Job Shop 일정계획의 성능 향상을 위한 할당규칙의 정보 (The Information of Dispatching Rules for Improving Job Shop Performance)

  • This study presents the new dispatching rules for improving performance measures of job shop scheduling related to completion time and due dates. The proposed dispatching rule considers information, which includes the comparison value of job workload, work remaining, operation time, and operation due dates. Through computer experiments, the performance of the new dispatching rules is compared and analyzed with the existing rules. The results provide a guidance for the researchers to develop new dispatching rules and for practitioners to choose rules of job shop scheduling.

학교급식 영양사의 직무특성과 직무가치관이 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Characteristics and Work Values on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction of the School Foodservice Dietitians)

  • This study aims to investigate the effects of job characteristics and work on both organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the school foodservice dietitian for the purpose of providing information for quality improvement in productivity of school foodservice. The subjects were 401 school foodservice dietitians in Taegu and the Kyungpook area. The survey questionnaires consisted of five parts including demographic characteristics, job characteristics(JCI), work values, organizational commitment(OCQ) and job satisfaction(JDI). More than half of the subjects(65.3%) were between the age of 26 to 30 years. Seventy-one percent of the participants had bachelor’s degrees and monthly wages of 83.2% ranged from 700,000 to 1,200,000 won. The education of thedietitians was found to have a significant relatinship with job satisfaction in all fields. Job characteristics such as feedback, job characcteristics such as job autonomy, feedback and friendship were positively correlated with job satisfaction. The group of dietitians with high work value scores for work as a central life interest had significantly high scores in organizational commitment(p<0.01) and overall job satisfaction(p<0.05). Job satisfaction such as work-itself, pay, supervision, promotion and co-workers were positively correlated with organizational commitment. According to the Lisrel program, organizational commitment was affected by educational level(-0.23). Job satisfaction was also affected by educational level(-0.18), autonomy(0.24), friendship(0.12), feedback(0.08), individualism(-0.07) and organizational commitment(0.44) directly. In conclusion, school foodservice dietitians may increase the level of their commitment to organization and job satisfaction by increasing autonomy, feedback adn friendship of job characteristics and work values.

시간가치와 중요도 기반의 분류 작업 스케쥴링 (Time Value and Importance based Classified Job Scheduling)

  • 정보가 폭주하고 해야할 일들이 많은 상황에서 바쁜 현대인에게 있어서는 효율적인 에너지와 시간관리가 매우 중요한 일로 여겨지고 있다. 이미 효율적인 시간관리 스케쥴링 방식은 성공적인 삶을 살기 위한 매우 중요한 요소가 되었기 때문에 사건중심의 기존의 단순한 스케쥴링 방식보다 더 정교하게 이러한 기능을 지원해 줄 수 있는 지능적 시스템이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 작업을 시간가치와 중요도에 따라 분류하고 이를 효율적으로 시간 프레임에 할당할 수 있는 분류 작업 스케쥴링 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 시간가치가 높은 작업을 우선적으로 처리하고 동시에 시간가치는 높지 않으나 미래의 성공의 열쇠를 쥐고 있는 매우 중요한 일들을 꾸준히 수행할 수 있도록 시간 프레임에 일정부분을 고정 할당하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다.

CSR이 조직신뢰와 직업존중감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of CSR on the Organizational Trust and Job-esteem)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기업의 사회적 책임이 호텔 종사원의 조직신뢰 및 직업존중감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이론적 배경을 토대로 세 개의 가설을 설정하였으며 회귀분석과 AMOS로 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 윤리적 책임과 기부적 책임정도가 높을 수록 조직신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, CSR과 직업존중감과의 관계에서, 기부적 책임은 내재적 가치에, 경제적 책임은 사회적 평판에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직신뢰와 직업존중감과의 관계에서, 조직신뢰는 내재적 가치와 사회적 평판에 유의미한 영향관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 요약하면, 호텔의 CSR중 기부적 책임이 종사원들의 조직신뢰와 직업존중감에 직간접적 영향을 미치는 핵심요인으로, 적극적 자선활동과 판매액의 일정부분을 사회에 환원함으로써 종사원의 긍정적 태도를 유도할 수 있다. 따라서 호텔은 일관된 사회적 책임활동으로 종사원들의 조직신뢰를 향상시키고 직업존중감을 높일 수 있는 정책을 시행해야 할 것이다.

사회복지기관의 조직문화와 조직시민행동의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Job Satisfaction on the Relationship between Organization Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Social Welfare Organizations)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지기관의 조직문화가 구성원들의 조직시민행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 조직문화와 조직시민행동 간의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 실시한 것으로, 조직문화는 Kimberly and Quinn의 경쟁가치모형(competing value model)을 바탕으로 네 가지 유형으로 측정하였다. 자료 수집은 사회복지기관 종사자 260명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 사회복지기관의 조직문화, 조직시민행동 및 직무만족은 모두 중간값 이상의 수준을 보여주고 있고, 회귀분석 결과에서 조직문화와 직무만족 모두 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 직무만족의 영향력이 더 높게 나타났다. 또한 직무만족의 매개효과가 유의한 수준에서 네 가지 조직문화 유형 모두에서 확인되었다. 이는 조직문화 수준이 낮더라도 직무만족 수준을 증진시킨다면 조직시민행동이 높아질 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 구성원들이 조직을 위해 자발적으로 헌신하도록 하기 위해 직무만족 향상이 매우 중요함을 알 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the empirical cause-effect relationships among business ethical values and person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance within family restaurants and feeding facilities. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 459 restaurant employees. The SPSS and Amos programs were then applied to the data to perform frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and SEM analyses. The primary results are as follows. First, business ethical values had a significant positive effect on person-organization fit. Second, person-organization fit had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and a significant negative effect on turnover intent. Third, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, and turnover intent had a significant negative effect, on organizational performance. Finally, upon verifying the possible direct and indirect effects of business ethical values within family restaurants and feeding facilities, it was determined that the ethical values had significant direct and indirect effects on person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance. These findings have various implications. For example, an improved in-house ethical working environment leads to greaterperson-organization fit, and having employees that feel there is better in-house ethical reliability leads to greater consistency between personal and organizational values, resulting in higher job satisfaction and ultimately organizational performance.

양질의 산림일자리 평가 기준 및 지표 개발 (Developing Evaluation Criteria and Indicators of Decent Forest Jobs)

  • 일자리의 양과 질, 사회적 가치의 측면에서 산림일자리가 얼마나 양질인가를 평가하기 위한 3대 기준과 11개 지표를 개발하였다. 기준 및 지표의 중요도와 가중치는 산림일자리위원회, 학계 등 일자리 관련 전문가 50명을 대상으로 실시한 설문을 통해 설정하였다. 설문에 응답한 35명의 전문가들은 '일자리 창출 잠재력'을 가장 중요한 기준으로 선택하였으며, '일자리 질'이 '사회공헌도'보다 상대적으로 높은 중요도를 갖는 것으로 인식하였다. 지표의 가중치는 일자리 창출 잠재력의 '정책적 의지'가 가장 높게 나타났고, 일자리 질의 '고용 안전성'을 다음으로 높게 인식하였다. 반면 일자리 질의 '임금 수준'은 가장 낮은 가중치를 나타내었다. 개발된 기준과 지표는 신규 산림일자리는 물론 기존의 산림일자리에 대한 양질의 일자리 평가 수단으로써 활용이 가능하다.

보건소 영양사의 직무 특성 및 일반적 특성과 직무만족도의 관련성에 관한 연구 (A Survey on job characteristics and relationships between general characteristics and job satisfaction of the dietician in community health center)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the job characteristics and relationships between general characteristics and job satisfaction of the dietician in community health center. The subjects were 40 dieticians who responded to the questionnaire distributed at the annual education program in 1997. Statistical data analysis was completed using SAS package program for frequencies, means, $x^2$-test, ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 45.0% of the dieticians were 26 to 30 years old, four-year-course university graduates were 75.0% and daily workers were 72.5% The level of the job satisfaction of the dietician in community health center was the highest in the relationship with colleagues. The other parts of job satisfaction such as effects of nutrition counselling and education, value achievement as a dietician, general work and supervision by supervisors were above average, The general characteristics such as the age, the level of education, employment conditions, working hours per week and total length of service were significantly to all fields of job satisfaction except general work.

Application of Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization to Bi-level Job-Shop Scheduling Problem

  • This study presents an application of adaptive particle swarm optimization (APSO) to solving the bi-level job-shop scheduling problem (JSP). The test problem presented here is $10{\times}10$ JSP (ten jobs and ten machines) with tribottleneck machines formulated as a bi-level formulation. APSO is used to solve the test problem and the result is compared with the result solved by basic PSO. The results of the test problem show that the results from APSO are significantly different when compared with the result from basic PSO in terms of the upper level objective value and the iteration number in which the best solution is first identified, but there is no significant difference in the lower objective value. These results confirmed that the quality of solutions from APSO is better than the basic PSO. Moreover, APSO can be used directly on a new problem instance without the exercise to select parameters.

상황과 소비자 특성의 추구 혜택자 선호 브랜드 유형에 대한 영향 (Interactive Effects of Usage-Situations and Personal Characteristics on Benefit Soughts of Clothing and Preference of Brand Type)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to test the interactive effects of usage-situation (wedding receptions, home, and vacation) and personal characteristics (age, income, education, job or self-monitoring) on clothing benefits sought and 2) to identify brand type preference of consumer groups segmented by age, income, education, job or self-monitoring within a situation. The data were collected via a questionnaire from 601 housewives of ages 20's∼ 50's living in Seoul, Korea. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, repeated measure two-way ANOVA and Chi-square test. The results of this study were as follows. First, by repeated measure tow-way ANOVA, there were significant interactions of age and situation, and interactions of education and situation on Youth/Fashion benefits and Brand-value benefits. And interactive effects of education and situation on Self-expression benefits and Economic-value benefits were significant by repeated measure two-way A NOVA. Second, based on x2-test, brand type preference was significant difference between consumer groups segmented by age, education and job within a situation. And preferences of brand type were different among usage situations.
