As competition for better service between corporations is getting fierce, many efforts to improve service quality are being made endlessly. The quality of service is directly associated with customer satisfaction and the employee performance of emotional labor is a key factor to attain a high level of customer review and better corporation image. This study examines an influence of emotional labor on job stress and customer orientation in the context of a service franchise firm. The results are as follow. First, deep acting of emotional labor has a negative influence on job stress, and surface acting of emotional labor has a negative influence on customer orientation. Also, job stress has a negative influence on customer orientation. Second, deep acting of emotional labor does not have a positive influence on customer orientation. Third, surface acting of emotional labor does not have a positive influence on job stress. The findings of this study show that deep acting of service based on an employee emotion can produce the employee's better service attitude by decreasing employees' job stress, but standardized surface acting of service cannot. Therefore, franchisor needs to use employees' deep acting to improve the franchisee service quality.

This research conducted an empirical analysis of factors that influence the process of job choices and start-ups among the youth. By conducting a comparative analysis on 6 countries with adequate career systems and booming startup industries (China, Indonesia, the UK, Germany, Israel, the US.). The statistical sample is based on the Global Entrepreneurship Trend Ratio and covers a total of 7,082 youth across 7 countries. Multivariate variance analysis and correlational analysis were conductedto compare the average figures among different countries and analyze the regulation effect of parental influence. Job satisfaction, parental influence, and willingness to change future job were selected as the factors that influence job choices. Korea's job satisfaction was the lowest among 7 countries and a willingness to change future job was the highest. Meanwhile, Korea's parental influence was at a medium level among 7 countries. It was proven that job satisfaction had a quasi-control effect on the process of influencing willingness to change future job. Entrepreneurial education, willingness to start-up, job satisfaction, and parental influence were chosen as the factors that influence start-up. Two-way ANOVA were conducted to comparatively analyze each country's average, mutual influence among different factors, and analyze the regulation effect of parental influence. In all countries, start-up education has the effect of raising the willingness to start-up. Also, it was verified that parental influence had a quasi-control effect in the process of career satisfaction influencing the willingness to start-up. The research results will provide meaningful implications for the government and educational institutes including universities when designing policy directions to guide overall career for the youth in the future.

The purpose of this study was 1) to understand the job transfer in education & training(E&T) programs & organizational situational characteristics, and 2) to analyze the effects of the E&T programs & organizational situational characteristic groups on each of the levels of job transfer. There is intimate relationship between E&T programs characteristics & organizational situational characteristics and job transfer, so we can't think of them separately. With this point of view the most frequently discussed problem is how to apply the theory in actual job, but in reality it's true that the improvement of job transfer can't reach the expectations of the E&T programs. In literature view study, the concepts of job transfer in E&T, the general theory on E&T, and the actual condition and points at issue of the existing E&T practices in the medium and small-sized hospitals were defined. As the results from empirical analysis, we could find followings: First, in evaluation of the job transfer, demographic characteristics (seniority, occupational category, position) variables have a significant different. Second, in degree of the job transfer, E&T programs characteristics(contents of E&T, design of E&T, conditions of E&T, teaching ability of lecturer, methods of E&T) variables have a different influence upon each of the evaluation levels of E&T. Third, support of CEO variables have a different influence on the job transfer according to contents, design, conditions of the E&T programs. Fourth, support of co-works variables have a different influence on the job transfer according to design, conditions, method of the E&T programs. Fifty, support of organizational atmosphere variables have a different influence on the job transfer according to contents, design, conditions of the E&T programs.

And the influence on job involvement of self-efficacy was that the higher the self-control efficacy and job preference were, the higher the job involvement was. The influence on job satisfaction of care worker was that the higher the self-confidence, self-control efficacy, and job preference were, the higher the job involvement was. The higher care worker individual empowerment and environmental empowerment were, the higher their job involvement and job satisfaction were. We can find out that there is a mediated effect as an influence on job involvement and job satisfaction of self-efficacy.
