다수의 품목을 개별적으로 주문하기 보다는 묶어서 한꺼번에 주문하는 경우 수송비용과 주문비용을 줄일 수 있으며, 같은 공급자에게서 구매하는 경우에는 가격할인까지 기대할 수 있다. 이와 같이 하나의 공급자들 통해 다수의 품목을 구매하는 경우에 대한 최적의 구매전략을 다룬 문제가 다품목 일괄 주문모형으로 Joint Replenishment Problem(JRP)으로 잘 알려져 있으며 지난 수십 여년간 많은 연구가 이루어진 생산재고관리 영역의 문제들과는 달리 일반적인 JRP를 해결하기 위한 발견적 기법들에 대한 연구는 수없이 많은 반면 JRP를 현실적으로 확장한 연구는 국내외적으로 전무한 형편이다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 JRP를 제약식을 고려한 문제로 확장하여 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 해법을 개발하고 이 문제의 확장 가능성에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

In this paper, we study the joint design of sampling inspections and service capacities for multi-products. Products of different defect rates which are either deterministic or random variables are supplied in batches after sampling inspection and rework. When supplied, all defective products that have not been inspected in batches are uncovered through total inspection and returned to service. We identify the optimal inspection policies and service capacities for multi-products reflecting the relationships between inspection rework costs and service provision costs. We also develope a marginal allocation algorithm for the optimal allocation of the limited total service capacity to products as well as inspection quantities.

In the traditional inventory problem, market parameters such as demand and selling price are exogenous. But incorporating these factors into the model can provide an opportunity for increasing the total profit. So we investigate the joint price-inventory policy in a supply chain consisting of a single retailer and a single manufacturer. Demand at the retailer depends on the retail price. The retailer and the manufacturer cooperate closely each other to maximize overall profit of the supply chain. The mathematical model is presented and the solution procedure is developed in order to jointly determine the optimal policy including the retail price, the production lot sizes, and the delivery frequency from the manufacturer to the retailer.

본 연구는 JPEG(Joint Photographic Experts Group)표준 영상압축 방법을 이용한 원격측정 (remote measuring) 시스템을 다룬다. 많은 디지탈 비디오(digital video)이 응용중에서 주요 어려움은 디지탈 영상(digital image)을 직접적으로 표현하기 위해 필요한 방대한 데이터의 처리문제이다. 그리고 디지탈 영상의 직접적인 사용은 고수준 기억용량(high storage)과 전송비용(transmission costs)으로 인하여 응용상 여러가지 제약조건이 수반되었다. 이런 이유로 인하여 여러가지 영상압축 기법이 개발되어왔으며 본 연구는 정지영상(still pictures)에 대하여 JPEG 표준을 사용한 영상압축과 압축된 영상을 사용하여 실제 제조업의 공정검사에 응용하는 것이다. 수행도 평가척도로서 원래영상과 압축된 영상과의 압축비, 원래영상과 압축된 영상과의 픽셀(pixel)의 회색도 값(gray-level value)의 평균과 RMSE(root mean square error), 그리고 원래영상과 압축된 영상을 원거리(또는 근거리)로 전송하여 전송된 압축영상을 푼 후 두 지점간의 거리 측정에 따르는 실제거리와 측정거리에 대한 오차를 이용하였다.

This paper suggests that resource allocation algorithm in multiuser orthogonal frequncy divisioin multiplexing (OFDM). The proposed algorithm considers throughput maximization with power constraint and quality of service (QoS) constraint. This problem has a optimal solution with using well known water-filling algorithm but the algorithm requires high computational complexity. Therefore the problem needs a sub-optimal algorithm for decreasing computational complexity. We propose a sub-optimal joint subcarrier and power allocation algorithm for multiuser OFDM system and compare with previous resource allocation algorithm.

In this study, we develop an optimal sourcing strategy considering compensation orders to mitigate the supply chain disruption risks. We considered two-echelon supply chain consisting of a single buyer and multiple suppliers who have fixed transaction cost and probabilistic disruption risks. Under this setting, we provide the joint optimization method to determine the number of suppliers and the order quantities. Through numerical examples, we provide managerial implications on the sourcing strategy by investigating changes in the order quantities and the number of suppliers due to the degree of supply chain disruption risks.

The synchronization of production-delivery artivities is one of crucial factors to get competitive collaboration benefits between the manufacturer and the retailor(s). There were several researches to study on He optimal delivery policy to minimize the total cost of integrated system of both manufacturer and retailor(s). In this research, we investigate the joint optimal shipment policy in case that a manufacturer produces multiple products sharing a single production facility in the manufacturer side and retailor(s) deploys JIT delivery pattern with equal-size shipment policy. We formulate this problem as a form of 'Common Cycle Approach' in classical ELSP (Economic Lot Scheduling Problem) and provide simple optimal solution procedure.

We consider an integrated supply chain model in which multiple suppliers replenish items for a single buyer's demand. Also the buyer specifies a basic replenishment cycle and the suppliers replenish the items only at those time intervals. Namely, we propose a model to study and analyze the benefit by coordinating supply chain inventories through the basic replenishment cycle time. The objective of this model is to minimize the total relevant annual cost of the integrated inventory model. After developing proposed coordinated models, we suggest heuristics for searching the solutions of our models. Finally, numerical and computational experiments for each policy are carried out to evaluate the benefits of those models and the compensation policy is addressed to share the benefits.

미 국방성은 미래 전장에서 네트워크화를 통한 전투 능력의 시너지 효과 증대를 도모하고 있다. 특히 Joint 2020에서는 전장에서 작전 수행시 합동군의 지식 우위와 결심 우위를 위한 정보 우위를 추구하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국을 중심으로 하는 네트워크 중심 작전에 대한 개념과 운용 사례를 살펴보고 작전운용 거리에 대한 정량적인 거리와 영향, 통신중계 성능을 분석하였다.

As North Korea signed 'the Korea Peninsula Non-Nuclearization Joint Declaration' at the end of last year as well as full-scope safeguards agreement with the IAEA in Jan.30 1992, her nuclear activity was incorporated into the international monitoring system and opportunities were arranged to .obstruct her nuclear weapon development and nuclear material diversion, which have been international issues up to recent years. However, achieving goals of the Joint Declaration and safeguards agreement should presuppose North Korea's sincerity toward the abandonment of nuclear weapon development. In this study, first of all, her nuclear policy, current situation of nuclear development and the capability of nuclear development are analyzed. Also, based on the analysis. attempts have been made to find methods of effective performance of the South-North Korea mutual nuclear inspection and the suggested methods are as follows; 1) Analysis of the limits of IAEA inspection and suggestion of its supplementary strategies 2) Securing and training professional inspectors for the South-North mutual inspection 3) Establishment of the verification technology to detect nuclear material diversion.
