  • One of the most important challenges facing companies in the age of internet business is the proper alignment customers needs with internet business system that allaws them to react rapidly and continuously. This paper proposes a methodo1ogy to align analyzing customer's requirements with implementing Internet business system The methodology consists of five Phases. It covers from customer analysis to Internet business system implementation, and each of the five phases has its own activities and outputs. A real- world case is proposed to illustrate the application of the methodology.

  • This study analyzed the stock brokers to find how they use the automatic stock trading through internet based on a comparison of U.S.A and Korea. And we reviewed the changing appearance of internet stock trading with one year time lag. The internet stock trading in Korea had been started in 1998 but it was a common trading just after one year.

  • This paper is concerned with characteristics of Internet retailing and manufacturer's product development strategy using Internet retailing. First, this paper reviews the current status of Internet retailing companies and explains some barriers to taking advantage of Internet retailing. Second, this paper gives a few suggestions for manufacturer's strategy for product innovation and development which is based on Internet retailing.   • The internet survey is more time and cost efficient than the off-line survey. We design and implement a web-based questionnaire generating system for the internet survey. The system guides users to make up a questionnaire step by step. It also generates data code for the statistical packages such as SPSS and SAS when the internet survey has been done.

  • 본 논문에서는 모바일 인터넷에서 보안에 대해 논의한다. 무선 인터넷 사용자나 프로그램 및 네트워크 기술들이 지난 몇 년간 눈부시게 발전했다. 단말기의 제약사항으로 인하여 모바일 인터넷은 유선의 인터넷과 몇 가지 다른 구조를 가지고 있다. 무선 단말기가 갖는 제약 사항으로는 낮은 CPU 처리 능력, 제한된 메모리, 낮은 대역폭으로 유선과 같은 보안 서비스가 이뤄지지 않고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 보안 기법에 대해서 논의한다.

인터넷 상거래시장 진출결정에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors That Influence the Adoption of the Internet Market)

  • A great number of companies are currently examining the opportunities made available through the internet. This research aims to identify the factors that influence the adoption of the internet market. The innovation-IT-diffusion theory provide the theoretical foundation for this study. Seven factors were found to influence the adoption level of the internet market. They are top management support, cost efficiency, inclination toward new technology, absorptive capacity, institutional support, competitors move and customer pressure. Nonparametric test was used to test hypotheses. The results shows that top management support is the most important factor, and institutional support is not related to the adoption of the internet market.

Forecasting Internet Traffic by Using Seasonal GARCH Models

  • With the rapid growth of internet traffic, accurate and reliable prediction of internet traffic has been a key issue in network management and planning. This paper proposes an autoregressive-generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity (AR-GARCH) error model for forecasting internet traffic and evaluates its performance by comparing it with seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) models in terms of root mean square error (RMSE) criterion. The results indicated that the seasonal AR-GARCH models outperformed the seasonal ARIMA models in terms of forecasting accuracy with respect to the RMSE criterion.

  • To develop and validate an instrument to measure user satisfaction in Internet shopping environment, the EUCS instrument by Doll and Torkzadeh (1988) was used for this research. The results of the study shows how the main constructs of the model that will eventually interact for the user satisfaction in internet commerce environment. This research will present significant progress towards keeping the End-User Computing Satisfaction instrument relevant and applicable under the Internet shopping environment.

  • 인터넷이 보다 대중화되면서 웹을 통한 다양한 서비스가 창출되고 있다. 경매분야도 예외는 아니어서 현재 국내외의 여러 사이트에서 인터넷 경매가 활발하게 진행중이다. 그러나, 대부분의 인터넷 경매시스템은 보안기능이 취약해서 사용자에게 큰 피해를 초래할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자에게 보다 안전하면서 편리한 인터넷 경매 환경을 제공하기 위한 안전한 인터넷 경매시스템을 설계하였다.
