급성 백혈병 환자들은 병 자체로 인해 또는 치료로 인해 장기간의 호중구 감소 기간을 경험하게 되며 이로 인한 심각한 감염을 경험하게 된다. 비록 LAFR과 같은 보호된 환경의 개발로 인해 환자들이 병원의 환경과 주위 사람들의 감염으로부터 보호 받을 수 있게 되었으나 경제적 문제로 모든 급성 골수성 백혈병 환자에서 보호된 환경에서 항암치료를 시행하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 처음 진단되어 관해 유도 항암치료를 시행한 급성 백혈병 환자를 대상으로 보호된 환경과 일반 병실에서의 완전 관해율과 감염률 그리고 항생제 사용 비율을 비교하였다. 결과적으로 두 군 간의 완전 관해율과 호중구 감소 기간에는 차이가 없었으나 관해 유도 기간 중 현성감염률과 vancomycin, Imipenem 그리고 amphotericin-B 사용률에 있어서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이는 급성 골수성 백혈병의 관해 유도 치료에서 보호된 환경에서 관해 유도 치료를 시행하는 것이 감염률과 이로 인한 항생제 사용률을 낮출 수 있음을 보여주고 있으며 LAFR과 같은 설비를 갖추는 것의 필요성을 나타내고 있다.

In order to understand the influences of wearing clothings with different thermal insula-tions when men were exposed from $25^{\circ}C$ environment to 18$^{\circ}C$ environment, thermoregulatory responses were measured on 4 healthy female college students. Subjects rested wearing T-shirts, trousers, and socks called LC(total weight 541g) at 25$\pm$1$^{\circ}C$, 50$\pm$5% R.H. and then exposed to the room conditioned in 18$\pm$1$^{\circ}C$, 50$\pm$5$^{\circ}C$ R.H. with LC as it was(LC Type) or with T-shirts, trousers, socks, training wear upper garment, the training wear lower garment called HC (total weight 1368g)(HC Type) for 120 min. The results can be summarized as follows: 1) When subjects were exposed from $25^{\circ}C$ environment to 18$^{\circ}C$ environment, decrease of rectal temperature was significantly smaller in LC Type than in HC Type. 2)Increase of heat production and weight loss had no significant difference between two types of clothing. 3)Internal thermal conductance was higher in HC Type and external thermal conductance was higher in LC Type. Therefore total thermal conductance was higher in LC Type than in HC Type. 4)Decrease of skin temperature was greater in LC Type than in HC Type. 5)Subjects felt colder with LC Type than with HC Type, but did not feel differently in comfort sensation between two types of clothing. It was suggested that less decrease of rectal temperature in LC type inspite of more dry heat loss from body might be ascribed to a shift of blood from the shell area to the core area originating in the vasoconstriction and the lowered internal thermal conductance. In conclu-sion, the importance of the state of internal heat distribution in the homeostasis seemed to be reaffirmed.

The momentum and kinetic turbulent energy carried by the wind to a stratified lake lead to basin-scale motions, which provide a major driving force for vertical and horizontal mixing. A three-dimensional (3D) hydrodynamic model was applied to Lake Tahoe, located between California and Nevada, USA, to simulate the dominant basin-scale internal waves in the deep lake. The results demonstrated that the model well represents the temporal and vertical variations of water temperature that allows the internal waves to be energized correctly at the basin scale. Both the model and thermistor chain (TC) data identified the presence of Kelvin modes and Poincare mode internal waves. The lake was weakly stratified during the study period, and produced large amplitude (up to 60 m) of internal oscillations after several wind events and partial upwelling near the southwestern lake. The partial upwelling and followed coastal jets could be an important feature of basin-scale internal waves because they can cause re-suspension and horizontal transport of fine particles from nearshore to offshore. The internal wave dynamics can be also associated with the distributions of water quality variables such as dissolved oxygen and nutrients in the lake. Thus, the basin-scale internal waves and horizontal circulation processes need to be accurately modeled for the correct simulation of the dissolved and particulate contaminants, and biogeochemical processes in the lake.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how internal marketing affects self-efficacy and hospital image in university hospital nurses. In addition, it was to identify which factors of internal marketing is the most important factor perceived by the nurses. The sample consisted of 228 nurses working in one university hospital located in Changwon city of Gyeongnam province. The measurements included internal communication (5 items), empowerment (5 items), reward (3 items), education and training (5 items), working environment (3 items), leadership (5 items), self-efficacy (5 items), and hospital image (8 items) based on a review of related previous studies. Survey data were analyzed employing SPSS version 20.0 and AMOS version 20.0. The nurses rated internal communication (0.887) of the internal marketing sub-factors the most important, while they evaluated working environment (0.802) the lowest. The internal marketing perceived by nurses has a positive effect on self-efficacy (0.476) and hospital image (0.674). Nurses' self-efficacy also had a positive effect on hospital image (0.226). The findings reveal that the managers should build a positive climate of internal marketing activities in order to enhance nurses' self-efficacy and hospital image.

A mobile robot system is developed to inspect the condition of industrial facilities under hot environment. The mobile robot is equipped with internal and external heat insulating material, an internal cooling mechanism, two CCD cameras, wireless communication devices for both the control and image signals, and an embedded controller. The portable controller is equipped with two joysticks for both the mobile robot and the inspection CCD camera, an LCD monitor, and several buttons. The developed mobile robot travels on the internal floor in hot furnaces by operators' joystick operation, captures the images of facilities in the furnaces using a zoom CCD camera, and sends the images to the portable controller through wireless communication. The mobile robot can be operated without any problem under hot environment less than 400$^{\circ}C$ in 30 minutes. This kind of automatic inspection mobile robot can be helpful to prevent significant troubles of industrial facilities without danger of human beings under harmful environment.

Internal control is important for monitoring operations of organizations. In order to achieve the quality of internal control, organizations need to recognize different perspectives in which the components of internal control play a decisive role. Internal control is a process designed by the manager and it is applied within the organization to provide reasonable assurance of the reliability of financial information and to comply with policies, procedures, rules, regulations and laws. The article uses the ordinary least squares method and the seven-point Likert scale to test the variables affecting the quality of internal control in 18 Vietnamese listed banks. The article surveyed 179 leaders of listed banks. The results show that there are three variables out of a total of five variables that positively affect the quality of internal control, including the control environment, control activities, and monitoring. Accordingly, the managers of Vietnamese listed banks need to pay attention to building a corporate culture environment, improve the quality of control activities, and periodically and regularly conduct the monitoring. It contributes to improving the quality of internal control and is also an opportunity to increase economic benefits for Vietnamese listed banks in the context of international economic integration.

The advent of Omni Channel has changed the fashion business model and the role of fashion sales persons. In such situation, internal marketing can become an important organizational management strategy for fashion companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the components of internal marketing of fashion companies for fashion shop masters in an omni channel environment. To achieve the purpose of this study, To achieve the purpose of this study, a qualitative study was conducted to investigate the internal marketing sub-factors of fashion companies. In-depth interviews were conducted for qualitative study. Seven respondents to the in-depth interview were fashion shop masters who had at least 10 years of field work experience. As a result of the qualitative study, internal marketing was derived from five factors, including empowerment, education and training, rewards, internal communication, and management supports. Empowerment factors consist of initiative, encourage creativity, and problem solving. Education and training factors consist of the degree of education and training opportunities, the value of education and training, and the scope of education and training. Rewards factors consist of diversity of rewards, fairness of rewards, and source of rewards. Internal communication factors consist of communication flexibility, diversity of communication and receptivity of communication. Management support factors consist of headquarters support and department store support.

This paper investigates the empirical implications. The research question of this study is to verify the influences of psychological and environmental factors toward performance satisfaction and durability of learning in E-Learning University. For empirical verification, a survey was conducted targeting 500 students in E-learning Universities. The results show that actional environment on academic satisfaction in learning is the most important factor followed by physical environment, internal motivation, and academic burnout. The effect of psychological factors on learning persistence was important in the order of academic vision, internal motivation, actional environment and physical environment. The effect of academic satisfaction on learning durability proved to be statistically significant. The results suggest that actional environment should be considered with top priority to increase the academic satisfaction. learning satisfaction, academic vision, and academic satisfaction to enhance students' intention to continue studies are important. Academic burnout has a negative effect on both academic satisfaction and learning persistence, suggesting that this aspect should be properly addresses. The effects of student background variables in E-learning were explored.
