This study proposes and verifies an integrated model that reflects and helps to explain complexities and comprehensiveness of e-Trade in practice. The primary objective was to widen and deepen our understanding about the phenomena of paperless trading which will enable us to formulate an effective means to promote the adoption and utilization of e-Trade infrastructure. This investigation combined and extended the theories and models of TAM, TOE framework, and TTF in order to identify and hypothesize the causal relationships between factors of technology, organization and environment, and the usage level and performance of e-Trade. The previous research on e-Trade was reviewed and incorporated into the extended model. The integrated model was tested based on the survey data collected from a sample of 417 trading firms. Overall, the regression and path analysis demonstrated the usefulness of the proposed model as a conceptual framework for better understanding and explanation of e-Trade. The result of the analysis implies the relevancy of the factors of technology, organization and environment for facilitating usage of and increasing performance of e-Trade. However, rejection of a few hypothesized relationships implies the necessity of extensive promotion and education about the related laws and regulations, and education, supervision and incentives for e-Trade practitioners.

Paperless trade is a new trade paradigm that has innovated on traditional trade procedures, which relied on manual work in the past, and applied an IT-based e-document standard. To realize paperless trade in Korea, a lot of efforts have been made. Korea has overcome many difficulties, a lack of awareness, trials and errors, etc. at the initial introduction stage and strived to establish a stable infrastructure through the government's policy support and active cooperation with the trade business communities and related organizations. Now, Korea became a well-known leader in IT industry, especially in the paperless trade infrastructure and strategic policies. The one-stop trading system named 'uTradeHub' is operated by a paperless trade service provider, Korea Trade Network(KTNET). uTradeHub includes trade finance and settlement, customs clearance and export and import logistics, improving trading procedures and reducing related expenses. Private-Public joint efforts from Korean government and private sectors which have respectively fulfilled their role and function with market-oriented practical policies and strategies has lead Korea a world leading country in paperless trade. Moreover, Korea expended its efforts to the global areas. Korea has started to activate multi-national paperless trade alliances such as PAA(Pan-Asia e-Commerce Alliance), ASEAL(Asia Europe Alliance for Paperless Trading) as well as established the bilateral cooperative networks with China and Taiwan. The one-stop trading system, uTradeHub should keep close cooperations between nations since trade itself is implemented in a cross-border ways. In the near future, it is expected uTradeHub can achieve best results in the simplification of procedures and cost savings when an international linkage is completely established with international cooperations.

The rapidly developed environment by ubiquitous computing make the paradigm from e-trade to u-trade. The purpose of the study is to find out issue and the strategic suggestions that could link together between the e-trade and ubiquitous computing in side of information security. The study include the contents as follows; firstly, the technical explanations under the ubiquitous computing, secondly, e-trade's risks in security technology and lastly, issue and strategic suggestions how link them together in integrated view.

본 연구는 "통상정보연구"의 1999년 창간호에서부터 제18권 4호(2016년 12월)까지 지난 18년간 게재된 논문에 대한 메타분석이다. "통상정보연구"에 2016년까지 수록된 논문은 총 1047편이다. 학문분야를 본다면 전자무역, 상품 및 서비스혁신, 지역통상정보, 통상법제도, 통상협상 순으로 논문이 많이 게재되었다. 20편 이상 논문을 게재한 저자들의 전공분야가 15가지가 넘으므로 "통상정보연구"는 다양한 전공분야의 학자들이 논문을 게재하고 있는 다학제적인 논문집이다. 저자는 대부분 대학 소속이었고 연구비 수혜 논문의 비중은 19.7%이다. "통상정보연구"에 그동안 5편 이상의 논문을 게재했던 저자는 총 46명인데 이들의 H-지수는 5.6이다. "통상정보연구"의 2016년 영향력지수(IF)는 1.02이므로 "통상정보연구"의 무역학계 영향력이 높다고 볼 수 있다. 2002년 이후 집계된 "통상정보연구" 게재 논문들의 핵심 키워드는 전자상거래, 인터넷, 서비스무역, 중국, 전자무역, 한류, FTA, 중소기업, 해외직접투자 등이다. 그 중에서도 전자무역, FTA, 중국 세 가지 키워드가 가장 자주 등장하였다.

본 연구에서는 기존의 신용장결제방식의 한계성을 극복하면서 전자상거래시대에 부합되도록 최근 개발된 TradeCard의 본질, 업무절차 및 효용성을 분석하고 TradeCard의 폭넓은 활용을 제한하는 문제점과 해결과제를 구체적으로 제시함으로써 무역실무자들에게 TradeCard의 기본원리를 제공해줌을 목적으로 한다.

In order to succeed in e-Trade Project in Korea, the related parties endeavor to introduce the e-title registry model such as Bolero model(Title Registry Model) and TEDI model (Repository Service Provider Model). Prior to mentioning the Model of e-Title Registry, desirable Global e-Trade Platform is the platform connecting Global e-Trade Platforms in each country and Bolero's Core Messaging Platform and e-Title Registry must be established in each country. Each e-Title Registry must be connected with another registry. Like Korea, Recognized Electronic Document Repository must be established as proxy for preserving, attesting, carrying out sending and receiving electronic document to prevent from disputes between parties and to carry out notarizing electronic documents and related transaction. The purpose of this paper is to promote the introduction of e-Title Registry in the e-Trade and to streamline the procedures of the electronic bill of lading.

전자무역의 단계별 성과를 볼 때 계약체결 이전 단계의 해외마케팅은 해외시장진출의 가장 큰 장애요인이면서 가장 많은 역량이 투여되는 부문으로 이에 대한 교육 및 연구체계를 재정립할 필요가 있다. 전자무역은 인터넷과 정보통신기술의 발전에 따른 파생적 수요성격이 강한 학문적 영역으로 무역실무와 더불어 무역학의 핵심주제로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 2000년대 중반이후 전자무역 관련분야 연구와 교육교재개발 등이 점차 감소되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 전자무역 중 해외마케팅의 측면에서 교육 및 학문적 연구체계와 성과를 검토하고 향후 해외마케팅 부문 교육과 연구체계 수립에 대한 방향을 제시하였다. 그 결과 전자무역관련 교육 및 연구 중 산업계에서 활성화되고 있는 검색엔진마케팅, 검색엔진최적화, 소셜네트워크분석 등에 대한 교육 및 연구체계를 확립해 나가는 것이 시급하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 이론과 실무가 접목되어 병행되는 캡스톤디자인 교과목의 도입이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

The thesis examines new innovation of various aspect to overcome lots of problems which come by when we execute simplification of trade procedure and administration fairly. Practical implications regarding the innovation of electronic trade infrastructure are as follows. First, it will propel the standardization of electronic trade section in the technical side and the construction atmosphere of international authentication system must be created. The work process should be redesigned in order to implement export-import procedures that meet the relevant standards. Second, the improvement of system for electronic process is necessary in the law and institutional aspect. In order to eliminate any obstacles to the trade procedure, clearer legal grounds regarding legitimate controls and minimum necessity must be established. Also, laws should be revised to admit mutual recognition among certification organizations, in lieu of international agreement-based mutual recognition between government. Third, the detailed improvement for the integration of the electronic trade infrastructure will be demanded. Additionally, user-centered quality management protocols should be established via connections with the systems already existing in governmental bodies. Fourth, various trade institution should harmonized and interconnected with other partners through mutual cooperation for standardization of operational system. A system which can monitor and remotely diagnose and resolve system errors should be established to provide tailor-made service and improve operational efficiency. At the same time, it is necessary to build a cooperative system to share information and promote comprehensive management for efficient operation.

The purpose of this article is to study on the electronic bill of lading in the electronic trade era. The term 'electronic trade' means all or part of any such trade as implemented by means of apparatus having the information processing capability, such as a computer, and networks of information and communications. The introduction of an electronic bill of lading has long been considered essential by the members of the international trading community as a key means of reducing its costly reliance on paper.

Future e-Trade RFID/USN distribution should satisfy the new needs of reasonable customers such as efficient supply of goods, presentation of information, and communication by developing intermediate and long-term strategies through analysis of industrial conditions and customers' needs. Through preferential application of new technology, knowledge-based e-Trade RFID/USN distribution environment and DB of industrial portal sites should be developed, RFID/USN infra such as Supply Chain Management(SCM) should be expanded, future-oriented knowledge-based services should be developed to prepare specific and realistic plans for proper UT(Ubiquitous Technology). Such change in e-Trade distribution environment should have historical and environmental backgrounds to suggest specific tasks and directions as a conversion of structural concept of engineering and trade theory for new u-Trade. Accordingly, this study is to present all the problems available in RFID/USN distribution, develop an organized and technological estimate model and provide a foundation to apply it efficiently. This study aims to present an interpretational foundation of RFID/USN distribution, rather than technical directions.
