The environment and growth of market in Robot Industry (지능형 로봇 산업의 시장의 성장 전망)

  • The information technology intensive society rapidly moves from manufacturing industry to information technology industry. This paradigm of Robot is depending on intelligent Robot instead of labor. The conventional Robot worked through environmental variation and shift of job. This Robot is unactively response to men's mandate. And, this Robot have had iterative jobs through manipulation of men. But, this intelligent Robot have new technology through society paradigm shift. The outstanding feature of this Robot is perception function and cognition, mobility and manipulation. The definition of original Robot means forceful and tedious, slavery job. This is from robota, robotnick of the Czech Republic. Karel Capek, a playwriter of the Czech Republic use of this letter at 'Rossum's Universal Robots'.

  • This Study intends to find out the subjective symptom of Construction Business Worker caused by chemical material exposure, also willing to research how much they are exposed to VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds) and under how much harmful circumstance they are working. As the results, the job group among construction business workers which is most highly dangerous degree to be taken ill of Multiple Chemical Sensitivity is Interior Worker, next following by order of Clerical Worker, Exterior Worker. According to this result, the continuous exposure in high density must be prevented by the measures for Interior Worker also to be bestowed a compulsory break during working hour for regular exposure to the open air,

  • The mobiAutoBot is a conceptual model of robotic process automation software with cognitive automation that can support mobile devices. The mobiAutoBot consists of two parts: mobiAutoBot controller and mobiAutoBot runner. The mobiAutoBot controller directs the job to the mobile device and performs monitoring and interworking. The mobiAutoBot runner installed on the mobile device performs the command execution. With the mobiAutoBot, you can build cost-effective robotic process automation capabilities and use it in a variety of applications, including mobile devices.

  • The research is aimed at finding out the relationship between vocational stress and willingness to engage in vocational stress, which measures vocational stress and the ability to cope with the job, and how the job stress relates to job mobility. First of all, the job stress and willingness to transfer jobs related to sexual harassment related agencies have a positive correlation, while self-exploitation, job stress, and willingness to move jobs have shown negative correlation. Second, the self-assessment of self-assessment of ego resilience has served as a complete parameter in relation to the relationship between employee motivation and willingness to leave the job, which is the job of occupational duties. Based on this study, it is important to note that self-reference is an important factor in determining the role of job stress in the workforce because of its self-reference of job stress and motivation in relation to job stress.

Job Analysis of the Staff Nurse in Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (심장외과 중환자실 일반간호사의 업무분석)

  • Purpose : This study was conducted to provide for a basic resource, which can be used to set up a efficient management system in Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Units(CSICU). Method: 1) Questionnaires were administered and observation methods were used, to examine the nursing activities performed in the CSICU after having reviewed related literatures and a review by the experts. Thus, the nursing activities were designating 254 activities and classified into 28 categories. 2)The 22 nurses in the 2 CSICUs filled out questionnaires about nursing activities from 12 April, 2002 to 17 April, 2002. The frequency of the nursing activities in the 28 categories counted and new nursing activities added by directly observing 12 nurses by two trained research staffs for 4 day. 3)In terms of validity, the 264 nursing activities were analysed by the 25 experts. As a result, 231 nursing activities were found valid and remained as appropriate nursing activities to be used for the careful analysis of the nursing activities in CSICUs. Result: The 22 categories are as below: assessment, monitoring, respiration management, nutrition management, elimination/drainage management, mobility management, sanitation management, safety management, temperature management, specimens collection, preparation and assistance of treatment, skin/wound management, infection management, medication management, education/support, dying patient care, recording/keeping, supplies management, environment management, communications, evaluations, professional development Conclusion : The manifest job description of the staff nurse will contribute to improving the efficiency of the nursing activities and to reducing the role conflicts among the medical staffs.

Is Job Search for the Employed More Effective than That for the Unemployed? (취업상태에서의 직장탐색이 보다 효과적이었을까?)

  • This study analyzes the difference of search efforts and labor market performance between employed searchers and unemployed searchers, using GOMS(Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey) data collected by Korea Employment Information Service. The results show that unemployed searchers concentrated on the job search more actively, and their reservation wage decreased more rapidly than that of employed searchers. Therefore, considering only new jobs, the probability of employment was lower and the wage was higher for employed searchers than for unemployed searchers. However, both the employment probability and the wage were higher for the employed searchers, if analyzing all jobs including existing jobs of employed searchers. The results of this study imply that the employed search may be more effective strategy than the unemployed search.

Employment and Wage Effects of the Duration of Leave of Absence from College (대학 휴학기간의 취업 및 임금효과)

  • This paper estimates the employment and wage effects of the duration of leave of absence for job preparation activities and the duration of leave of absence due to economic difficulties by using the first wave of the Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey of 2009 (2009GOMS1). The employment probability and wage increase by 1.6 percentage points and 4.0 percentage, respectively, with a month of the duration of leave for job preparation activities. The employment probability and wage decrease by 3.6 percentage points and 7.2 percentage, respectively, with a month of the duration of leave due to economic difficulties.

Employment and Wage Level of University Graduates in the Field of Clothing and Fashion

  • The purpose of this study is 1) to compare the employment status and wage level of "Clothing and Fashion" major (CF major) graduates with those from other majors and 2) to examine factors affecting the employment status and wage level of CF major university graduates. The data were pooled from the 2009-2012 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey Data, conducted by Korea Employment Information Service. First, when graduates of CF major were compared with other majors in the same academic area-natural science and arts-, the rate of employment was higher for CF majors than that of other majors; on the other hand, there is no difference in the wage levels between those with graduates in CF majors and those with other majors. Second, we examined factors affecting CF major graduates' employment and wage level based on graduates' individual factors, university factor, and job preparation factors. Employment status of graduates in CF major was predicted by respondent's gender and university type, and work experience. The wage level of CF major graduates was significantly predicted by individual factors (e.g., gender and age, university factors (e.g., university type, university program, location), and job preparation factors (e.g., certificates, overseas experience of foreign language training, English test scores). The results of this study would provide a guide to direct university educational program in order to assess the current capabilities in the field of clothing and fashion.
