This paper is a record of the transitioning of the Journal of Korean Society of Archives and Records Management to open access. To understand this process, this paper explains the meaning of the conflict over the copyright among commercial journal aggregators, scholarly societies and public sector aggregators. In addition, this paper explains the declarations for open access transition in scholarly societies in the fields of library and information science and other humanities & social sciences in Korea. This paper records the practices and problems that the scholarly society as a publisher has faced in related to securing the journal publication cost, expanding the channels of distribution, and reforming the regulation of the journal. This paper also attempts to understand this transition process as making a knowledge commons.

디지털보존 시대에서도 종이기록물의 보존은 여전히 그 중요성이 막중하다. 그리고 '세계의 기록유산; Memory of the World; MOW'의 지정은 세계적으로 소멸되고 있는 인류의 기록유산을 보존하고 보호하는데 큰 역할을 한다. 아울러 일본 국내에서 진행되고 있는 역사기록물에 대한 수복(修復) 보존 활동을 상세하게 설명함으로써, 한국에서도 이러한 기록물의 보존측면과 활용측면이 수례(車輪)의 두 바퀴처럼 그 필요성을 각각 인식하고, 종이기록물에 대한 보존활동 사업에 더욱 박차를 가하도록 당부하고자 한다.

퇴변한 필적을 회복하고 보호하는 것에 관계되는 여러 학과를 설립하여, 각고의 연구 끝에 이 영역에서 일련의 중대한 돌파를 얻었다. 볼펜 복사지 푸른색 먹(黑) 연필 청사진 등의 필적 재료의 퇴색 확산 회복 고정기제 및 종이 노화와 보호기제 등 복잡한 요소를 연구 분석하여 일련의 퇴변한 당안 필적 회복과 보호제를 연구 제작하였다. 이 일련의 성과가 세상에 나온 이래 중국 30개성 자치구에서 정부기관 경찰 법원 도시규획과 건설 지질 수도 전기 철로 석유 조사 설계 군사 등의 일부분 당안에서 응용되었고, 심각하게 퇴변한 대량의 진귀한 문헌 문물로 하여금 원래 모습을 회복시켰으며, 영구 보존할 필요가 있는 문건을 내구적으로 고정시킬 수 있었다. 동시에 국제 당안계 및 지질문물 수장, 연구 부분에서 강렬한 영향을 불러일으켰다.

This study examines tile concept of knowledge management and research trends. This study, then, analyzes the factors influencing for knowledge sharing. Finally, it identifies facilitating factors for knowledge sharing in terms of knowledge characteristics, organizational culture, knowledge management support organization arrangement, reward system, and information technology. The suggestions of the study can be used to establish knowledge sharing in organizations.

This paper aims to analyze of the records schedule's transactions, identify problems of them and suggest improving requirements, especially focusing on similar institutions. The paper examines the process and principle of establishing transactions for the records schedule and analyzes the transactions on the records schedules at 59 national and public university libraries by retention, type, library size and administrative functions.

According to the Public Records Act, the actual conditions of Government Agencies will be assessed by the concept of 'Assessment' not by 'Instruction and Checking'. In this Study, before adopting a new National Assessment of complying with Records Management, on the basis of the analysis of current 'Instruction and Checking' and other Countries' system which will be able to the model of our new system, we suggest that a Assessment system which will play a role to fulfill and spread the Public Records Act and Records management Standard in this nation's public sector.

The BMS(Bussiness Management System) included conferences, directions, memo system and operated bussiness classification based on. The high valued BMS contains many faulty functions managing records. In this study, we proposed some fundamental considerations in application of a migration strategy for long-term preservation of electronic records. It also reviewed the notion of migration and various data migration strategies such as DPT and CAMiLEON through the literature survey.
