  • The regional supply and demand for labor are different among the regions because of the regional disparity of the human capital and the industrial structure. Honam, Kangwon and Jeju province in particular has a more rapid change of the job search(labor supply), the job offer(labor supply) and the employed person according to the business fluctuations. The employed person of the capital region, Seoul in particular increased: though diminished the job offer and the job search grew. • This paper proposes two methods for the construction of job offer and job hunting information in order to supply an environment that can easily connects to job hunting information. First, the database expansion, category rules and ERD(Entity Relation Diagram) are designed for the construction of job hunting site with real example. Second, the prime number labeling rules are designed for the strong intimacy of label rules. Therefore, according to using the systematic and regular rules when we design and construct a database, the consistency and efficiency are improved in the database being constructed and being operated. And the convenience of application program development and operation are easily provided. In addition, the proposed code-expansion rule can be defined and be standardized in the domestic and foreign job offer and job hunting information provision agency.

Research design, data and methodology: The study is based on a sample size of 312 individuals, exclusively comprising cabin crews employed in the airline industry. Methodologically, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were employed for statistical analysis. Results: The findings reveal that both performance evaluation and job responsibility exerted a significant impact on both job satisfaction and job engagement. Furthermore, job engagement demonstrated a substantial influence on service quality. However, in contrast, factors like unstable employment and the working environment showed no significant impact on either job satisfaction or engagement. Additionally, job satisfaction did not exert a significant influence on service quality. Conclusions: These insights will offer the valuable guidance to the airline industry in preparing for unforeseen external environments that may affect the industry. As the aviation sector navigates the challenges posed by the pandemic, understanding and addressing the intricate relationships among job stress, satisfaction, engagement, and service quality will be crucial for effective industry resilience and adaptation.

  • Purpose: Unemployment in its general form is a result stemming from the decisions of workers to search for a new and better paying job. In this study, the view that unemployed workers were not simply desiring any job, but one that would maximize their expected future outcome, was examined. Research design, data, and methodology: In order for collection of data and analysis, the panel dates of individual applications for job openings on job search websites were utilized to examine search effort and period for individuals. Results: It was found that the number of applications sent by a job seeker declined over their period of job searching, and that job seekers over a long duration of time tend to send relatively more applications per week throughout their entire search period. The latter finding contradicts the implications of the standard labor search effort models. Conclusions: It can be observed that these job search models fail to capture several key elements in search efforts, and that the search time for an offer is not entirely predetermined by the labor market conditions and socio-economic (individual) characteristics of the searcher. It can be shortened as he or she intensifies their job search efforts.

  • Job offer and job search data related to employment are in the form of highly-unstructured texts that occur in real-time, NCS duty, learning modules, and job dictionaries. Job announcements and training information have a high data value amid changes in industrial technology, such as the Fourth Industrial Evolution. This study developed a job data dictionary by defining relevant data to intuitively understand and harness information on job offers and job searches. This study also designed, constructed, and evaluated a data map based on ontology to enable linking and inferring data about public announcement-job-training. Through this, it was found that the inference function centered on work ability enables QoS support that can satisfy users by minimizing mismatch between consumers and optimizing the data dictionary.
