According to enhancement of roles and functions of enterprises' distribution centers, recent trend of distribution centers are specialization and diversification which have generated lots of new distribution center building or expansion of the existing ones and led attention on stock transfer importance in case of distribution center relocation. This thesis is a study for how to reduce stock transfer leadtime in order to minimize business risk and how to increase inventory accuracy when stock ownership is transferred in case of distribution center relocation, and to provide inventory accuracy management methods and inventory in/out management types, detailed definition to evaluate level for inventory accuracy management and pros/cons by inventory in/out management type assuming 'the higher inventory accuracy before stock transfer, the shorter stock transfer leadtime when distribution center is relocated'. This thesis provides detailed procedure to secure an absolute stock transfer leadtime and process to confirm hugh inventory accuracy by stakeholders which should be sloved by Task Force Team for stock transfer in case of distribution center relocation.

The inventory location is the mos important factor which decide the efficiency of picking orders. According to the inventory location, it is possible to optimize the route for picking order, and then it makes us to expect the cost reduction and efficiency improvement. However, it is practical situation to make decisions where to keep the products based on manager's intuition and experience, not based on the systematical or analytical approach. In this research, with the practical order data of cropper product and layout for the storage yard, the association rules have found, and then the new methodology has been devised to make the decision where to keep the inventory. By utilizing the practical order data for a year, it has been proved that the proposed approach can reduce the total distance of the all routes for picking order and solve the problem of delayed delivery.

Recently RFID not only is widely utilized in various fields such as inventory management, merchandize logistics, etc., but also, has evolved as an important component of the Internet of Things (IoT). According to increasing the utilization field of RIFD, studies for security and privacy for RFID system have been made diverse. Among them, the ownership transfer protocols for RFID tags have also been proposed in connection with the purchase of products embedded with RFID tag. Recently, Kapoor and Piramuthu proposed a RFID ownership transfer protocol to solve the problems of security weakness of the previous RFID ownership transfer protocols. In this paper, we show that Kapoor-Piramuthu's protocol also has security problems and provide a new protocol to resolve them. Security analysis of newly proposed protocol shows the security concerns are resolved.
