At the present time, multimedia chip, internet application, and network equipment is designed by using ARM core. Because it has a good debugging, software compiler and needed low power. We must process a data coding to send a multimedia data by real time. So need to connect software and hardware algorithm. In this research, We design interface for ARM9/AMBA based board using VHDL for these function implementation. The board is used the ARM company´s ARM940T for software function implementation and Xilinx company´s Virtex E2000 for hardware function algorithm. The various hardware algorithm (ME,ME,DCT) block for performance can be implemented on this system.

In this paper, we present the design, manufacture and test results of Backend unit for SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) that can be applied on a small satellite. The Backend unit for SAR was designed with a control/storage board, TRX(transmission and receiving) board and a power supply board as a single unit in consideration of the applying of a small satellite. The control/storage board uses RFSoC to generate wideband chirp signal, generate operating timings, and perform control and calculations for SAR operation. The TRX board is designed to convert the wideband chirp signal generated by the control/storage board to the operating frequency of X-band by up-converting the frequency. Since small size, light weight, and low cost are important consideration for small satellite, MIL/Industrial grade components were appropriately applied and the at the same time it was designed to ensure mission life through the radiation test, analysis and space environment tests.

It is very important to meet the maximum detection range in a radar system. In order to meet the maximum detection Range, the sensitivity of the received signal of the radar system must be high. In addition, the dynamic range should be wide in the radar signal processing board. To meet these requirements, the signal processing board must be designed to be robust against external and internal noise. In particular, a design is required to minimize the effect of noise generated by various switching circuits inside the board on the received radar signal. In this paper, we derive the requirements of the signal processor board to meet the radar system performance and describe the design to meet the derived requirements. In addition, the EMC design to minimize the influence of noise input from the outside or generated from the inside is described. Confirm the secured performance through the test of the manufactured board.

Spam Message has been Causing widespread damages on the Internet. One source of the problems is rooted from an anonymously posted message in the bulletin board in Internet communities. This type of the Spam messages tries to advertise products, to harm other's reputation, to deliver religious messages and so on. In this paper we present the Spam message filtering using the Bayesian approach. In order to increase usefulness of the Spam filter in the bulletin board in Internet communities, we made the Spam filter which can divide the Spam message into six categories such as advertisement, pornography, abuse, religion and other. The test conducted against messages posted on the popular web sites.

The purpose of this study is to find out the promotion methods for successful management of 'the fashion saho internet shopping mall' with a small capital. This study analyze the research reports, the news items, the documents on the internet shopping mall and data on promotion method which are offered by the hosting companies of the internet shopping mall like 'Cafe 24', 'Make shop', 'Whoismall' and the promotion consulting companies like 'Whoisad', 'Naver keyword shop'. And also analyze the data that interviewed the administrator of internet shopping mall and directly observed the famous internet shopping mall sites. Generally speaking, the promotion mix, marketing communication program can classify 'advertisement', 'publicity', 'personal selling', and 'sales promotion'. This study analyze the research materials on the basis of advertisement, publicity, personal selling, and sales promotion. The result are as follows. 1. The promotion methods at the stage of information the shopping mall site to the consumer are advertisement, and publicity. ${\bigcirc}$ The methods of advertisement are 'searching engine registration', 'advertisement of key word', 'advertisement of overture', 'advertisement of banner', 'advertisement cooperation marketing', 'advertisement of e-mail'. ${\bigcirc}$ The methods of publicity are using 'cafe', 'blog', 'Naver information site', 'community bulletin board', 'the fashion magazine or a press report' and 'cosponsorship'. 2. The main promotion methods at the stage of inducing the purchase are 'personal selling', and various 'sales promotion'. ${\bigcirc}$ 'Personal selling' at the shopping mall have an effect on the communication at bulletin board over the internet and the telephone. ${\bigcirc}$ 'Sales promotion' are attempted by 'VMD', 'deposit system', 'sale', etc.

We propose a remote controller for a SCARA typed direct drive manipulator with two degrees-of-freedom(DOF). A remote controller system for SCARA robot of DDA is designed using a 2 DSP (TMS320c31) board and Winsock(Internet program class library supplied by Microsoft). The design objective of the system is to implement real time dynamic control algorithms which have been tested only by simulations so far and remote control regardless of the distance between user and robot. Because this system runs on Win95, we developed a VxD program to communicate with DSP controller.

The purpose of this study is to explore the way in which the internet audience constitutes cyber culture by analysing a bulletin board system(BBS) on a historical drama, 'The World of Women'(SBS). Research findings show that the internee audience participates in a cyber space by five manners; personal participation(18.9%), critique of broadcaster's policy(11.3%), participation in a television drama community(42.1%), co-authorship(6.4%), evaluation and interpretation(21.3%). Through these kinds of participant activities, the internee audience tends to constitute a new cyber culture. Firstly, the audience seems to read 'The World of Women' by a specific way. It is the interest of a Um court lady that is characteristic on BBS of 'The World of Women'. Secondly, the internet audience constructs a new community of meaning by means of using emoticon(emotion and icon), deconstructing grammar, and remaking new signs. Thirdly, the internet audience argues their power over drama production, in other words, their ownership over the drama. Fouthly, the audience actively protests and criticise the policy of the broadcaster, especially charged service. Finally, the internet audience is likely to enjoy writing itself as a fun.

This study is an attempt to find out the meaning of game to middle-aged women who enjoy internet web board game as part of the leisure. In order to discover the perceptions and emotions of middle-aged women regarding game, in-depth interviews with the five women of 48 to 63-year-old were conducted. The results are: First, the web board games to middle-aged women is an opposition of labor, but at the same time a part of day-long procedure of labor. Second, most middle-aged women are not in an autonomous environment where they can pursue active hobbies. Third, middle-aged women do not tolerate sacrificing money or housework on game because the web board games are regarded as a worthless activity. Finally, middle-aged women do not transform the existing social relationships into online relationships, nor form new social relationships through internet. Based on these results, we could draw a rough picture overviewing the gaming experience of middle-aged women, which has been more or less ignored in academic field. game experiences; middle-aged women; web board game; leisure/labor; game culture;

This paper describes the VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) SoC(System on Chip) Design and the test board development for the function verification to support voice communication services using Internet. To implement the simple system of configuration, we designed the VoIP SoC which have ARM922T of 32bit microprocessor, IP network interface, voice signal interface, various user interface function. Also we developed test program and communication protocol to verify the function of this chip. We used several tools of design and simulation, developed and tested a test board with Excalibur which includes ARM922T microprocessor and FPGA.
