This study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of a nonviolent communication program on nurse's interpersonal competence, job stress and spiritual wellness. This study was a inequality similar to the control group experimental design study of repeated measurements before and after. The data for this study were collected from June 1 to October 20, 2013 from 29 clinical nurses. The self-administered questionnaires used consisted of questions regarding general characteristics, interpersonal competence, job stress and spiritual wellness. The results were: 1. For interpersonal competence, the interaction between time and group was significant (F = 7.726, p = 0.002). 2. For job stress analysis, the interaction between time and group was not significant (F = 0.142, p = 0.851). 3. For spiritual wellness, the interaction between time and group was significant (F = 31.355, p < .001). These results suggest that the nonviolent communication program had a positive effect on rejected clinical nurse's interpersonal competence and spiritual wellness, but not on job stress. A follow-up replication study will be necessary.

In this paper, the Software Education program for elementary school students in Multicultural families developed so that Multicultural students can adapt to national, school, peer, and teacher. The effects of Resilience, Communication skills and Interpersonal Relationshiop were investigated. The developed Software education program was designed in such a way that the target students became more intimate with each other and adapted to Korean culture, peers, and teachers through the analysis of the research subjects. Resilience test showed statistically significant difference in peer relationship and support, family support and interaction, teacher's interest and support, self - identity, and cultural acceptance. Communication ability test showed statistically significant differences in interpretation ability, self presentation ability, goal setting ability, and message conversion ability. The interpersonal Relationship test showed statistically significant differences in people's orientation toward people, facing people, and away from people. The results of this study indicate that the software education program for elementary school students in multicultural families has effects on adaptive flexibility, communication ability, and interpersonal ability. In the future, There is a need for continuous research with development and effectiveness of various software education programs for Multicultural students.

The "AR Campus Diary" project innovates in the realm of art through integrating augmented reality (AR) with interactive storytelling, fostering personal and interpersonal development through artistic expression. This artistic endeavor metaphorically represents the growth and fruition of individual stories, facilitated by a series of progressive art activities that emphasize continual interaction between self and others. Set against the backdrop of a university campus, the project employs AR markers designed to unfold stories in phases through a dedicated application, allowing participants to experience and influence the narrative uniquely. Diverging from traditional film editing techniques, "AR Diary" offers viewers the autonomy to navigate through story segments of their choosing, marking a departure from conventional cinematic storytelling by leveraging marker-based plot progression. This project not only showcases the fusion of technology and art but also pioneers a participatory form of art education based on engagement and play.

Dental hygienists students are required to be able to interact and maintain relationships with dentists and patients. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the relations affecting interpersonal competence of some dental hygiene students, and to provide the necessary data for nurturing competent dental hygienists. The survey was conducted on 293 dental hygiene students in M university. The level of significance was .05 and the statistical program was SPSS win 25.0. As a result of interpersonal competence according to general characteristics and interpersonal characteristics, significant results were found in the degree of human relations and new environmental adaptability. As a result of correlation analysis between subvariables of interpersonal competence, all showed significant positive correlation. Factors affecting interpersonal competence showed significant positive effects on the degree of human relationship(p=.019) and the new environmental adaptability(p=.001). Interpersonal competence are important in the clinic. Therefore, a convergent analysis of the factors influencing is required.

Purpose - Most past studies related to this focused on the physical attractiveness of service employees, but this study emphasizes the social attractiveness and not just the physical attractiveness of employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to first categorize attractiveness as physical attractiveness and social attractiveness and to examine the impact of physical attractiveness on social attractiveness for service industry employees. Secondly, this study aimed at verifying the impact of physical attractiveness and social attractiveness on interpersonal trust. Third, it aimed at revealing the impact of interpersonal trust on customer satisfaction, as well as satisfaction on loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - Questionnaires were distributed to customers that used beauty salon services, among the various service industries, to verify the hypothesis of this study. Also, hypothesis was analyzed with the structural equation method using Amos 20.0. Results - When presenting the results on verifying the research hypothesis, it was found that physical attractiveness had a positive impact on social attractiveness. Second, while physical attractiveness did not have a positive impact on interpersonal trust, social attractiveness was found to have a positive impact on interpersonal trust. Such results show that in forming interpersonal trust, social attractiveness was more important than physical attractiveness for service industry employees. This result is in contrast with the results of past studies, but it is different in that previous studies suggested only physical attractiveness and did not present social attractiveness in the hypothesis. Third, it was found that interpersonal trust had a positive impact on satisfaction, while satisfaction did not have a positive impact on loyalty. Conclusions - The biggest implication of this study is that it presented social attractiveness, which was rarely dealt with in past studies. Also, this study is significant in that it examined the relationship of physical attractiveness and social attractiveness. The results of this study show that in the service industry, the role of human elements such as service employees is important and that in addition to physical attractiveness, social attractiveness in the course of interaction such as communication with customers can also be an important strategic element.

The youth of this research using the Internet, navigate to the factors and relationships with Internet addiction, and the sense of seeking and want to verify the effectiveness of the regulation of interpersonal relationships. Who was studied 347 high school students in the Gyeonggi Province. SPSS win 13.0 program to study the reliability coefficient was calculated and analysis of care. Regression analysis, control theory verification (MMR) was conducted. This study is a case study using the Enneagram counseling technique for adult women who are having difficulties in interpersonal relationships. As a result of the analysis, the client learned how to express emotions and thoughts without suppressing the interpersonal difficulties they are currently experiencing at work. Focusing on the current task, he looked at what he was obsessed with in the most difficult and difficult situation, and confirmed that he realized that he had become obsessed with the interaction of distorted emotions and thoughts of the ego. During the counseling process, the client looked back on herself and realized a new communication method, understood her personality change, social interaction and attitude change in order to restore confidence, and also showed changes in relationship formation with co-workers.

This study is designed to examine the effects of information source's social distance on message attitude and online word-of-mouth intention (e-WOM). It also examined the moderation effects of blatant persuasive intention of message, the normative interpersonal influences, and the informative interpersonal influences on the relationship between social distance and advertising effectiveness. This study employed an experiment: 2(far/near social distance far/near) ${\times}2$(high/low blatant persuasive intention of message) ${\times}$(high/low normative interpersonal influences) ${\times}2$(high/low informative interpersonal influences). The results of this study are as follows. First, closer social distance led to more positive message attitude and higher online word-of-mouth intention. Second, when blatant persuasive intention of message is low, the effects of social distance on message attitude and WOM intention were more noticeable while those effects were less significant for high blatant persuasive intention of message. Third, there were no interaction effects of social distance and normative interpersonal influences on advertising effectiveness. Fourth, the effects of social distance on message attitude and WOM intention were more significant for high informative interpersonal influences than for low informative interpersonal influences. Implications of study findings are provided for strategic use of corporate Facebook page to generate positive consumer responses.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of anger expression styles on the relationship between school stress and interpersonal problem in adolescent. A total 300 students of middle and high school located in Chungcheongbuk-do completed the questionnaires to assess school stress, anger expression styles, and interpersonal problem during September to October, 2015 and 261 data were used in this report. Using multiple and hierarchical regression analysis, the results indicated that school stress, anger-in and anger-out significantly contributed to interpersonal problem. The interaction effect of school stress and anger expression styles were not significant. But anger-out significantly moderated the impact of school stress on domineering/controlling of interpersonal problem. These findings suggest that the intervention for preventing and relieving interpersonal problem in adolescent should focus on reducing school stress and maladaptive anger expression. Limitations and futre directions were discussed.
