  • Plant controller using VME bus is developed. This controller is a PLC designed to control up to 768 I/O units of POSFA PLC which has been developed already by POSCON. In many programming aspects, it adopts IEC 1131, international standard of PLC programming to keep up with international trends. A system software and a controller architecture including CPU board, DSP board and bus extension board are developed to support the IEC 1131, and becomes a base of E.I. controller being developed now.

  • Central motion techniques are to mention the central-motion by the limpness motion function and limpness sensory unit function on the body. Central body motion is consisted of the limpness central function by the central body system. To evaluate the signal of central body motion, we are investigated a limpness value of the central function by the central body function on the static state. The concept of limpness motion function was checked the reference of limpness motion signal and limpness sensory signal by the central motion body. For assessment on the limpness sensory variation of the maximum and average in terms of central motion from the static function, and limpness value that was a limpness value of the vision condition of the Vi-${\lambda}_{MAX-AVG}$ with $8.71{\pm}-3.2units$, that was a limpness value of the vestibular condition of the Ve-${\lambda}_{MAX-AVG}$ with $3.05{\pm}-6.52units$, that was a limpness value of the somatosensory condition of the So-${\lambda}_{MAX-AVG}$ with $2.4{\pm}1.9units$.   • Quake wavelength technique was designed of the sway by the body. There was presented a concept of the dangle wavelength by twisting condition of posture. We compared to the twisting condition for an average variation and maximum variation with the movement. There was used a combination system and correlation system of the posture. Their correlation signal was presented a control data by the dynamic movement. The quake wavelength system was to be formation of activity aspects by posture. The correlation of wavelength technique was applied to the a little action of posture variation signal. The main difficulty in this information management is the shortage of unified rules (or standards) on how the digital design data should be gathered, archived, and preserved in the most efficient way for building design and construction units. The most important issue, which addressed in this work, is the standardized reference of all design data definitions.

We take to detect the tiny scores of average during perception movement side from the spread tremor that magnetic condition get to a variation of the Ma-αAVG and Ma-αMAX-MIN with 6.25±0.35 units, that electric condition get to a variation for the El-αAVG and El-αMAX-MIN with 5.68±0.42 units.   • In order to prepare for increasing performance requirement for Differential Global Navigation Satellite System (DGNSS) services of International Maritime Organization (IMO) and International Association of Lighthouse Authorities (IALA), this paper focuses on design of network-based Automatic Identification System (AIS) reference station system that can perform the functionality of Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) reference station in an AIS base station system. AIS base station receives the differential corrections from the DGPS reference station, and it is not a method for transmitting the received differential corrections to onboard AIS units, but it is a method for generating the optimized differential corrections for onboard AIS units in AIS coverage. Therefore this paper proposes an algorithm for generating the differential corrections at AIS reference station, and performs the performance assessment of the proposed algorithm based on DGPS correction data measured from a DGPS reference station. Finally this paper discusses the test results and efficiency of the proposed system.

  • The automotive industry is motivated to provide more and more amenities to its customers. The industry is taking advantage of artificial intelligence by increasing different sensors and gadgets in vehicles machoism is forward collision warning, at the same time road accidents are also increasing which is another concern to address. So there is an urgent need to provide an A.I based system to avoid such incidents which can be address by using artificial intelligence and global positioning system. Automotive/smart vehicles protection has become a major study of research for customers, government and also automotive industry engineers In this study a two layered novel hypothetical approach is proposed which include in-time vehicle/obstacle detection with auto warning mechanism for collision detection & avoidance and later in a case of an accident manifestation GPS & video camera based alerts system and interrupt generation to nearby ambulance or rescue-services units for in-time driver rescue.
