Holography is the most promising 3D imaging technology to faithfully record and reproduce light information. In addition, it is widely explored in metrology for applications such as microscopy and tomography because it can accurately measure 3D shapes. However, the data size of a digital hologram is very large, and the data characteristics are notably different from those of conventional 2D images. The Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) is a group of experts from the International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission. This group develops and maintains standards for still image compression. In 2014, the JPEG released a new standard for 3D image compression called JPEG Pleno to represent light fields, point clouds, and holograms. Among them, JPEG Pleno Holography is the first international standard for hologram compression. We review recent advances in JPEG Pleno Holography standardization and discuss future directions of development.

This study lies on building the International Standardization of China Arbitration System for improving a relationship of mutual trust and the safety trade between China and other worldwide countries, especially, South Korea as their one of the biggest trading partners through the comparative analysis of China and UNCITRAL Arbitration Law. In this analysis, the differences from China and UNCITRAL in arbitration law are like belows ; lack of arbitrator's international mind, the limitation of private property right, prohibition of Ad. hoc arbitration, arbitrator's biased nationalism, localism, and their short specialties. a deficiency of the objectiveness for arbitrator's election, a judgement rejection of claimants by using nonattendance and walkout, impossibility of prior and temporary property custody for execution of arbitration award. etc. For the improvement of the International Standardization of China Arbitration, this paper propose as follows: 1) Extension of private property right, reorganization of tax system, realization of open competition, exclusion of 'Sinocentrism', globalization of arbitration system 2) The abolition of old fashioned bureaucracy with approval for ad.hoc arbitration 3) An education for arbitrator's internationalization, specialty, and to promote legal knowledge 4) A settlement of the third country arbitrators' selection for reflecting interested party's decision by the court in a selection system of arbitration committee. 5) Institutionalization of arbitration judgment that prevent for claimant's avoidance by using a withdrawal and an intentional absent 6) A permission of the right of claimant's court custody directly before the begging of arbitration request for the prevention for destruction of evidence and property concealment 7) Grant of the arbitration tribunal's interim measures of protection for private property preservation to the third party, proof security, prevention from the loss that selling the corruptible goods 8) Improvement of arbitration's efficiency from the exclusion of the obstacles that are forgery, concealed evidence, and arbitrator's bribe taking Lastly, I hope that this study will serve to promote friendly economic relationship between China and South Korea and strive for international equilibrium through the achievement of China Arbitration's International Standardization. I will finish this paper with a firm belief that this will lead to more advanced studies.

Smart clothing products can experience a decrease in performance and reliability due to various mechanical, biological, and chemical stress factors that occur throughout their life cycle. These issues can hinder consumer acceptance of the products. This study aims to enhance the reliability of smart clothing and facilitate quality control by analyzing and identifying the current status of international standardization for smart clothing and electronic textiles (e-textiles). The focus of this analysis was on the durability test methods in the use environment. Furthermore, similar standards published by different standardization organizations for durability tests were compared in depth. The study showed that a total of 27 international standards have been developed or are currently under development. The current standardization efforts mainly aim to develop functionality and durability test methods for smart clothing and e-textile products. A detailed comparison was made between two international standards (IEC 63023-204-1:2023 and AATCC TM210:2019) specifically in relation to the washing durability test method and the electrical resistance measurement standards (BS EN 16812:2016 vs AATCC EP13-2021), before and after the environmental exposure tests. Based on this comparison, several suggestions have been made and discussed for the future revision of these international standards.

Along with the increasing trade volume among Korea, China, and Japan, firm and efficient logistics management through mutual co-operation Is being highly requested. In order to achieve logistics efficiency, logistics standardization should precede. Using standardized pallet is the core of logistics standardization which is closely connected to the unit load system and palletization. This study focuses on pallet standardization in three countries which are Korea, China, and Japan. The dramatic effect from pallet standardization Is expected in economy / international trade field and logistics / environment field. This study suggests an institute of Asian logistics standardization as a method to accomplish the logistics standardization among three countries. When these three countries overcome the disparity in standardization level and diverse concerns, we will finally attain efficient logistics system which will work as a 'highway' of North-East Asian logistics.

Service and technology for the future hyper-connected society, which is every information receive through the mobile internet, will be an Internet of Things. Thus, it is mandatory to derive key standardization work item and establish strategy for the global business with the standardization of device and service platform by the application service. In this study, by analyzing the domestic and international market trends, state of technical development, and standardization of technology, we identified the open platform is the stepping stone for achieving the goal which is establishing the virtuous circulation of IoT ecosystem. Also, we defined emphasized key standardization work item for achieving the open platform are network, server, access authentication, billing system, and software platform. After that, we proposed future strategy direction of standardization. This research could be contribute to the IoT service diffusion by realizing IP communication among low power wireless terminals and implementing light-weight standard internet protocol.

This paper is to introduce guidelines for standardization and document management. International standards such as ISO/IEC Guide 2, IEC 82045-1, ISO/IEC Guide 72 are considered. This study is to discuss standardization and related activities, and principles and methods for document management, and guidelines for the justification and development of management system standards.

The higher costs of logistics in Korea than those of other developed countries have been considered as a main factor to reduce national competitiveness. In addition, the international logistics has become more important than before as trade across countries have increased with globalization. This study measured the rate of international logistics absorption as total trade volume compared total domestic consumption expenditure. The measure showed that USA($26\%$), japan($31\%$), and China($l12\%$) are important countries for Korea to cooperate for the international logistics and its standardization. However, for these countries, Korea is not important country in terms of the international logistics because the absorption rates of these countries to Korea are relatively very low as they shows $0.8\%$, $8\%$, $1.85\%$ in USA, China, and japan, respectively. Thus, we need international strategies in logistics fields to cooperate with these countries.

최근 정보통신 산업은 급속한 기술의 발전과 제품생명주기의 단축 및 다양한 기술들간의 융합 등 급속한 환경의 변화를 겪고 있다. 정보통신 분야의 대표적 국제 표준화 기구인 ITU-T는 이러한 환경의 변화에 대응하여 기존의 관료적이고 비효율적인 부분을 제거하고 보다 효율적인 표준화 추진을 위하여 개혁작업을 추진하고 있다. 본 고에서는 정보통신 환경에 대응한 ITU-T의 표준화 작업방법의 변화를 살펴보고, 이를 통하여 보다 효율적 국제 표준화 추진을 위한 향후 표준화 정책 방향을 제시해 보고자 한다.

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 163 national standards bodies (NSB). The ISO standards are developed and processed within the technical committees (TC) or their subcommittees (SC) dealing with the different subject matters. The first technical committee, ISO/TC1, deals with screw threads and was created back in 1947. While, more recently, TC 309 was created to standardize organizational governance. The ISO technical committee in the field of metallic coatings was created in 1962 with the title ISO/TC107- Metallic and other inorganic coatings. This ISO/TC107 technical committee is dealing with the standardization of the characteristics of protective and decorative metallic coatings applied by electrolysis, fusion, vacuum or chemical means, mechanical deposition and ion plating. similarly, it also covers the standardization of the characteristics of protective and decorative non-metallic coatings (excluding paints and other organic coatings) on metal surface applied by electrolysis, fusion, vacuum or chemical means. Scope is further extended to the Standardization of the preparation of the substrates prior to the deposition of metallic and inorganic coatings. There are a total of 144 existing ISO standards published by this technical committee and has 19 participating countries (P-members) and 24 observing countries (O-members). Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS), being the secretariat of ISO/TC107, is constantly supporting this technical committee for the development of standards and related activities.
