  • 본 논문에서는 저 전압원과 고 전압원간의 양방향 전력 변환에 적합한 절연형 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안하는 컨버터는 저압 측에 전류형 능동 클램프 푸쉬풀 컨버터 구조와 고압 측에 배전압 회로를 가지는 하프 브릿지 구조를 가진다. 저압 측의 전류형 컨버터의 적용은 별도의 필터 없이도 저압 측의 전류 리플의 저감 효과 시킬 수 있으며, 고 주파수 변압기의 턴 비를 낮출 수 있다. 또한 배전압 회로를 통해 전류 대비 고압 측 소자의 전압 스트레스의 저감 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 최종적으로 제안하는 컨버터의 모의 실험결과를 통해 타당성을 검증한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 저전압 대전류응용의 양방향 절연형 DC-DC 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안한 컨버터는 직렬 공진형 컨버터를 이용한 2단 방식으로 비절연 컨버터가 전압 및 양방향 제어를 하며 절연부는 고정듀티와 고정주파수로 동작시켜 전 부하영역에서 ZCS 턴온 턴오프가 가능한 장점을 갖는다. 12V, 1000A 시작품으로 제안한 방식의 타당성을 검증하였으며 강압시 최대효율 98.5%, 승압시 최대효율 98.6%를 달성하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 전기자동차 긴급구난용 급속충전 병렬능동클램프 고효율 절연형 DC/DC 컨버터를 제안한다. ZVS 턴온동작하여 스위칭손실을 저감하고, 능동클램프 스위칭소자에 대한 스위칭주파수와 전류를 저감시킬 수 있도록 토폴로지의 개선과 함께 제어기법을 도입한 20kW급 전기자동차 급속충전 전력변환시스템을 제안하고, 이에 대한 유효성을 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 검증한다.

  • 본 논문은 $6kW/L(98W/in^3)$의 전력밀도를 갖는 xEV LDC를 위한 절연형 DC-DC컨버터의 설계 방법을 제안한다. 부피를 가장 많이 차지하는 수동소자의 부피를 줄이기 위해 GaN소자를 적용하여 스위칭 주파수를 700kHz를 적용하였다. 또한 자속 상쇄 개념이 적용된 매트릭스 평면 변압기를 적용하여 변압기의 부피를 크게 줄일 수 있었다. 본 논문에서는 후보 토폴로지들의 비교를 통해 고 전력 밀도에 가장 적합한 토폴로지를 선정하였으며, 자속상쇄 개념 기반의 매트릭스 평면 변압기를 설계방법을 제안하였다.

  • Currently, power conversion system which converts AC to DC Power is applied in domestic urban railway. The diode rectifier is used in most of them. However the diode rectifier can not control the output voltage and can not regenerate power as well. On the other hand, PWM (pulse width modulation) converter using IGBT (isolated gate bipolar transistor) can control output voltage, allowing it to reduce the output voltage drop. Moreover the Bi-directional conduction regenerates power which does not require additional device for power regeneration control. This paper compared the simulation results for the DC power supply system on both the diode rectifier and the PWM converter. Under the same load condition, simulation circuit for each power supply system was constructed with the PSIM (performance simulation and modeling tool) software. The load condition was set according to the resistance value of the currently operating impedance of light rail line, and the line impedance was set according to the distance of each substations. The train was set using a passive resistor. PI (proportional integral) controller was applied to regulate the output voltage. PSIM simulation was conducted to verify that the PWM Converter was more efficient than the diode rectifier in DC Traction power supply system.

  • This paper suggests an isolated PFC converter for electric vehicle (EV) chargers with wide-output voltage range. The proposed converter is based on voltage-fed full-bridge structure. All the harmonic and output controls are performed by secondary and primary switches are only operated under a fixed frequency with 50% duty-ratio. In addition, harmonic modulation technique is adopted to obtain a near unity power factor without input current monitoring. The feasibility of the proposed charger has been verified with a 10-kW prototype.

  • Recently, a fuel cell with low voltage and high current output characteristics is remarkable for new generation system. It needs both a DC-DC step-up converter and DC-AC inverter to be used in fuel cell generation system. Therefor, this paper, consists of an isolated DC-DC converter to boost the fuel cell voltage 380[VDC] and a PWM inverter with LC filter to convent the DC voltage to single-phase 220[VAC]. Expressly, The fuel cell system which it proposes DC-DC the efficient converter used PWM the phase transient control law and it depended to portion resonance ZVS switching, loss peek voltage and electric current of realization under make schedule, switching frequency anger and the switch reduction. And mind benevolence it sprouted 2 in stop circuit and it added and a direct current voltage and the electric current where the ingredient is reduced in load side ripple stable under make whom it will be able to supply. Besides the efficiency of 92[%]is obtained over the wide output voltage regulation ranges and load variations. Also, under make over together the result leads simulation and test, the propriety confirmation.

  • A non-isolated Multiple Input Converter (MIC) with an input port, two storage ports and a load port is proposed. The synthesis of the proposed four port converter with its switch realization is presented. A steady state analysis of each operating mode with a small-signal model is derived, and a stability analysis is done. A mode selection controller is proposed to automatically choose a specific operating mode based on the voltage levels of the different source and storage units. In addition, a voltage control loop is used to regulate the output voltage. A 200W prototype is built with a TMS320F28027 DSP controller to test the feasibility of the operating modes. Simulation and experimental results show the ability of the proposed converter to handle multiple inputs either individually or simultaneously.

  • 본 논문에서는 급속충전기에 적용 가능한 매트릭스 컨버터 기반의 3상 절연형 커패시터리스 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안하는 컨버터는 직류 링크단의 전해 커패시터를 제거함으로써 기존의 풀브리지형 컨버터에 비해 부피가 작고 신뢰성이 향상되는 장점이 있다. 또한, 기존의 충전기가 AC-DC 변환기와 DC-DC 변환기를 포함한 2단 구조인데 비해 제안하는 충전기는 매트릭스 컨버터 회로를 이용한 1단 구조로서 제어부 구성이 간단한 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 충전기를 해석하고, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 충전기의 유효성을 확인한다.

  • This paper deals with the rapid charger which is the mid-type between the slow and fast chargers in the aspect of charging time. In its functions, it can perform the Active Power Filter(APF) function without changing the topology besides the charging function. In addition, to perform the charging and APF function, this paper proposes the mode selection algorithm. The operation of the charger that has APF function and the mode selection algorithm are verified by the simulation and experiment.
