Purpose - This study aims to investigate whether the buyer's participation in CSR activities can affect the informal cooperation and relationship beyond formal cooperation and relationship. Research design, data, and methodology - We defined the research model and selected variables(monitoring and contracts by the buyer, formal cooperation & relationship, and informal cooperation & relationship). After completing the questionnaire, we analyzed 319 manufacturing companies. Prior to the hypothesis testing, Exploratory factor analysis(EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) were conducted to check for discriminant validity and convergent validity. Results - The stronger the buyer monitoring on the company's CSR activities, the more positive it affects the formal business cooperation. On the other hand, strong buyer monitoring did not affect formal business relationships. Therefore, even if buyers' monitoring of CSR activities is strong, it does not mean that the formal business relationship is improved, but it means that it is possible to improve the formal business cooperation. Conclusions - This study shows that the stronger the buyer monitoring on the supplier's CSR activities, the more positive it affects formal cooperation. It also demonstrates that formal business cooperation between the supplier and the buyer, that is, sharing goals and works for CSR activities, has a positive effect on relationships based on emotional exchange and commitment.

The purpose of this study is to analyze research activities related to Antarctic science through a bibliographic study and to understand and evaluate the implications. This study is based on 78,445 articles which were retrieved from the Science Citation Index(SCI) database during the period 1998-2015. Through a quantitative analysis and a Social Network Analysis, we made several findings and drew out the implications. First, many countries, in general, have increased multi-national research cooperation in order to enhance research productivity. However, Korea's cooperative research activity is below the average level. Second, considering the 4 centrality indexes, which are derived from the SNA, Korea had a lower score in terms of centrality indexes. Based on these findings, Korea should formulate a more dynamic or proactive strategy in order to enhance its participation in international research cooperation efforts. Korea, the 10th country to build two or more research bases in Antarctica, should make greater efforts to bring the appropriate level of the phase.

EU는 세계에서 미국을 능가하는 경제력을 가지기 위해서 여러 가지 측면으로 노력하고 있다. 이러한 경제성장은 산업기술발전을 통해서 가능하고 또한 이것은 산업기술의 경쟁력을 통한 고용창출 등이 가능하다고 인지하고 있다. 이에 EU집행위에서는 국제기술협력 정책 추진에서 EU내 회원국 간의 국제기술협력이 아닌 비회원국, 즉 한국 등과의 협력이 강화되어야 한다는 것을 강조하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라에서 아직 기술협력이 적은 EU권에 대한 일본의 국제기술협력 현황을 살펴봄으로서 우리나라 정부에 주는 시사점을 찾는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 제 2 장에서는 일본 및 EU의 국제기술협력에 대한 전반적인 정책을 살펴보고 이어서 제 3장에서는 연구방법을 제시하였으며 제 4장에서는 일본이 EU와의 국제기술협력을 추진한 성공사례를 발굴하여서 참여형태, 예산액 및 참여기관 등을 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 제 5장에서는 우리나라에 주는 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다.

본 EU는 세계에서 미국을 능가하는 경제력을 가지기 위해서 여러 가지 측면으로 노력하고 있다. 이러한 경제성장은 산업기술발전을 통해서 가능하고 더 나아가 산업기술의 경쟁력강화를 통해 고용창출이 가능하다고 인지하고 있다. 이에 EU집행위에서는 국제기술협력 정책 추진에서 EU내 회원국 간의 국제기술협력이 아닌 비회원국, 즉 한국 등과의 협력이 강화되어야 한다는 것을 강조하고 있다. 우리나라에서 정부기관을 통해서 몇몇의 EU권과의 국제기술협력에 대한 보고서가 나오고 있다. 하지만 아직 학계에서는 EU권에 대한 국제기술협력에 대한 연구가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 논문의 목적은 기존에 많은 학자들에게 잘 알려진 미국 및 일본과의 연구를 넘어서서 EU와의 국제기술협력을 할 수 있는 주요한 정보를 제공하는 데에 있다. 제 2장에서는 EU의 일반적인 기술혁신정책을 소개하고 이어서 제 3장에서는 EU와의 국제기술협력을 위한 종합프로그램(Framework Program)을 살펴보고 제 4장에서는 EU권에서 중소기업 및 산업체와 함께 국제기술협력을 할수 있는 주요 프로그램인 EUREKA를 살펴보았다.

한국과 베트남은 1992년 국교를 정상화한 이후 통상관계가 괄목할만 성장을 하여 한국은 베트남에서 외국인투자 1위 국가가 되었다. 베트남은 WTO 가입 등을 통해 통상관련 제도 등을 선진화하면서 국제통상에서 가장 각광받는 나라중에 하나이다. 베트남은 한국의 대아세안 통상정책에서 중요한 통상파트너이다. 또한 베트남의 미국, 중국, 일본과의 통상관계는 한국의 통상정책에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 본연구는 베트남의 통상정책을 경제적인 접근뿐만 아니라 정치적, 국제관계적인 접근을 통하여 분석하여 한국과 베트남의 통상증진의 방안을 미시적인 양국의 통상관계 뿐만 아니라 다자간 통상협의체의 관점과 미중일의 삼국간의 관점에서 거시적으로도 분석하고자 한다.

We develop a theoretical framework for international cooperation that can be used for the elimination of asbestos-related diseases(ARDs). The framework is based on the similarities in the temporal patterns of asbestos use and occurrence of ARDs in diverse countries. The status of each nation can be characterized by observing asbestos use and ARD frequency therein using a time window. Countries that supply technology for prevention of ARDs can be classified as donors and countries that receive these technologies as recipients. We suggest identification of three levels of core preventative technologies. Development of a common platform to gather and manage core preventative technologies will combine the strengths of donor countries and the needs of recipient countries.

Purpose - This paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation etc between China and Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted a survey on China and Korea's 2012-2017 years data. After empirically analyzing the data, we believe that cultural industry in Korea and China will maintain its growth momentum. Results - This study explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistic distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Asia. Conclusions- China-Korea FTA can encourage private flow to take on enterprises. In terms of improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance.

We studied learners' perceptions and learning styles of project research activities in the chemical field conducted by 54 science high school students. In a survey of students' perceptions of task research, positive responses were found in "internal motivation," "cooperation," "task solving," and "tenacity and immersion," and statistically significant differences were found in "self-directedness," "cooperation," and "tenacity and immersion" by year. The 'lower' group responded most positively in the 'cooperation' category, and the 'higher' group responded most positively in the 'task solving' category. As a result of investigating the learning styles of the students who conducted the task research, it was found in the order of assimilator, converger, accommodator, and diverger. The assimilators showed the characteristic of systematically and scientifically approaching the problem. Convergers were found to have excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability, are practical, and have experimental-based thinking characteristics. In this study, the characteristics of science high school students showed well in the results of the learning style performed.

이 연구는 한국의 교육개발협력 관련 연구의 동향을 종합적으로 분석하고 향후 발전방향을 전망하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 1993년부터 2015년까지 국내에서 출판된 정책연구 184편과 학술논문 85편의 연구주제, 연구목적, 연구대상, 수행기관(또는 학술지)의 성격 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 교육개발협력 연구는 교육분야 국제개발협력의 정책 발달사와 조응하여 양적 확대 및 연구주제의 다변화가 이루어졌으며, 다음과 같은 세 가지 특징을 발견하였다. 첫째, 교육개발협력 연구는 학술적인 관심보다 ODA 사업을 추진하기 위한 이론적 토대 마련에 초점을 맞추고 진행되었다. 둘째, 한국의 ODA 사업 중에서 교육분야가 차지하는 비중이 매우 높음에도 불구하고, 구체적인 사업의 성과와 한계에 관한 학술적인 분석이 부족하다. 셋째, 교육학계와 국제개발협력학계 간의 학술적 교류가 부족했다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 향후 교육개발협력 연구에 갖는 시사점을 논의하였다.

본 연구는 신제품개발 시의성, 표준화 및 국제신제품시판 시의성간의 관계에 대해 본사-자회사간 협력의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 검증결과는 본사-자회사간 협력이 신제품개발 시의성과 국제신제품시판 시의성간의 관계에 대해 조절효과를 보였다. 그러나 본사-자회사간 협력은 표준화와 국제신제품시판 시의성간의 관계에 대해 조절효과를 보이지 않고 있다. 기업에서 본사와 자회사간 긍정적인 관계, 오픈 커뮤니케이션, 정규적인 상호작용을 갖는 경우에는 개발된 신제품이 해외시장에 더욱 빠르게 출시됨을 알 수 있다. 즉, 당초 계획한 시간프레임에서 개발한 제품들이 보다 빠르게 해외목표 국가시장에 출시하는데 본사와 자회사간 긍정적이고 효과적인 협력관계가 중요함을 보여준다.
