오픈 사이언스 시대 연구데이터의 공개를 가속화하고 접근성 및 인용가능성 개선 및 연구데이터에 대한 표준화된 기술문서 제공은 또 다른 과학적 발견에 기여할 수 있어 데이터 출판이 주목을 받고 있다. 또한 출판된 데이터 역시 연구논문과 동등한 지위를 유지할 수 있는 방안으로 데이터 논문이 대두되고, 새로운 학술출판의 유형으로 데이터 저널 발간이 증가추세에 있다. 특히 생태학 분야는 대규모 연구데이터가 생산되고 관리되어야 하는 분야로 전세계적으로 데이터 저널 발간이 활발하다. 반면 국내에는 데이터 저널 연구가 초기 단계이고, 생태학 분야 데이터 저널이 전무하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 생태 분야의 데이터 저널을 발간하기 위한 전략을 탐색하고 제시하였다. 먼저 국내외 데이터 저널 발간 현황과 국내 저널 출판 현황을 조사하였다. 또한 학술출판 및 오픈액세스 정책 전문가, 생태학 학술지 발간 전문가로 구성된 전문가그룹 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 현재 데이터 저널 발간 인프라가 제대로 구축되지 않고 이에 대한 평가체제가 갖추어 지지 않은 국내 학술출판 관행을 반영하고 국내외 조사결과와 전문가 FGI를 실시 결과를 바탕으로 생태학 분야 데이터 저널 출간 방향, 데이터 논문 투고지침, 저널 구성 및 발행주기, 저널 편집위원 구성, 원고의 수급 측면에서 전략을 제시하였다.

오늘날 인쇄매체는 치열한 생존경쟁에서 살아남고 새로운 위상을 정립하기 위해서 컴퓨터를 적극 활용하는 새로운 편집 스타일과 제작 환경 개선은 물론 새로운 테크놀러지의 개발에 몰두하고 있으며 전자 출판이나 정보 산업 분야와 연계개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 전자출판의 개념과 제작과정을 살펴보고, 행동분석 및 군집분석을 통하여 전자출판 과정의 상호 관련도를 분석하며, 전자 출판이 안고 있는 문제점 분석과 해결 방안을 제시한다.

This is a bibliographical study of the editions of the Hsin-Ching-Fu-Chu published between 16th and 17th centuries, together with the postscript written by Yi-Hwang. For this research, 14 kinds of the editions are studied, the results of which are analyzed as follows; (1) The publishing date: 2kinds of the editions are published before 1969, and 12 kinds after 1569 when Yi-Hwng died. (2) The method of publishing: 2 kinds were printed by movable types, the others by block-plates. (3) The publishing place: 12 kinds were put out in Korea, and 2 kinds in Japan. The publishing places of 6 kinds of Korean editions are known. They are Muncheon-Gun, Gyoseokwan, etc.., For other 6 kinds of Korean editions, the publishing places are unknown. (4) 6 kinds of editions were printed in the double-border-line style, and consisted of 10 lines, each line having 17 characters. Such forms are regarded as the traces of the printing style of Gyoseokwan. One kind of editions was printed with single-border-line.

Generally, big data contains sensitive information about individuals, and thus directly releasing it for public use may violate existing privacy requirements. Therefore, privacy-preserving data publishing (PPDP) has been actively researched to share big data containing personal information for public use, while protecting the privacy of individuals with minimal data modification. Recently, with increasing demand for big data sharing in various area, there is also a growing interest in the development of software which supports a privacy-preserving data publishing. Thus, in this paper, we develops the system which aims to effectively and efficiently support privacy-preserving data publishing. In particular, the system developed in this paper enables data owners to select the appropriate anonymization level by providing them the information loss matrix. Furthermore, the developed system is able to achieve a high performance in data anonymization by using distributed Hadoop clusters.

실용성을 강조하는 여타 학문 분야처럼 문헌정보학은 실무자인 사서의 연구 활동과 학술논문 출판에 관심이 많다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이를 직접 다룬 국내 연구는 매우 드물다. 이 연구는 사서의 국내 학술논문 출판 데이터를 수집하여 현황을 분석하고, 사서의 학술논문 출판 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 연구의 초점을 맞추었다. 2014년부터 2018년까지 한국비블리아학회지에 수록된 사서 저자의 논문을 다각적으로 분석하였고, 출판한 사서의 특성도 파악하였다. 분석결과 학술지 저자 전체에서 사서의 비중은 15.56%로 높지 않았다. 다만 사서 저자의 논문수 추이가 안정세였고, 공저 논문 가운데 사서가 주저자인 경우가 많다는 점은 고무적이었다. 활발한 출판을 보이는 사서는 공공 도서관과 학교 도서관 사서였고, 대학 도서관 사서는 다소 뒤져 있었으며, 지도교수와 공저하는 대학원 재학 사서도 있었다. 사서의 학술논문 출판을 활성화하는 데는 사서 개인의 노력뿐 아니라 소속 기관의 인식 개선과 적극적인 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 사서와 도서관 모두 학술논문 출판의 중요성을 인지하고, 업무 시간의 탄력 적용, 보상, 지원 등 구체적인 방안을 마련해 실천함으로써, 사서의 귀중한 실무 경험이 학술논문으로 출판되고 이를 타 연구자 및 사서가 용이하게 공유할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

This study reviews the rating system of hotels and restaurants regulated by french gouvernment and compares the french guide books of worldwide reputaion : Guide rouge of Michelin and Guide France of Gault-Millau. The apparatus of gouvernment and the inspectors deciding the grades, the processes and the prior conditions needed for obtaining the adequate grades are mentioned. So it will be a help to understand the present system of hotels and restaurants in France. The publishing firms like Michelin and Gault-Millau not only encourage the trvel and F & B industry by estimating the hotels and restaurants and publishing the results, but also informe the consumer. Ultimately, the guide books would like to play an important role in improving or making better the levels of the tourism and the gastronomy. They support continuously the publishing of guide books with the qualified persons and financial aid. Especially, Michelin doesn't insert the advertisement in his publications. In publishing the guide books, it can be one of the most important points for proving his independence of hoteliers, restaurateurs and the others. The seconde point is impartial, clear and rigid inspection that doesn't admit any corruption. Now is the moment in korea to promote the tourism and the gastronomy by publishing the credible books like 「Guide rouge」 and 「Guide France」in order to present Korean attrations and epicurean foods.

본 연구는 출판미디어의 메타 데이터적 개발과 보급동향을 파악하기 위하여, 종이책과 전자출판물로 나누어서 현황을 지표위주로 분석하였다. 더불어, 현황분석에서 도출되는 문제점을 통해 출판미디어의 데이터 개발과 보급에 어떠한 전망적 시각을 부여할 것인지를 논의한 연구이다. 기존의 종이책과 새로운 전자출판물은 인터넷으로 표방되는 디지털 미디어 시대에 새로운 융합 미디어로 그 범위를 넓혀가고 있다. 수용의 유비쿼터스 실현을 위한 융합미디어로의 변화는 기존의 종이책이 갖는 형질을 물려받는 유전의 속성을 기저로 진화한다는 논거를 통해, 종이책과 전자출판물 그리고 융합미디어로서의 디지털 출판물의 양적 확장의 전망을, 보급에 앞서 해결해야 할 솔루션 문제와 함께 논의하고 있다.

There has been an explosion of new research and writing about all aspects of the information disciplines. Nevertheless, both academics and practitioners often find it difficult to engage in successful writing strategies. Indeed, writing is hard work, and doing it in a way that leads to publication is an even harder task. Since reading is essential to good writing, the challenges of learning to write are obvious. In this essay, I am drawing on many years of experience in writing and publishing, as well as considerable reading of writers’ memoirs, advice books on writing, literary studies, and other perspectives on the experience of writing in order to offer a set of approaches that can be pursued over a lifetime of scholarship and practice. Writing is a craft or art to be learned, and learning demands paying attention to the audience, having clear objectives, being an avid reader, and possessing the ability to accept and learn from criticism. While information professionals and scholars incessantly write for each other, there are large segments of the public and other disciplines who they ignore. Fortunately, the tools and resources for improving one’s writing are both broad and deep; discipline and realistic strategies are all that are required to improve one’s writing and, ultimately, to achieve success in publishing.

The present study aims to assess the growth of open access journals at a global level. The concept of Open Access (OA) publishing is being well received among academic circles and as a result we can see more and more scholarly content is being made these days available in open access format. The present study is simply an attempt to assess the trend and growth of open access journals during the last decade, viz. for the period 2003-2012, for which data has been retrieved from the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), which as of date hosts more than 9700 journals from 120 countries across the world covering major languages of the world. But keeping in view the period of our study the data has been retrieved as per our applicability, which as a result confines our study to 8453 journals only. The directory covers 18 main subject areas having 76 sub-disciplines, each having on average 118.53 journals. During the entire decade the number of countries which entered into OA publishing rose from 49 to 120 with a growth of 144%, and if this growth rate continues to be the same for the next five years, viz. by 2018, the world will turn into 100% open access. At the continental level Europe leads the tally by publishing a maximum of 3140 OA journals contributed by 43 countries across Europe, which again is the highest number from any continent.

본 연구는 오픈액세스 출판에서 대학도서관이 어떠한 역할을 하고 있는지를 출판비용 지원과 그 외 서비스로 구분하여 살펴보았다. 그 결과 대학도서관은 COPE와 $SCOAP^3$라는 협력프로그램에 참여하거나 또는 개별적인 도서관차원에서 오픈액세스 학술지 출판비용을 지원하고 있었다. COPE 참여 대학도서관의 경우 하이브리드 오픈액세스 학술지에 투고하는 논문에는 APC 지원을 거의 하지 않고 있었다. 이에 비해 개별적으로 기금을 지원하는 대학도서관은 하이브리드 학술지 투고논문에 대한 APC 지원에 조금 더 관대하였다. 또한 기금지원이외의 오픈액세스 학술지 출판과 관련하여 대학도서관은 저자의 논문투고 과정에서의 저작권 협상 지원, 발행과정의 기술적인 측면, 배포를 확산시키는 역할을 담당하고 있었다.
