인터넷 사용이 보편화됨에 따라 컴퓨터뿐만 아니라, 휴대폰이나 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)를 이용한 인터넷 사용이 증가하고 있다. 다양한 학습방법의 개발과 제공은 사용자에게 알맞은 학습형태를 선택할 수 있는 폭을 더 넓혀줄 것이다. 모바일 학습은 이러한 요구 사항에 적합하고 시대적으로 필요하다. Web과 함께 모바일 인터넷 환경을 이용한 교육 컨텐츠 제공에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 인터넷 환경에서 모바일을 이용한 교육용 컨텐츠를 J2ME기반으로 구현하였다.

최근 PDA와 휴대폰 등 모바일 디바이스의 급격한 증가로 모바일 응용 SW 개발이 주목을 받고 있다. 다양한 방법과 기술들이 모바일 응용 SW 개발을 지원하기 위해 개발되었으며, 다양한 언어가 J2ME 또는 Brew 플랫폼에서 SW 개발을 위해 제시되었다. 그러나 이러한 환경에서 SW 테스트는 큰 관심을 받지는 못하였다. 그 동안 모바일 응용 SW의 기능 테스트에 대한 몇몇 연구 성과들이 발표되어 왔고, 성능, 사용성, 스트레스 테스트 등에 관련된 연구들이 주로 진행되어 왔다. 특히 단위 테스트는 개발자의 역량에 의존하는 방식으로 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 응용 SW를 비즈니스로직 측면과 GUI 측면으로 구분하여 각각에 대한 단위 테스트 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

The informatization of Korea is accompanied by the great growth of new strategic export industry, as of mobile phone or semiconductor LCD. Speaking to the situation of mobile phone, Motorola swept over the American domestic market in the beginning of 1990s, digital mobile communication as CDMA developed swiftly in Korea. In 1996, the first year's CDMA users of Samsung were merely one million, nevertheless, the world's sales in the first half of this year is up to 92 million. In this p aper I design 3D application based on J2ME and implement a freely removable 3D object which happened in a 3D scen e by receiving the keyboard response of mobile device with WTK (Wireless ToolKit) simulator. It contains benefits of improvement of relative speed and high-level functionality such as scene graph, keyframe animation, etc.

자바 애플리케이션의 이식성을 보장해주는 ‘WORA’ 모델을 실현하기 위해서 바이트코드에 기반한 자바는 바이트코드 인터프리터를 포함하는 구조적 한계로 인해 성능상의 문제를 갖고 있다. 최근에 서버에서 정보가전에 이르기까지 자바 기술을 확산시키기 위해 자바는 J2EE, J2SE, J2ME의 3영역으로 나누어지고 셀룰러폰, PDA 등 스마트 핸드헬드 기기에는 J2ME 환경이 제공되고 있다. 데스크톱 PC의 고성능화와 다양한 가속 기술의 개발로 인해 성능 문제가 보완되어 수많은 자바 애플리케이션이 데스크톱 PC에서 개발되어 왔으나 CPU, 메모리, 전력 등 자원 제약적 특성을 갖는 임베디드 시스템은 데스크톱 PC에 적용된 자바의 성능 향상 기술을 적용하기에 부적절하여 이에 적합한 새로운 자바 가속 기술이 개발되고있다. 본 고에서는 임베디드 시스템에서 자바의 성능 향상을 위해 개발된 자바 가속 기술을 소프트웨어및 하드웨어 측면에서 살펴보고 대표적인 상용 기술에 대해 고찰하였다.

J-aggregates in the mutual mixing LB films of [6Me-DS]$_{1-x}$ [DO]$_{x}$,[DS]$_{1-x}$ [DO]$_{x}$ and [DSe]$_{1-x}$ [DO]$_{x}$ have been studied by optical absorption, fluorescence and surface pressure-area isotherms. In [6Me-DS]$_{1-x}$ [DO]$_{x}$ films, sharp J-band absorption and fluorescence of [6Me-DS] are linearly shifted to the longer wavelength for the replacement of [6Me-DS] by [DO]. According to the x, a smooth shift of the limited area has been cleared. In the [DS]-[DO] system, the J-band is enhanced at 1:1 composition and strong fluorescence is also observed. Also, the presence of phase separation was suggested in the [DSe]-[DO] system, because the absorption spectra were decomposed into [DSe] and [DO] spectra. On the other hand, in the pressure-area isothermal study, reduction in the molecular occupying area of monolayers has been clarified. This could be ascribed to the enhancement of molecular ordering in J-aggregates. These facts are also believed to reflect the most closely packed arrangement of chromophores in the merocyanine dye monolayers. Thus, it was confirmed that the interaction between mixed dye molecules and the CdC1$_2$+KHCO$_3$subphases affected the J-aggregates of the LB films. Also. it is thought that the J-aggregates are formed non-dimensionally in LB films, such as solution synthesized [DX:DO] assemblies on mixing.s on mixing.

Aziridinylbenzoquinones such as 3, 6-diaziridinyl-1, 4-benzoquinone (DZQ) and its 2, 5-methyl analog (MeDZQ) require bioreductive activation in order to elicit their anticancer activities. To determine the involvement of DTD in the activation of these drugs, we have used a ligation-mediated polymerase chain reaction to map the intracellular alkylation sites in a sing1e copy gene at the nucleotide level. We have performed this analysis in two human colon carcinoma cells, one proficient (HT-29) and one deficient (BE) in DT-diaphorase (DTD) activity. In the DTD proficient HT-29 cell line, DZQ and MeDZQ were found to alkylate both 5'-(A/T)G(C)-3' and 5'-(A/T)A-3' sequences. This is consistent with the nucleotide preferences observed when DZQ and MeDZQ are activated by purified DTD to reactive metabolites capable of alkylating DNA in vitro [Lee, C. -S., Hartley, J. A., Berardini, M. D., Butler, J., Siegel., D., Ross, D., & Gibson, N. W. (1992) Biochemistry, 31: 3019-3025]. Surprisingly in the DTD-deficient BE cell line a pattern of alkylation induced by DZQ and MeDZQ similar to that observed in the DTD-proficient HT-29 cells was observed. This suggests that reductive enzymes other than DTD can be involved in activating DZQ and MeDZQ to DNA reactive species in vivo.

본 논문에서는 MPEG4 표준에 의거한 멀리미디어 파일을 동영상 디코더가 장착되지 않은 모바일 단말기에서 재생이 가능하도록 설계 구현 하였다. 모바일 단말기는 제한된리소스의 환경이므로 단말기 내에서 동영상을 처리하는 것에는 많은 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG4파일의 음성부와 영상부로 구분하여 모바일 단말기에 알맞은 파일로 변화시켜 실시간으로 데이터를 가져 와 모바일 단말기 상에서 플레이를 해준다. 비디오부는 PNG로 음성부는 SMAF(Synthetic Music Mobile Application Format)로 변화를 시켜 설계 구현하였다. 동영상 디코더가 장착되지 않은 단말기에서도 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

모바일 응용 S/W GUI를 기존의 매뉴얼을 보고 테스트 하는 단계적이고 수동적인 방법을 탈피하여 사용자 중심의 시나리오를 통하여 자동으로 GUI를 테스트 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 제시한 테스트 방법은 사용자 중심의 UI를 설계하여 간편하고, 정확하게 테스트 할 뿐만 아니라 테스트케이스를 재사용하는 환경을 지원한다. 제안한 자동화 도구는 시나리오 기반의 정확한 테스트와 재사용성을 높인 테스트 도구로서 기존 테스트 도구와 기능적인 비교를 통하여 성능을 확인하였다.

Java is platform-independent and supports uniform solutions from mobile area (J2ME) to enterprise area (J2EE), so Java is a good development tool for the environment of heterogeneous machines and distributed applications. Java applications need access control module as a Java package. In this paper, we design and implement it. Therefore Java developers can reduce development time, and system managers easily do access control work. Proposed module is based on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model and includes a Java package and administration tool.
