1. Objectives Jeong-Jo's death has many mistery. So we understand rightly Jeong-Jo's death. we inspect closely medical records of 20 days before death(in The Annals of the Choson Dynasty(朝鮮王朝實錄), Hong Je Jun Se(弘齋全書)， GukSoBoGam(國朝寶鑑). We understand medical treatment before death. It is based on Jeong-Jo's Constitution. So we trace the cause of a Jeong-Jo's death rightly. 2. Methods According to The Annals of the Choson Dynasty(朝鮮王朝實錄), Hong Je Jun Se(弘齋全書) GukSoBoGam(國朝寶鑑). We found out Jeoung-Jo's Sasang constitutional elemet. We point on Jeoung-Jo's nature and emotion, temperament and talent, features and way of speaking, physical appearance, healthy state, ordinary symptom, pathological syndromes and pharmacology. so documentary records was worthy of notice. 3. Results and conclusions 1. Jeong-Jo has prominent cheekbones,flat face. It belong to Tae-eum. 2. Jeong-Jo's physical appearance is mild,around,large. It belong ro Tae-eum. 3. Jeong-Jo's favorite food and herb were belong to Tae-eum interior febrile disease herb. which is Exhale Dispersing Qi 4. So even though Jeoung-Jo is Tae-eum, He had a weak body. It main cause that Smoking, insomnia, heave work, Hwa disease. 5. Jeong-Jo's is Interior febrile disease induced form the liver affected by heat in Tae-eumin

Skin conductance level (SCL) is used to analyze the individual differences in pathological states. The points of measurement were on the back of the second metacarpals, according to the Zhang's biological whole body medical treatment method. SCL was measured in 38 healthy men and women and in 98 patients in lung, liver, stomach, kidney, and paralysis. The classification of the physical constitution was done to them with respect to Lee's physical constitution theory. The following tendencies were observed. 1. SCL in patients group is lower than that in healthy group. 2. In healthy group, SCL in micro-positive physical constitution is higher than those of micro-negative and macro-negative physical constitution. 3. In patients group, SCL in micro-positive physical constitution is lower than those of micro-negative and macro-negative physical constitution vice versa.

Objectives This study was aimed to validate Sasang Constitution Questionnaire for Japanese (SSCQ-J). Methods Sasang Constitution Questionnaire for Patients (SSCQ-P) was developed by joint researches between the Society of Sasang Constitutional Medicine and Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine. We translated SSCQ-P into Japanese and modified some items of that for Japanese. By getting approval from the Institutional Review Board（IRB）of School of Medicine, Keio University, we conducted a questionnaire survey of patients who visited Oriental Medicine Center from early January until mid-February 2011. The total of 364 patients filled out that Questionnaire and gave an interview with a Sasang constitution specialist. Using this Questionnaire data, we made Sasang constitutional classification functions and calculated diagnostic accuracy rate of SSCQ-J using discrimination analysis. Results 1. Male group's diagnostic accuracy rate of SSCQ-J was 77.01% and female was 78.10%. 2. Diagnostic accuracy of SSCQ-J was a little higher than SSCQ-P Conclusions 1. SSCQ-J can be considered to have good discriminant power compared with SSCQ-P 2. Further research with SSCQ-J will be helpful in the comparison study on the usual symptoms between Korean and Japanese as well as development of good discriminant function.
