As the ubiquitous paradigm that allows users to access the Internet anytime and anywhere is expanding, the expectation and interest of the Internet is increasing. As interest in the Internet has increased, interest in open source hardware has also increased. As a result, the maker, who is a creator who actually uses the digital production tools to create a product that he thought, is emerging as a new trend. As these makers shared how to make products, the 'maker movement', an open source manufacturing movement, spread. In the case of the domestic market, the government's policy support is also stimulating the maker movement. However, compared to developed countries, there is not enough awareness and environment of maker culture, and only open platform hardware and software are used without special education / development equipment or kit for maker.
This research has a purpose to verify whether the Internet diffusion through the Official Development Assistance (ODA) can bring about democratic changes in authoritarian political system of developing countries. This research has found out that IT ODA has 'positive(+)' effect on the Internet diffusion in recipient countries. It seems to support the expectation of donor countries that they can lead the political democratization by constructing infrastructure and promoting the use of the Internet. However, as the impact of IT ODA on the Internet diffusion is not considerable as well as the Internet diffusion has no strong influence on the development of democracy in developing countries, and also each of these aspects of countries looks different, it is hard to see that the democratization hypothesis based on the optimistic technological determinism is reasonable. Therefore, this paper argues that IT ODA must be based on not blind optimism that IT transfer will lead to the political democratization in developing countries, but the social structuralism which is based on distinctiveness and uniqueness of countries. and suggests that the discuss of the effect of IT ODA proceed with the constructive way.
Purpose Recently, Internet personal broadcasting has been widely spreaded as a new media type by replacing traditional legacy media such as TV. Considering this phenomenon, this study aims to explore the effect of Aristoteles' persuasion factors on Internet personal broadcasting from a rhetorical view. The reason why users watch the Internet personal broadcasting is that they are persuaded by creator's expertness, empathy, or content usefulness. These factors can be regarded as persuasion factors. Therefore, with Aristoteles' rhetorical persuasion factors composed of ethos, pathos, and logos, this paper tries to investigate how persuasion factors affect user's emotional\ attachment and voluntary donation intention. Design/methodology/approach This paper proposes a model of the relationships among three rhetorical factors, user's emotional attachment, and donation intention. Specifically, ethos is regarded as creator's expertness and trustworthiness, and pathos refers to creator's empathy and social interaction. Last, logos refers to content usefulness and credibility. For testing a hypothetical research model, this study collected 468 surveys and empirically tested hypotheses using a structural equation model. Findings This study investigated how rhetorical factors (ethos, pathos, and logos) and emotional attachment further influence user's donation intention. The findings suggest that rhetorical factors of ethos and pathos enhances emotional attachment, followed by donation intention. Contrary to an expectation, however, logos was not significantly related to emotional attachment. Creators of Internet personal media and MCN providers should focus on the different effects of rhetorical factors and pay attention to the role of emotional attachment to encourage user donation.

This paper presents the implementation of a personalized real-time information-providing application utilizing filtering and web crawling technologies. The implemented application performs web crawling based on the user-set keywords within web pages, using the Jsoup library as a basis for the selected keywords. The crawled data is then stored in a MySQL database. The stored data is presented to the user through an application implemented using Flutter. Additionally, mobile push notifications are provided using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Through these methods, users can efficiently obtain the desired information quickly. Furthermore, there is an expectation that this approach can be applied to the Internet of Things (IoT) where big data is generated, allowing users to receive only the information they need.
The purpose of this study is to grasp the internet use time that young people use for purposes other than learning purpose, to grasp the perceived status of the youth according to internet use time and to grasp the interrelationships of them. Using the 2016 youth health behavior online survey, the odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals of perceived status according to internet use time were calculated by binary logistic regression analysis. The main results are as follows. In perceived health and perceived oral health the odds ratios of perceived who feel that they are perceived and unhealthy as the time spent using the Internet increased significantly compared to those who did not use the Internet for learning purposes. In the perceived body type, the odds ratio of being overweight increased significantly with longer internet use time. The odds ratios of perceived happiness were 1.19 times (CI = 1.10-1.30) higher than the perceived expectation of unhappiness when using the Internet for over 300 minutes. The use of the internet for a long time other than the purpose of learning may have a negative effect on the health and happiness of the youth, so we think that the recommended time for using the internet is necessary.
The Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) of information systems investigates the continued information systems usage behavior. This paper expands the original post-adoption beliefs and searches the applications in the emerging hedonic information systems. Previous IS researches focused on the organizational environments. However as the information technology (especially internet) evolves, information systems have not only emerged for the organizations but also for the individual users, such as internet portals, internet communities, on-line games etc. These information systems so called Hedonic Information Systems aims to provide self-fulfilling value rather than instrumental value to the users. Researches in other disciplines, including marketing and consumer behavior research, illustrate that the hedonic and utilitarian perspective of goods and services have different influence on the consumer behavior. Goods and services used to be classified into either hedonic or utilitarian aspect but now they may belong to both aspects simultaneously. Moreover consumer's goals or tasks have both hedonic utilitarian aspects. When a consumer makes a decision to purchase or repurchase goods or services, he/she compares the hedonic and utilitarian perspectives of goods to find most suitable ones to satisfy their goals/tasks. Finally, consumer's behavior is determined by the trade-off between what the goods can provide to the consumers and in what extent the goods fulfill consumer's purchase behavior. Consumer also shows that the salience of hedonic perspective is relatively greater when consumer decides which of several items to give up (forfeiture choices) than the time when they decide which item to acquire (acquisition choices). Some researches in MIS discipline have found out that the information systems also have both hedonic and utilitarian perspectives. The decision process of whether to use information systems or not is similar to that of a consumer's decision of purchasing or repurchasing goods or services. However most of researches in MIS tend to focus on the extrinsic motivation variables which only cover the utilitarian perspective of information systems. It is only recent that researches start to investigate the intrinsic motivation variable - Perceived Enjoyment - for the hedonic perspective. Considering the consumer's purchasing decision process, users of information systems evaluate the systems through balancing between intrinsic (hedonic) and extrinsic (utilitarian) variables according to their main tasks or tendencies. This paper proposes a model that is based on the ECM of IS Continuance model modified from Expectation Confirmation Model to fit into the continued usage of information system. It first started from the decision process regarding hedonic and utilitarian perspectives in the consumer behavior literatures. The model deals with continued usage of information systems beyond the mere technology adoption as in most of the previous MIS researches. This research is particularly important to the hedonic information systems, because their business model depends on the frequent usages rather simple adoption at the beginning. Because the basic model only considered the extrinsic motivations (perceived usefulness) to explain the users' behavior and as the information systems can have both hedonic and utilitarian dimensions, it should consider both perspectives. Therefore, this newly proposed model considers intrinsic variable (perceived enjoyment) as well. Since the individual user can have a preference on either aspects that is between the hedonic and utilitarian perspective depending on his/her main tasks or goals, some variables (Hedonic Orientation and Utilitarian Orientation) meaning the extents of users' pursuing from the information system were additionally studied.

The e-commerce introduction at the Internet in base accept the renovation dimension from the organised side because of follow of the business in order to the big change. So when I considering the e-commerce introducing the problem easy to originate from the efficiency and expectation without radical preparation. Each commodities over the dimension of Internet information search it is using the various transaction of service as a matter of bank, securities, education, game that many business on the alternation of e-commerce and commerce tool the essentiality. Therefore the transactions at the Internet e-commerce under hold specific gravity and rule in the future with the propection increase the interest concern about the security skill. A study on this paper presentation through the planning method about the analysis on the objective which e-commerce follow the inflection of efficiency strategy and induction the plan on the penetration's revitalization about Internet e-commerce.
This study attempts to investigate the difference between the internet shoppingmall types. The main purpose of this study is to verify the relationships among shoppingmall evaluation criteria, shopping satisfaction, revisit frequency, and repurchase intention across the shoppingmall type. The following results were shown by testing eleven hypotheses using LISREL. First, shoppingmall evaluation criteria such as entertainment, product authentification, economical prices and on-time delivery were significantly related to shopping satisfaction in general merchandise shoppingmall. Second, in specialty shoppingmall, evaluation criteria like informativeness, economical prices and on-time delivery significantly affected shopping satisfaction. Third, as contrasted with the expectation, site design and product assortment did not have significant impact on satisfaction in both internet shoppingmall types. Fourth, shopping satisfaction was significantly related to revist frequency and repeat purchase intention. Finally, some theoretical and managerial implications were discussed.

Currently datamining sector is interested and applied in many areas. In other words, datamining is predicting the future to discover hidden correlations and make decisions. To interpret data on various aspects can be converted to real expectation. Analyzing the results even a simple can be found big difference. The properties associated with breast cancer by about applying bayesian theory is used to predict the probability. In the past patient data, doctors may be obtaining by applying evidence-based care for patients with the results of examination and By using the the past patient data.

The unstable characteristic values of communication signals along with the varying SNR (Signal Noise Ratio) environment make it difficult to identify the modulations of signals. Most of relevant literature revolves around signal recognition under stable SNR, and not applicable for signal recognition at varying SNR. To solve the problem, this research developed a novel communication signal recognition algorithm based on Holder coefficient and cloud theory. In this algorithm, the two-dimensional (2D) Holder coefficient characteristics of communication signals were firstly calculated, and then according to the distribution characteristics of Holder coefficient under varying SNR environment, the digital characteristics of cloud model such as expectation, entropy, and hyper entropy are calculated to constitute the three-dimensional (3D) digital cloud characteristics of Holder coefficient value, which aims to improve the recognition rate of the communication signals. Compared with traditional algorithms, the developed algorithm can describe the signals' features more accurately under varying SNR environment. The results from the numerical simulation show that the developed 3D feature extraction algorithm based on Holder coefficient cloud features performs better anti-noise ability, and the classifier based on interval gray relation theory can achieve a recognition rate up to 84.0%, even when the SNR varies from -17dB to -12dB.
