We construct a state model for the two-variable Kauman polynomial using planar trivalent graphs. We also use this model to obtain a polynomial invariant for a certain type of trivalent graphs embedded in $\mathbb{R}^3$.

Clean rooms are widely used in high technology industries. Currently within the microelectronics industry there is an explosive growth in the number of clean rooms. Therefore, special consideration of clean room workers is needed to the work induced stresses from contamination avoidance, clothing requirements, and confinements [1].

소련 체르노빌 원자력발전소에서 원자력발전사상 최악의 사고가 발생한지 만 2년이 경과하였다. 체르노빌사고후의 복구작업은 소련사회가 가지고 있는 독특한 강점을 잘 보여 주었으며, 엄청난 문제를 신속하고 효과적으로 대처하기 위한 노력을 거국적으로 경주하였다. 다음은 James Varley씨가 1987년 12월 9일에 체르노빌을 방문한 후 NE지 3월호에 발표한 보고서이다.
