Dementia is a syndrome characterized by a decline in multiple fields of cognitive domains. One of etiology of dementia is cerebrovascular disease. This is a case of multi-infarct dementia(MID) patient with functional mental disorders. The patient was treated with scalp acupuncture. After treatment, improvement was seen in cognitive domains.

This paper proposes the microprocessor-based step-up chopper system used for the battery charge from the photovoltaic arrays. The proposed scheme tracks the maximum power point by analyzing the voltage and power phasors which vary as the solar irradiation quantity. In this system, protection for the overcharge and overdischarge in also provided.

The IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) is a power semiconductor device that has gained acceptance among power electronic circuit design engineers for motor drive and Power converter applications. The device-circuit interaction of power insulated gate bipolar transistor for a series-inductor load, both with and without a snubber are, simulated. An analytical model for the transient operation of the IGBT is used in conjunction with the load circuit state equations for the simulations.

According to the bibliographic studies of Depilation, the following conditions were made after literary studies.; 1. According to the period, The depilation have been named variously, for example, Balta(髮墮), Balgu(髮去), Balrak(髮落), Mobal(毛拔), Yupung(油風), Dokchang(禿瘡), Guijidu(鬼?頭), Dokban(禿班), etc. 2. The cause of depilation was deficiency of kidney(腎虛), defciency of Qi of the lung(肺氣虛), excessive heat of blood system(血熱), deficiency of Qi and blood system(氣血虛), deficiency of blood system(血虛), and endogenouse cause of, etc. 3. The depilation is meaning fallen hair in head. There are multiform type in the symptoms of depilation; round shape, ellipse type & bald head. 4. The herbal treatment was used Yukmijihwaghwan(六味地黃丸), Palmihwan(八味丸), Singihwan(腎氣丸), Hwangigunjungtang(黃耆建中湯), Samultang(四物湯), ect. and external herbal reatment was Sineungyangjindan(神應養鎭丹), Bangpungtongsungsan(防風通聖散), ect.

This paper is intended to present the philosophical thoughts of Yu Won-Ji who was one of famous scholars in The School of Toegye. He criticized Yi I(Yulgok) and Jang Hyeon-Gwang(Yeohyeon) because they regarded Li and Ch'i as one. Yi was considered an actual founder of their theoretical and political rival party called the School of Yulgok. Jang also refused to accept Toegye's theory and had developed his own theory, which emphasized the unity of Li(principle) and Ch'i(material force). Therefore Yu might well exclude Yi I(Yulgok) and Jang Hyeon-Gwang and criticize their theories severely. First, he was convinced that Toegye's doctrine(Li-Gi-Ho-Bal-Seol) was a orthodox theory accurately succeeding to Jhu Xi's learning. Secondly, he criticised Yi I(Yulgok) for looking upon Li and Ch'i as one thing. Thirdly, he regarded Jang's doctrine as same with Yulgok's. Fourthly, he thought it is necessary to criticize Jang's theory in order to preserve Toegye's learning and establish the theoretical identity of the Toegye School.
