In spite of advantages to using internet, but there are many adverse effects. The most well-known negative effects include internet addiction, personal information infringement, copyright violation, spread of harmful information, cyber bullying, online fraud, hacking and virus distribution, and online prostitution. Until now, the government and public organization strived to prevent and reduce the negative effects but have faced limitations. In accordance with, one of the measures the solve the problems caused by internet is to strengthen the internet ethics education. This study aims to consider and analyze the negative effects of internet and provide measures to promote internet ethics education to prevent and reduce such effects.

This study investigated the adaptation process of abused children in long-term foster care and the stages of adaptation process. Also, this study aimed to find the factors influencing the adaptation of abused children in long-term foster care and to examine the relationships between the adaptation process in long-term foster care and the recovery of aftereffect of the abused children. The researchers tried to find the factors influencing the possibilities about the return of their biological parents' home. The researchers used a purposeful sampling and interviewed three abused children and three parents in long-term foster care and two social workers. This study utilized grounded theory approach of Strauss and Corbin(1990) to analyze the interviewed data. Specifically, the researchers applied open coding, axial coding and selective coding from grounded theory approach to analyze the data. On the other hand, the researchers used Miles and Huberman(1994)'s time-ordered matrix and time-ordered network to investigate the categories influencing the adaptation process of abused children in long-term foster care. This study used interviewees, literatures, newspapers, and internet resources relating to abused children for triangulation of data. The researcher interviewed from October 15, 2004 to January 31, 2005. The total sessions of each person were consisted of two sessions for each person and the interview time of each session was one or two hours.

If one analyzes recent cyber incidents including personal information infringement cases, it seems like actual attack is targeting Internet service providers but actually they are targeting Internet service users. For many users, all the services were not provided to them as they have signed for in the contract or personal informations, which users have provided to service providers when signing contracts, were disclosed to public without users' consent causing aftereffect. As a result, importance of S-SLA indexes, which is to be included in the SLA to be signed between a user and a service provider, is ever more increasing. Especially, if there is a S-SLA indexes for anti-virus services, service providers have to provide a high quality of service as they have signed in the SLA. However, there wasn't any researches in the S-SLA area domestically and there are only limited SLA indexes related to system or service maintenances at the moment. Therefore, this paper analyses security functions in anti-virus services and proposes S-SLA indexes for different security level.

There is an increasing trend to alcoholics patients due to social factors of the aftereffect of the recession in Korea. Accordingly, study of the impact on society as well as alcoholism impact on individuals is becoming active. To solve the problem of addiction, we needed an integrated management system because the evils of alcoholism and addiction caused by a variety of social, economic and cultural factors. However, alcoholism research investment is less than the health problems like drugs, gambling, internet and we also did not provide proper treatment services for alcohol addiction. In this study, we will develop a customized smart phone application then the patient can acts for the individual circumstances by providing the aggregated information relates to treatment.
