The purpose of this study is to analyze the metaverse-related issues in the news big data from an educational perspective, explore their characteristics, and provide implications for the educational applicability of the metaverse and future education. To this end, 41,366 cases of metaverse-related data searched on portal sites were collected, and weight values of all extracted keywords were calculated and ranked using TF-IDF, a representative term weight model, and then word cloud visualization analysis was performed. In addition, major topics were analyzed using topic modeling(LDA), a sophisticated probability-based text mining technique. As a result of the study, topics such as platform industry, future talent, and extension in technology were derived as core issues of the metaverse from an educational perspective. In addition, as a result of performing secondary data analysis under three key themes of technology, job, and education, it was found that metaverse has issues related to education platform innovation, future job innovation, and future competency innovation in future education. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes a vast amount of news big data in stages to draw issues from an education perspective and provide implications for future education.

The 4th industrial revolution refers to the transition to a knowledge society in which the production speed of knowledge is fast and the proportion of the knowledge industry is greatly increased. The reorganization of the industrial structure and the change of occupations and jobs due to new technologies are bringing about changes in education, and the development of digital technology has made education that is borderless, individual and dynamic, becoming the new standard of education. With these changes, interest in nano-degrees on new technologies or micro-degrees focused on core courses rather than regular course degrees is increasing. As a representative example, Udacity in the United States has opened and operated online nanodegree courses related to jobs, and collaborates with major companies to develop and educate core training courses necessary for companies, thereby efficiently supporting companies in securing talent. With the revitalization of online vocational and job training, an environment has been prepared in which individuals can set goals for vocational competency development and continue their portfolio-based sustainable learning. However, for effective vocational education, automated and personalized educational content design should be preceded. To this end, in this paper, we propose a personalized career and course map recommendation system in the era of online learning

Social enterprise is an organization which use business activities as a means to achieve of social purposes. It has grown sharply since 2007 in Korea. However, now it is time had to pursue qualitative growth through the development of specialized business model. This study aims to identify business components using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with experts and to develop a tailored business model for social enterprises in the fields of culture, performance, and the arts associated with the tourism based on regional demand within Gwangju. The analysis shows that job creation should be set as the main objectives to create value, and programs that offer hands-on experience with that fields can be the core competency. Cooperation among private corporations, local governments and agencies related to that fields is essential, as are programs provided through on- and off-line platforms. To develop a value proposition, customers must be segmented among a variety of the market participants.

Purpose: With the purpose of educating and producing outstanding paramedics by enhancing their competencies, this study aimed to make policy suggestions to re-establish the education system and improve the national examination and the certification scheme. Methods: This study used focus group interviews and questionnaires to collect data. Totally, there were 277 subjects, including experts from the education and field. Data were collected from September 9 to 20, 2016, and analyzed using SPSS 22.0. Results: To strengthen the curriculum of paramedics, this study suggested 27 courses with 94 credits as the standardized curriculum and derived 9 core competencies of paramedics. For the national examination, this study suggested consolidating written test subjects, adding scenario questions to practical tests, and applying critical criteria to simple practical tests that performs a procedure, grading these tests on a pass/fail basis. In addition, this study suggested converting certification into license, reflecting paramedics' healthcare job characteristics. Conclusion: The quality of emergency medical services in Korea will improve when those with core competencies that originated from the standardized curriculum based on the results of this study acquire their certification through the national test scheme, and the certification management system creates a virtuous cycle to further enhance paramedics' professionalism.
