경량 전철 시스템 기술 (System Technique of Light Rail Transit)

  • LRT(LAght Rail Transit) system is a new transportation system with new technique of an electric railway. Transportation ability of LRT is mid-scale of a bus and a subway, transporting 5,000-30,000 people per hour and direction. LRT automatically operates in the existing metropolitan railway and large-scale development areas or satellite cities with a fixed route and has a short interval that guarantees scheduled-time, safety and environment-friendly.

  • A study on the Manufactiring of High-Precision Linear Scale by the Use of He-Ne Laser Interference Of late, along with the advancement of procision machining technology, the reauirement of super-precision measurement increases as time goes on, and the precision and accuracy of standard scale which is a basis of procision measurement has been cognized as a oriterion of industrial development in a nation. Up to now, mechanical and chemical methods have been widely employed to carve scale lines on linear scale, and it is impossible for the linear scale manufactured by means of those methods to guarantee the measurement with sub-micron level owing to errors attended with various problems. And the measuring length also bears errors subjected to the influence of surroundings condition, and shows inefficient circumstances in measurement on the ground of the complexity of measuring procedure as well as massive measuring apparatus. Hence in this paper, we described on technology by which we can carve scale lines thru optical method under the condition of laboratory by using rhcoherence of He-Ne two-mode stabilized laser and in turn, put it to practical use as linear scale for the measurment of lengrh. In this researchin the case of setting scale interval to 20 .mu. m, we employed super-precision scale-carving device associated by Ar larser and acoustic optical modulator in lieu of flsahing lamp scale-carving device, and we consequently obtained superior linear scales carved with precision and accuracy of .+-. 0.3 .mu. m.

Comparison of Two Arthroscopic Coracoplasty Approaches in Subscapularis Tears

  • Background: Few studies have reported the results of arthroscopic coracoplasty concomitantly conducted with subscapularis tear. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine and compare the outcomes of arthroscopic subscapularis repair after arthroscopic coracoplasty using either the subacromial approach or rotator interval approach. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 51 patients who underwent coracoplasty with subscapularis repair. The patients were grouped according to whether the subacromial approach group (24 patients) or rotator interval approach group (27 patients) was used during coracoplasty. Preoperative and postoperative visual analogue scale scores, American shoulder and elbow surgeons scores, Korean shoulder scores, and range of motion (ROM) were assessed. Assessment of repaired rotator cuff tendon integrity was performed at 1 year after surgery using either magnetic resonance imaging or ultrasonography. Results: At final follow-up, overall functional scores and ROM improved significantly in both groups when compared with preoperative values (p>0.05). The re-tear rates were not significantly different between groups; however, the rotator interval approach group showed a significant increase in ROM compared with that in the subacromial approach group (p<0.05). Conclusions: Arthroscopic coracoplasty conducted concomitantly with subscapularis repair can provide a satisfactory outcome. There were no significant differences between the two approach groups regarding final functional scores and re-tear rates. However, the rotator interval approach group showed a greater increase in ROM at final follow-up, especially in external rotation.

도로터널 방재시스템 개발 - 자연환기를 수행하는 중규모 도로터널의 정량적 위험도평가관한 연구 - (Development of safety system for Road Tunnel - The study of Quantitative risk assessment for middle scale road tunnel with natural ventilation system -)

  • As a part of the project on road tunnel fire safety system development, Quantitative Risk Assessment program was developed. In this study, We carried out Quantitative Risk Assessment with this program by using a factor of cross passage interval, warning announcement time and congestion ratio etc for 1km tunnel with natural ventilation. In the case of 250m below of cross passage interval, Risk value due to warning announcement time was a slightly changed. but if cross passage interval is more than 250m, expected fatalities in the same HRR(heat release rate) was sharp increased. As a result, Quantitative Risk Assessment program which was developed in this research project is possible to risk assessment with ventilation type, cross passage for evacuation and detection system response property etc. hereafter, this program look forward to use as a tool for road tunnel performance based design.

지수 분포를 따르는 점진 제1종 구간 중도절단표본에서 모수 추정 (Parameter estimation for exponential distribution under progressive type I interval censoring)

  • 본 논문은 점진 제1종 구간 중도절단표본과 점진 제2종 중도절단표본에서 모수를 추정하는 방법을 소개하고, 점진 제2종 중도절단표본에서 모수를 추정하는 방법을 활용하고자 점진 제1종 구간 중도절단표본에서 얻은 자료를 변환하여 모수를 추정하는 새로운 방법을 제안하였다. 척도모수가 미지인 지수 분포를 따르는 점진 제1종 구간 중도절단표본을 이용하여 점진 제2종 중도절단표본의 최대우도추정량을 사용하여 모수를 추정하였고, 모의실험을 통하여 두 방법에서 구한 추정량을 비교한 결과 본 논문에서 새로 제시한 방법을 이용하여 구한 모수의 추정량이 평균제곱오차 측면에서 더 우수한 추정량임이 나타났다.

환자의 수술후 경과시간에 따른 동통정도의 변화에 관한 연구 (A Survey on Changes of Postoperative Pain of Surgical Patients according to Time Variation)

  • The main purpose of this study is to observe patterns of pain of surgical patients following surgery The postoperative pain was checked with the interval of every 2 hours from 6 hours to 80 hours after surgery. Graphic rating scale from unidimensional concept of pain and sensory intensity scale and unpleasantness scale from two dimensional concept of pain were used for pain measurement. Thirty two patients were participated in this study in which 22 were undergone upper abdominal surgery, 7 thyroid or neck surgery and 3 other surgeries. The findings obtained from this study were as follows: 1) In all cases of using 3 different pain measurement tools, postoperative pain was markedly decreased since 36 hours after surgery. In case of patient's less cooperation, either sensory intensity scale or graphic rating scale may be chosen for the measurement of pain. 2) Pain amounts measured by sensory intensity scale were highly correlated with those measured by unpleasantness scale in all situations except several situations having few cases included. Unpleasantness scale may be separately used for themeasurement of affective response due to pain. 3) Almost 90% of total amount of analgesics used for relief of pain were used within 36 hours after surgery. 4) Mean frequency of analgesics used by every patient during 80 hours following surgery was 0.84.

무선 센서 네트워크를 위한 대규모 장애 적응적 라우팅 프로토콜 (Large Scale Failure Adaptive Routing Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks)

  • 무선센서네트워크는 위험 지역에서의 데이터 수집 용도로 최근 각광받고 있는 기술이다. 하지만 위험한 지역에서는 다수 노드들에서 동시 다발적인 장애발생 위험이 크기 때문에 대규모의 장애를 빠르게 복구시키기 위한 자가 복구 능력을 높여야 한다. 기존의 라우팅 프로토콜들은 하나의 노드에서 발생한 장애는 빠르게 복구하지만 다수의 노드들에서 장애 발생시 이에 효과적으로 대처하지 못한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 대규모 장애 발생시 이를 빠르게 복구하기 위한LSFA(Large Scale Failure Adaptive Routing Protocol)을 제안한다. LSFA는 다수의 노드들에 장애가 발생하여 데이터 전송이 이루어지지 못하는 환경에서 장애를 빠르게 감지하고 라우팅 주기를 적응적으로 조절하여 빠른 시간에 네트워크를 복구한다. LSFA는 패킷손실 정도를 장애발생 판단의 기준으로 사용하며 장애를 감지하면 라우팅 주기를 짧게 하여 장애가 발생한 사실이 네트워크에 빠르게 퍼지도록 한다. 베이스스테이션으로의 경로를 유지하고 있는 노드가 주위에 장애가 발생한 사실을 감지하면 자신의 라우팅 정보를 빠르게 전파시켜 장애 복구가 빠르게 이루어지도록 한다. 실험을 통하여 LSFA가 다른 프로토콜들에 비해 적은 패킷을 사용하면서도 장애를 빠르게 복구함을 보인다.

자가보고형 신체상 척도의 개발: 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증 (The Development of The Body Image Scale: It's Reliability and Validity)

  • To evaluate body image disturbance in Korea, the Body Image Scale(BIS) was developed and it's reliability and validity was tested. The BIS was administered to 33 subjects of normal controls and 64 patients consisting of mainly neurotic patients. The correlation coefficient, of test-retest reliability with an interval of 2 weeks was 0.88 and internal consistency coefficient Cronbach's alpha, was 0.80. Discriminant validity test indicated that there were significant differences in total BIS score between normal control group and psychiatric patients group after controlling the effects of age, sex, and educational level. Factor analysis showed two distinct dimensions, namely 'physical appearance' and 'physical health and strength'. The BIS appears to be a reliable, internally consistent and valid scale which can be used for assessing body image in Korea pupulations.

  • This study is intended to develop a improved version of Cross Impact Analysis Model based on Scaling Theory. In developing the model, we applied the scale transformation technique and regression technique to existing CIA model. Improved CIA model is composed of two sub-models: 'model for impact value measurement,' and 'model for impact value conversion'. We applied a technique which measures data by ordinal scale and then transforms them into interval scale and ratio scale data to CIA model. The accuracy of forecasting and the usability of CIA application have been improved.

  • To review application of HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) transmission line to HVAC T/L in operation, reduced-scale model was designed and manufactured. The arms of model were designed to change height and interval of conductors. Electrical environmental interferences were estimated by various configuration of AC 345kV and DC 250kV T/L. The interferences such as electric field intensity and ion current density were measured and converted reduced-scale factor to full-scaled. Additionally, effects between AC and DC T/L were studied.
