collect the driver images. However, smartphone usage detection by employing a single camera can be unsuccessful if the driver occludes the phone. In this paper, we present a driver smartphone usage detection system that uses multiple cameras to collect driver images from different perspectives, and then processes these images with ensemble convolutional neural networks. The ensemble method comprises three individual convolutional neural networks with a simple voting system. Each network provides a distinct image perspective and the voting mechanism selects the final classification. Experimental results verified that the proposed method avoided the limitations observed in single camera-based methods, and achieved 98.96% accuracy on our dataset.
