Costs and times, resources was better decreased than former times because it had been introduced EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) system. Nevertheless, many problems has been raised as before, that is high costs and data re-using, the rapidly changing environment, etc. To solve these problems, it was attempted to introduce XML technology at traditional EDI System. From this point to view, 1 designed and implemented XML/EDI System based on Internet(Internet Messaging System) in this paper. And I selected some services as basic service among many services which is provided at XML/EDI System, that is message sending and message receiving, message retrieval. Other service of client system was composed of MapIn and MapOut module. MapIn Module is to parse the received XML Message and to store XML Data to RDB system. And MapOut module is to generate XML Message after extracting data from RDB system and to transfer XML Message to recipient. Hereby, XML/EDI System(XEDI System) provide document re-using, the various result(output) generation f3r various requirement and directly interface with DB. Therefore, This System(XEDI System) is more various and more flexible than the existing Messaging System that just provide transfer and retrieval service

VAN EDI의 단점인 폐쇄성과 비용을 극복하기 위해서 제안된 인터넷 EDI를 구현한다. 인터넷 EDI의 구현 방법인 인터넷 메일 기반 EDI와 웹 기반 EDI의 장점을 통합하여 웹에서의 통합적인 기업간의 전자상거래 솔루션을 지원하기 위한 웹에서의 인터넷 메일기반 EDI를 설계하고 구현하고 보안 요소를 추가한다.

전자상거래의 글로벌한 움직임과 관련하여 여전히 EDI는 전자상거래의 핵심요소로서 중요성을 더해 가고 있지만, 전세계를 하나로 연결하는 인터넷의 등장과 비즈니스 환경의 변화로 말미암아 그 역할과 구현방법에 새로운 변화가 일어나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 전자상거래 구현의 중심적인 역할을 하고 있는 기존의 EDI와 현재의 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 EDI까지의 새로운 EBI조류에 대하여 살펴보았다.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 메시징 시스템인 XML/EDI System을 설계. 구현하였으며 어떠한 형태의 메시지가 전송되더라도 매핑 정보만 등록함으로써, 사용자가 요청한 형태로 변환할 수 있으며. 기존 Legacy System(ERP, MIS 등)과도 연동 가능한 시스템을 설계하였다. 구현 서비스로는 기본 서비스로 문서 송신, 문서 수신, 문서 검색을, 그리고 사용자 시스템에서의 매핑 서비스와 여러 메시지 형태 중 EDI, XML, DB, HTML등 일부를 우선 선정하여 구현하였다.

As the population of the Internet inneases, so does that of mobile Internet. Currently, the use area of mobile Internet is rather limited due to the low speed of transmission and lack of applications. However, it is evident that the speed will be improved and more applications will be developed. In this paper, we propose： i) to use WAP in SCM, ii) to interconnect WAP and XML/EDI system, iii) to interconnect WAP, XML/EDI, Legacy system in SCM. We implemented a prototype which can show the interconnection among WAP, XML/EDI, and Legacy system. We hope the concept could be used in real applications in the near future.

XML의 등장으로 기존의 EDI를 전자상거래 환경에 맞게 발전시킨 기술이 XML/EDI이다. DTD는 XML 문서에 표현될 자료의 의미를 정의한 메타 데이터라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 DTD 정보가 손상될 경우 이 정보를 기반으로 한 XML 문서의 보안은 심각한 문제점을 가지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 암호화된 XML/EDI를 위하여 XML 문서에만 전자서명을 첨부하는 것이 아니라, DTD에 전자서명을 첨부하는 방법을 제안하였다. 전자서명 시 메시지 다이제스트 과정에서 바꿔 순서에 대해서는 검사하지 못하기 때문에 전혀 다른 다이제스트 값을 생성하는 문제가 발생되는데, 이것은 표준화된 구조와 문서에 대한 트리구조를 구현할 수 있는 DOM을 이용하여 DTD의 전자서명을 생성하는 방법으로 해결하였다.

본 논문에서 기존의 항만물류 EDI가 가진 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 제시된 XML/EDI에 대해 살펴보고, 항만 물류에 XML/EDI를 적용하기 위해 기존의 EDI 메시지를 처리하기 위한 브라우저를 개발한다. XML 문서의 논리적인 구조를 표현하는 방식에 DTD(Document Type Definition)과 XML Schema가 있는데, 여기서는 다양한 데이터 타입를 가지고 있는 XML Schema를 사용해 EDI메시지의 구조를 표현한다. 또한 XML/EDI는 인터넷을 기반으로 하므로 웹을 통해 EDI 메시지를 교환하고자, 메시지 포맷으로 XML을 사용하며, 통신방법은 HTTP를 사용한다.

This paper describes the characteristics and outline of the Japan trade EDI project and proposes a vision for the future. The results are as follows; First, the TEDI(Trade EDI) project was initiated to promote paperless trading(using XML documents) on open networks such as the Internet, and to construct associated legal structures. Second there is converting harbor EDI system in existing EDI to single window system. Third, the NACCS system has been put into operation in Japan. To develope NACCS system must associate other system such as financial, insurance, logistic.

Since 1996, the document exchange method by EDI has been introduced in port and logistics industries to enhance the declaration activities to the Pusan Port Authority and Customs. In spite of these efforts, users such as shipping companies, shipping agents, and freight forwarders have complained the inconvenience of using EDI systems. The major reasons can be summarized as too much transfer time, inconvenient EDI software, and problems on message receiving confirmation. To solve these problems, although we have developed an Internet based EDI system for Port-MIS users, we have failed its implementation practically for the short of Governments readiness, the complexity of systems and separation with in-house systems. So, the writers have changed the direction of research to applying the concept of SCM to logistics system by XML/EDI. In this Paper, the prototype systems to integrate processes of shipping company, Port Authority, Customs and stevedoring company will be suggested. The new method of EDI gives us advantages, which are the accuracy of cargo data and integration of processes among firms and keeping the service of cargo trace.

본 연구에서는 최근의 정보기술과 인터넷을 기반으로 한 CALS 및 EC의 개념을 이해하고 인터넷을 활용한 한국형 전자상거래에 대한 사업현황과 전자상거래 발전방향, WEB-EDI에 대하여 소개하였다. 향후 정보통신 기술의 발전과 인터넷의 활성화로 전자상거래 및 WEB-EDI는 급속도로 확대될 전망으로 있어 본 논문에서의 일반적 사례는 이의 확산에 크다란 도움이 될 수 있을것으로 생각된다. 또한 전자상거래의 해피동향, 국내 EDI-VAN추진현황 등은 실제적 근거와 수치를 기초로하여 제시되었으며, 우리나라의 CALS/EC 활성화 전략은 향후 우리 정부 및 민간주도로 추진하는 본사업에 적극적으로 대응해 나가는 가이드라인으로 제시하였다.
