We have noted a possibility of big data as a solution of social problem and pending issue. At the same time big data has a problem of privacy. Big data and privacy were in conflict. In this paper we pointed out that issue and propose a planning of big data based on privacy using case study of advanced country.

Research results on possible effects caused by radiofrequency fields in children are limited because most of the studies published so far have focused on adults, rather than children. Mobile phone use is now widespread, even among younger children. If a biological risk due to mobile phone exposure is found, it might be greater in children because their bodies might be more sensitive to radiofrequency energy. The issue of a possible difference in sensitivity between adults and children begins with whether any difference exists physically in terms of electromagnetic absorption. This paper presents a review of recent publications on dosimetric comparisons between children and adults with respect to radiation from mobile phones. The issue of the health effects of mobile phone use is beyond the scope of the present review. Most of the dosimetry research on possible differences in power absorption between children and adults has been based on numerical modeling and analysis. The understanding of the results so far is presented and needed studies are described.

In this paper, we will analyse a case study of an actual industrial espionage and problems, then search for countermeasures on the issue.

Marine technology must advance to meet the needs of a wealthier and more demanding public while at the same time provide greater environmental protection. Pollution noise and vibration is the specific issue being discussed in this paper Noise is of course due to vibration from high speed engines driving generators, entilators, winch and other gear, while underwater noise pollution results from the propellers and the resistance produced by the hull of the ship moving through the water. Vibration is also a factor in potential damage to sensitive electronic gear and metal fatigue. The issue of noise pollution does not cease when a vessel enters her berth and the main engines shut down. There is still the matter of ventilation and other mechanical factors at work to maintain a comfortable, efficient environment. We measured the noise level and vibration displacement in the training ship A-Ra at underway and Berth. The authors analyzed the frequency of noise and maximum vibration displacement in the position.

본 논문에서는 한 번에 여러 개의 명령어를 이슈할 수 있는 다중 이슈 프로세서(in-order, multiple-issue processors)에 대해 최악 실행시간을 분석하는 기법을 제시한다. 명령어들의 이슈 형태를 분석하기 위해서 명령어들 사이의 의존성 간계를 표현하는 IDG(Instruction Dependence Graph)라고 하는 자료구조를 사용한다. 이 자료구조로부터 각 명령어들의 이슈간 거리 범위를 구하고, 프로그램의 계층적인 분석 과정에서 점차로 더 정확한 이슈간 거리 범위로 갱신한다. 프로그램의 최악 실행시간은 최종적으로 얻어진 프로그램 전체에 대한 IDG를 분석하여 얻은 명령어들의 이슈간 거리 범위로부터 계산한다. 제안하는 기법을 구현한 시간 분석기를 사용하여 실험한 결과, 논문에서 사용한 다중 이슈 프로세서 모델에 대해서 정확하게 다중 이슈 형태를 분석할 수 있었다.

Control chart is most widely used in SPC(Statistical Process Control), Recently it is a critical issue that the standard control chart is not suitable to non-normal process with very small percent defective. Especially, this problem causes serious errors in the reliability procurement, such as semiconductor, high-precision machining and chemical process etc. Procuring process control technique for non-normal process with very small percent defective and perturbation is becoming urgent. Control chart technique in non-normal distribution become very important issue. In this paper, we investigate on research trend of control charts under non-normal distribution.

The axial heterogeneous void distribution in a fuel channel is a relevant and important issue during nuclear reactor analysis for LWR, especially for boiling water channel-type reactors. Variation of the coolant density in fuel channel has an effect on the neutron spectrum that will in turn have an impact on the values of absolute reactivity, the void reactivity coefficient, and the fuel isotopic compositions during irradiation. This effect is referring to as the history effect in light water reactor calculations. As the void reactivity effect is positive in RBMK type reactors, the underestimation of water density heterogeneity in 3D reactor core numerical calculations could cause an uncertainty during assessment of safe operation of nuclear reactor. Thus, this issue is analysed with different cross-section libraries which were generated with WIMS8 code at different reference water densities. The libraries were applied in single fuel model of the nodal code of QUABOX-CUBBOX/HYCA. The thermohydraulic part of HYCA allowed to simulate axial water distribution along fuel assembly model and to estimate water density history effect for RBMK type fuel.

In recent years, the domestic construction business is continuously stagnated caused by housing depression, global financial crisis etc. To overcome these difficulties, the construction companies should reinforce the internal marketing like the service business. However, it is not easy to conduct active internal marketing reinforcement since the companies do not directly receive customers under special situation like construction. Therefore, it is necessary to resolve the urgent issue by selecting order of priority among internal marketing factors. To address this issue, the objective of this study is to analysis the internal marking factors by using Analytic Hierarchy Process.
