In order to increase the efficiency of the PV solar can get maximum power output from a control is up. But MPPT request Converter since Solar module always work MPP about out condition. This paper study of 170W stand-alone PV MPPT system for charge and discharge control system of the battery. The proposed system is a way of Flyback converters, and controls the algorithm used P&O control method and ATmega128.

The topical application of methoprene a kind of juvenile hormone(JH) on 4th instar larvae at 48th hour after ecdysis-3 , followed by insulin on 5th instar larvae and silkgland weights, cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight, and fecundity ; and significantly decreases percent of cocooning and moth emergence. After treatment with methoprene followed by insulin, cocoon weight increase by 17~20% and cocoon shell weights by 18~32% respectively.

Die wichtigsten Theorien tiber das Alter der hochdeutschen Lautverschiebung (LV) sind die beiden folgenden: 1. ein sehr hohes Alter(wohl noch var Chr. abgeschlossen), 2. ein relativ junges Alter(im Allgemeinen das 6.-10. Jh. n. Chr.). Die beiden Datierungen weichen um uber ein halbes Jahrtausend voneinander ab. Diese Abweichungen gehen auf unterschiedliche Methoden der Altersbestimmung zuruck: entweder datiert man nur anhand schriftlichen Zeugnisse oder aufgrund von etwas spekulativ ethnologischen Erwagungen. Die letztere lasst zwar ein hohes Alter der LV zu, gibt aber es keine sicheren Belege dafur. Deshalb kann nur sprachliches Material eine sichere Basis fur die Datierung der LV sein. Das gilt immer noch, wenn auch die Schreibung i. d. R. Veranderungen in der gesprochenen Sprache nicht rechtzeitig widerspiegelt. Die altesten Belege fur die wichtigsten Dialekte sind die folgenden: Die alemannische Runeninschrift von Stetten (ca. 680, wahl der fruheste Beleg uberhaupt fur die hd. LV), Handschrift des langobardischen Edictus Rathari $({\cal}um 700)$, das bairische Salzburger Verbrtiderungsbuch(784), die mittelfrankischen Glossen des Echtemacher Evangeliars $({\cal}um 700)$.

Hemolymph SHBP (hJHBP) was partially purified from last instar larvae of Bombyx zori by gel filtration and their optimal reaction conditions of dextrin coated charcoal binding assay were determined. Dissociation constant (KD) of hJHBP for JH III was calculated to be 1.45 $\times$ 10-7 M at $4^{\circ}C.$ The molecular weight of hJHBP was estimated to be 30 kDa by gel filtration on a calibrated Sephadex G-100 column and 33 kDa by SDS-PAGE. These results indicate that hSHBP consists of a single polvpeptide chain. Isoelectric point of hJHBP was found to be pH 5.1 and 19 of the first 20 amino acid residues were determined from N-terminus of purified hJHBP.

This experiment was to investigate the Leptospiral antibody in the pigs with the serological test by the microscopic-agglutination-test (MAT) from November 1991. to Januaury 1992. Antigen(living antigen) was used L. icterohemorrhagiae, L. pomona, L. canicola, L. hardjo, L. ballum, L. australis, L. autumnalis, L. grippotyphosa, L. tarassovi, L. pyrogenes, L. bataviae, L. hebdomadis for the serolgical test in the pigs. The result obtained are summarized as follows of the total 202 serum samples examined, 1. Among the serum samples of 202 heads, 19 heads of the pigs(9.4%) were positive. 2. Among the positive samples of 19 heads, The detected were L. icterohemorhagiae 10 heads(5.0%), L. pomona 3 heads(1.5%), L. canicola 6 heads(3.0%). 3. Antibody titers of positive sera were ranging from 1：100 to 1 : 400. Serotiters appeared to be very low, 4. The seroprevalence of Leptospira in Chechon was higher than that other districts (5. 4% -5.8%), but the lower than Chung-nam, Kyonggi(13.7-15.9%)

Antiscratching behavioral effects of the water extract of two black colored rice (BCR) varieties [Oryza sativa L. cv. Heugjinjubyeo (HJ) and Josaengheugchalbyeo (JH)], major pigment of which is cyanindin 3-glucoside, were investigated. Orally administered BCRs' extracts exhibited potent inhibitory activity against scratching behaviors which were induced by compound 48/80 and histamine. The inhibitory effect of Josaengheugchalbyeo in vivo and in vitro were more potent than those of Heugjinjubyeo. These finding suggest that black colored rice, especially Josaengheugchalbyeo, may inhibit scratching behaviors and anaphylaxis reaction by stabilizing membrane.
