전자상거래를 통한 국내 인터넷 쇼핑몰 업체들의 기대 이득과 경쟁전략 (Anticipated Benefits of electronic Commerce and Competitive Strategies)

  • The widespread diffusion of Internet has enables companies to conduct business in quite a different way. marketing on the Internet becomes more important as firms adopt electronic commerce as a means to implement competitive strategies. One hundred and four BC shopping mall companies responded to an e-mail and web server survey about the anticipated benefits of electronic commerce and related strategies. The survey also asked about improvements in value chain activities and impediments to the implementation of electronic commerce in Korea. The results indicated that Korean shopping mall companies followed differentiation strategy significantly more than the other two strategies. In addition, six benefits factors were drawn from this study - information, productivity, cost savings, customers, management information, and applications. Productivity factor was related to cost leadership strategy, and customers factor was related with cost leadership, differentiation and focus strategies. Several benefits factors were also correlated with value chain activity improvements. The results of this study were compared with those of research conducted in the United States.

인터넷 관문사업자와 디지털 콘텐츠사업자간 상생정책 방안에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of Win-Win Policies Between Internet Portals and Digital Content Providers)

  • This study explored which policies can be win-win strategies among internet portals and digital content providers. With taking the professional advise by interview and descriptive Questionnaires, the study suggested which governmental policies may be the mutual and proper winning strategies in internet industry, specifically between internet portal sites and content providers. Researcher kept in contact with five opinion leaders in this field and proposed thirteen candidate policies, which can give implications to the related governmental agencies, internet portals and contents providers. Some of these suggested policies may have been done and are being done conservatively in some area. But, in order to positively activate and develop the domestic digital contents industry, this study emphasized that the related agencies should perform the progressive policies and assign the financial supports to internet industry.

  • The progress of information technology triggered the rapid progress of tourism industry and the industry has now grown to be the biggest and the highest value added producing industry. Tourism industry is characterized by its high information dependency and is subject to the frequent changes of schedule. Therefore, dynamic cooperations between the service provider and the service agent is essential. One of the latest trend in information technology is the popular adoption of XML as the standard means of document exchange in the internet environment. This paper proposes a supply chain management system which enhances the productivity and customer satisfaction in the tourism industry by exploiting the exchange of information in XML among the tourism society, which consists of the producer, the agents, and the consumer. This Paper is especially addressed to the applicability of e-SCM for the productivity enhancement in the tourism industry, which is known as the leading service industry in the internet environment.

中国IP电影的现状及改善方案研究 (A Study on the Current Status and Improvement Plan of Chinese IP Movies)

  • 随着互联网公司进军电影产业, 中国的IP电影迅速发展, 并给电影市场带来巨大的商业利益。通过互联网数据, 新媒体等技术, 改变电影制作, 营销和收益模式, 形成新的产业链。本论文试图诊断中国IP电影热潮的现象, 并得出其意义和启示。为此, 选出了不同类型的代表事例来研究存在的问题和相应的改善方案。事例选定了现在IP电影改编中最受瞩目的小说, 漫画, 音乐等3个类型中的代表性作品《悟空传》, 《快把我哥带走》, 《同桌的你》。研究结果显示, 中国的IP电影存在统一化严重, 剧本创作能力不足, 版权等问题。为此, 提出了构建IP版权交易平台, 加强IP创作, 推进IP产业价值链等改善方案。希望通过这项研究进一步完善和推动中国IP电影市场的发展, 打造属于中国IP电影的价值链品牌。

라이센스 기반 디지털 저작권 보호 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design & Implementation of License-based Digital Rights Management System)

  • 웹 기술의 발전에 따라 누구나 인터넷을 통하여 다양한 종류의 정보와 미디어를 액세스할 수 있게 되었으나 이러한 접근은 저작권과 소유권 침해를 유발할 수 있다. 콘텐츠가 다운 로드된 이후에 콘텐츠를 보호할 수 있는 방안으로 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권을 보호하기 위해 DRM(Digital Rights Management) 기술이 연구되고 있는 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상에서 라이센스를 기반으로 하여 창조자, 배포자, 구매자 같은 유통단계의 각 참여자의 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권을 보호할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 DRM 시스템이 배포자와 구매자사이의 유통을 지원하는 반면 본 시스템은 창조자에서 구매자로 이어지는 모든 유통 체인을 온라인으로 처리한다.

  • 글로벌 시장 환경 변화에 따라 ICT 산업 내 기업들은 기업생태계 단위의 경쟁 및 협력을 추구하게 되었다. 특히 신성장동력 산업인 IoT 산업을 선도하기 위해 각국의 기업들은 플랫폼 영역의 장악을 중심으로 가치사슬의 다른 영역까지 유기적으로 연계하려는 모습을 보이고 있다. 삼성과 샤오미 역시 IoT 산업에 진출하기 위해 자체 플랫폼을 개발하여 이를 중심으로 기업생태계를 구성하는 전략을 추구하고 있으나, 두 기업의 세부 전략은 기업생태계 유형에 따라 상이하게 나타났다. 두 기업의 가치사슬과 기업생태계 분석 결과, 삼성은 개방적인 플랫폼을 부품 및 보완기업에게 공유함으로써 시장 표준을 선점하고자 하는 기술요소형으로, 샤오미는 폐쇄적인 플랫폼으로 참여 기업들을 통제하는 채널통제형 기업생태계로 구분됐다. 이에 따라 삼성과 샤오미는 각 기업생태계 유형에 따라 적합한 전략을 모색하여, 생태계 내 참여자들과 유기적으로 상호작용하며 가치를 창출해야 할 것으로 분석할 수 있었다.

  • The tremendous growth of the Internet, particularly world wide web, has resulted in significant changes in commerce environments. Internet has brought significant changes in the economics of marketing channels and has led to a redefinition of industry value chain. E-commerce has become so important that countries and firms unprepared for this new trend would lose competitive advantages in the coming century of digital economy. The purpose of this study is to identify logistic!; service quality elements about internet shopping mall customers and examine the relationship among e-commerce logistics service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and repurchase intentions in the area of internet shopping mall. To do so, prior studies on logistics service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship qualify and repurchase intentions were broadly reviewed and the relationship among those four concepts was empirically tested.

  • The tremendous growth of the Internet, particularly World Wide Web, has bought significant changes in the economics of marketing channels and has led to a redefinition of industry value chain. While electronic commerce has become as an important issue with the growth of the Internet, there are insufficient empirical research efforts concerning its status in Korea. The study findings suggest that contextual problems need to be solved before electronic commerce provides real benefits for consumers and businesses. The suggestions and strategies are provided at both a firm level and a consumer level. The objective of this research investigates TQM's the key quality factors and Customer's Using Satisfaction of Internet shopping mall in Korea. In addition, we tried U find out what factors discourage consumers from using electronic purchasing methods, as well as how perceived quality factors and customer satisfaction when consumers are exposed to the purchase process on the Internet shopping mall business.

  • 최근 NFC(Near Field Communication) 기반의 통신 기능을 채용한 스마트기기 및 OS 등이 확산되면서, 기존의 RFID를 이용한 다양한 응용분야가 NFC로 대체되고 있다. Smart NFC 기술은 기존 서비스 및 기기와 쉽게 융 복합이 가능하며, 스마트폰을 활용한 결제 의료 인증 등 새로운 Network Communication 패러다임의 창출이 예상되고 있다. Smart NFC 보안 인증기기(Smart NFC Security Authenticator: SNSA)의 H/W와 S/W를 개발하고, 무선통신 시험 결과 허용기준값 이내를 만족하고, 토폴로지 영향의 실험 및 분석 결과, Daisy Chain 토폴로지가 Star 토폴로지에 비해 신호성능이 우수함을 보였다.

  • We introduce about XBRL, eXtensible Business Reporting Language, which is widely accepted as the international standard language for business financial reporting. XBRL is a language for the electronic communication of business and financial data which is revolutionizing business reporting around the world. It provides major benefits in the preparation, analysis and communication of business information. It offers cost savings, greater efficiency and improved accuracy and reliability to all those involved in supplying or using financial data. XBRL is a kind of XML application based on the open Internet technologies. We propose a framework for enterprise information supply chain using XBRL Web services. A Web service is defined as a software system based on XML and designed to support interoperable machine-to-machine interaction over a network by the W3C. Web services are frequently just application programming interfaces (API) that can be accessed over a network, such as the internet and executed on a remote system hosting the requested services. An XBRL Web service-based enterprise information supply chain enables for companies to implement seamless information supply chains from businesses to financial institutions, to supervisory authorities, and to other stake holders for real time information access. And thereby it is expected to contribute to the increase in the value of companies due to the enhanced visibility and transparency of accounting and management.
