본 연구에서는 한국유통과학회가 발행하고 있는 유통과학연구에 게재된 논문의 연구 동향을 분석하고 학회지의 질적 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 즉, 유통분야의 학문체계를 분류하여 연구동향을 분석하고, 유통 관련 다른 학회지와 비교한 후 유통과학연구의 질적 향상을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 특히, 한국유통과학회는 1999년 「유통과학연구」 제1권 제1호 창간을 시작으로 2010년 9월 제8권 제3호까지 총 109편의 논문을 게재하였다. 109편의 논문을 대상으로 연구주제, 연구 주체, 연구 참여자의 수, 연구방법론, 국문 및 영문논문 빈도, 내국인 및 외국인 참여빈도, 참고문헌 활용 등에 대하여 분석하였다. 추가적으로 유통을 연구대상으로 하는 한국유통학회의 유통연구 및 한국유통경영학회의 유통경영학회지와 유통과학연구를 비교 분석하여 발전방안을 모색하고자 한다. 결론적으로 유통과학연구의 연구동향 및 유사 학회지의 비교 분석을 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저, 유통과학연구가 SSCI를 준비하기 위해서는 해외 투고자를 적극 유치해야한다. 또한, 영문논문의 비중을 대폭 늘려야 할 것이다. 셋째, 학술지의 질 향상을 위한 다양한 연구방법론 수용을 해야할 것이다. 넷째, 유통과학연구의 피인용율울 확대하기 위하여 학술지의 해외 공급을 원활하게 할 수 있도록 구글 등 웹검색 기능을 보강해야 할 것이다. 이상의 시사점을 통한 개선을 한다면 국내 뿐 아니라 해외에서도 인정받는 세계적인 학술지 반열에 올라설 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose - After the transition, the development of defense industry in Eastern Europe has been regressed. Recently, they have internationally recognized that new products have been exported and contributed to the Innovation-Based Manufacturing of national economy such as unmanned reconnaissance aircraft, water purification technology, and mobile chemical laboratory, etc. The military forces in Eastern Europe are re-armed by the localization of self-produced munitions in their own defense industry, and then emphasize fostering their own defense industry. Thus, if they make a collaboration with other nations as a industrial cluster, it will gain a competitive edge on the defense industry. Research design, data, and methodology - The study was designed with the data of each national defense department. The research of the subject was reviewed before and after the transition. Thousands of workers have worked in defense industries before the transition, however, the defense industry and experts left after the transition. The Hungarian defense spending on GDP also dropped sharply from 1.72% in 2000 to 0.85% in 2013. But, due to the crisis in Ukraine and the crisis of Syrian refugees, the Viségrad Group (V4) member countries have also increased their interest in a defense and industries as well as the confidence in the EU and NATO. Results - On the whole, the joint of military training and purchase of defense materials were found in order to form the EU cooperative combat troops in CEE. There are the implementation of a joint manual plan for strengthening V4 security policy and the joint military exercises for V4 every year, and the others are electronic warfare and innovation of V4 national forces. Through such a performance analysis methodology, we found that the defense industry is developed through the national cluster cooperation among CEEs and spreading global distribution. Conclusions - Eastern Europe and Balkan countries have been looking forward to cooperating with the non-EU countries such as Korea and other defense industries. There are a lot of potential development into a new civilian cooperation defense industry for global-distribution. Thus, Korea should develop electronic commercial applications, not just as a weapon exporting region.

$\ulcorner$The South-North Joint Declaration$\lrcorner$ of June 15, 2000 made by President Kim Dae Jung and National Defense Committee Chairman Kim Jong Il will contribute to the activation of economic exchange between south and north Korea. To realize the fundamental spirit of the South-North Joint Declaration, the authorities concerned of south and north Korea have reached an agreement titled $\ulcorner$Agreement on Settlement Procedure of Commercial Disputes$\lrcorner$ last December. In this connection, a speedy and reasonable settlement of commercial disputes arising therefrom is becoming a problem of vital importance between south and north Korea. Also, south and north arbitral institutions have to consider a possible arbitration agreement carefully to solve the disputes systematically under the Agreement, which will serve as an example for similar arrangements and possible harmonization in East-West commercial relations. A variety of dispute settlements including friendly consultations, conciliation and arbitration will be used more frequently within the framework of the bilateral agreements of governmental or non-governmental level which have been concluded in the past between socialist and capitalistic economy countries. There is a growing tendency that East-West trade parties recognize and accept the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in their contracts. So it is advisable to use the UNCITRAL Rules in arbitrations of south and north Korea in case that the interested parties fail to agree on applicable rules. Finally it should be noted that pre-arbitral settlement called ‘joint conciliation’ should be reflected in the settlement mechanism of commercial disputes between south and north Korean parties as proved to be successful between the U.S. and China trade in the past.

지하철 역사 특성상 천장내 시설물의 잦은 교체, 증설, 점검 등에 따른 시설물의 지지철물(강-앙카) 설치와 천장내부 작업자의 이동 등으로 천장마감재의 훼손 및 콘크리트 구조물의 피해가 우려되고 공사비 증가의 요인이 되고 있다. 또한 공사중 발생되는 소음, 진동, 미세분진 등으로 역사 이용환경이 저해되고 민원이 발생하여 공사관리에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 천장시설물의 지지철물 시공방법을 개선하여 작업의 편리성, 경제성, 효율성 등을 고려한 천장틀 시공방법을 제시코자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to research the investment environment of Vietnam and analyze the actual investment state of Korean enterprises in Vietnam and seek for the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in Vietnam shows both a positive side and negative side. However Vietnamese market is a attractive one as ever for direct investment of Korean enterprises considering their constant economy growth, investment increase of foreign company for Vietnam, China risk. And the point at issue in investment of Korean Enterprises is as follows. That is, inclining to manufacturing, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, preference of greenfield investment, restricted purpose of investment, insufficiency of infrastructure for logistics, electric power, legal system. The results of the study indicate mainly that the investment of Korean enterprise into Vietnam needs a switchover of the third service trade-tertiary industry, collaboration with Vietnamese enterprise through joint venture investment, a large-scale investment for Vietnam domestic market and neighboring countries' market, practical use of M&A with existing Vietnamese enterprise and diverse purpose for investment.

From 2010, an "excellent engineer" undergraduate and graduate program had been initiated in higher education of China to promote the development of industry and social economy. In this circumstance, the engineering education programs in Dalian Maritime University are reformed to satisfy the requirements of transportation industries. And the engineering practice, engineering activities, and engineering courses are emphasized. In this training program, industrial communities are deeply involved in the engineering education and training procedure; the students are educated and trained in university and enterprise according to the common standards and industrial standards; and the engineering competences and creative ability are emphasized and are to be enhanced in the training schedules and procedure. A joint-training mode has been established already between Dalian Maritime University and enterprises in transportation fields.

The study examines the performance and its relationship with capital structure and agency cost with respect to the industrial configurations and economic groups of Pakistan Economy. The study employs data set of 334 listed joint stock companies from the nonfinancial sectors for the period of 1999-2009 from cotton and textile, engineering, chemical, sugar, cement, fuel and energy, paper and board, transport and communication, and miscellaneous economic groups. Pooled data from the Panel data methodology has been applied to observe the significance of different performance measures through determinant of capital structure and agency costs with special focus on the leverage and cash flows as the direct determinant and interactive variables. The empirical test results using redundant variable tests demonstrate support for agency theory in the context of Pakistan's industrial configurations. The implications of the study point towards more investigations on the subject using industrial configurations as control and moderating variables.

This paper traces the issue of key account management success which has regarded as a pressing concern of many companies' sales efforts at the organizational business-to-business context. Based on the extensive review of extant literatures, we introduced a theoretical framework that covers the antecedents and consequence of key account management success. We theorized the conditions under which organizational and relational factors influence the success of key account management approach. We endeavor to develop research propositions for each construct and provide necessary suggestions to isolate a platform for future empirical research. Beyond this span, an improved understanding from this framework will help developing policies for successful key account management approach.

Railway bridge type has been mainly selected by a intersection of roads and rivers, and economy. Now a days, it is required that the bridge type is considered a harmony with circumstances, a beauty and an expression of symbol of regions because of the enlargement of bridge structures and the advance of people's consciousness level. So it is adopted arch bridge with fan type hanger for a outer beautiful sight and a symbol of development of regions as 80m intersection bridge of railway and former national road at pal hung bridge in jolla line lot 1. It is performed that an examination, a consultation, a design of member sections and a detail analysis of joint parts according to the basic design. It is also performed a dynamic analysis with design loads and train loads reflection on railway bridge characteristics and examined a safety and a propriety of design compare with a fatigue design and design rules.
