This study are decided the mix proportion method of latex modified concrete for agricultural concrete structures from the results of workability and strength test with mix proportion factor. For mix proportion factor, this study are selected the water-cement ratio, unit cement amount and latex content. Also, this study were performed the slump, compressive strength test and microstructure analysis using the scanning electron microscope(SEM). The strength and slump of LMC are dependent with unit cement amount, latex content, and water-cement ratio. Especially, the strength of LMC are not controlled by single mix proportion factor but effected by combined mix proportion factor. Microstructure investigation are showed the LMC are reduced the internal pore volume and enhanced the transition zone between cement paste and aggregate interface. This effect get by consist of latex films in the concrete. Also, this study were recommended the mix proportion method for LMC. These mix proportions method are estimated the mix design for satisfied the target performance which are applied the agricultural concrete structure.

This study conducts numerical analyses of a thin-walled composite cylinder under axial compression and internal pressure of 10 kPa. Numerical vibration correlation technique and nonlinear postbuckling analyses are conducted using the nonlinear finite element analysis program, ABAQUS. The single perturbation load approach and measured imperfection data are used to represent the geometric initial imperfection of thin-walled composite cylinder. The buckling knockdown factors are derived using present initial imperfection and analysis methods under axial compression without and with the internal pressure. Furthermore, the buckling knockdown factors are compared with the buckling test and computation time are calculated. In this study, derived buckling knockdown factors in present study have difference within 10% as compared with the buckling test. It is shown that nonlinear postbuckling analysis can derive relatively accurate buckling knockdown factor of present thin-walled cylinders, however, numerical vibration correlation technique derives reasonable buckling knockdown factors compared with buckling test. Therefore, this study shows that numerical vibration correlation technique can also be considered as an effective numerical method with 21~91% reduced computation time than nonlinear postbuckling analysis for the derivation of buckling knockdown factors of present composite cylinders.

This study shows the necessity of internal marketing activities and the need for effective internal marketing programs for fashion shop. This research tests the hypothesized relationships between internal marketing and its determinants such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation. To measure these hypotheses, a total 200 questionnaires were distributed and 185 were collected. Finally, 163 questionnaires were used for the analysis, while 22 were found invalid. The frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression were conducted after coding and cleaning by SPSS 18.0. The internal marketing activities were classified into five factors (internal communication, welfare system, empowerment, educational training program, and incentive system). The results of this study are as follow. First, internal marketing activities have a positive influence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, job satisfaction has an effect on organizational commitment. Third, internal marketing activities, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have a positive influence on customer orientation. Accordingly, it should raise the standard of customer orientation, if it is promote the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employee through internal marketing activities such as internal communication and empowerment.
Earthquake can occur anywhere in the world and it is essential to design important members in special structures based on maximum possible forces that can be produced in them under severe earthquake. In addition, since the earthquake is an accidental phenomena and there are no similar earthquakes, therefore the possibility of strong earthquakes should be taken into account in earthquake-resistant design of important structures. Based on this viewpoint, finding the critical acceleration which maximizes internal forces is an essential factor in structural design. This paper proposes critical excitation method to compute the critical acceleration in design of important members in special structures. These critical accelerations are computed so that the columns' internal shear force at the base of the structure at each time step is maximized under constraints on ground motion. Among computed critical accelerations (of each time step), the one which produces maximum internal shear force is selected. A numerical example presents to show the efficiency of critical excitation method in determining the maximum internal shear force and base moment under variety of constraints. The results show that these method can be used to compute the resonant earthquake which have large enough effective duration of earthquake strong motion (between 12.86 sec to 13.38 sec) and produce the internal shear force and base moment for specific column greater than the same value for selected earthquakes in constructing the critical excitation (for different cases about 2.78 to 1.29 times the San Fernando earthquake). Therefore, a group of them can be utilized in developing the response spectrum for design of special structures.
Purpose - In the airline industry, an airport plays an important role. There are a lot of employees who work at an airport, and most of the workers experience restraints regarding leisure activities. Thus, there is a need for studying the internal marketing in the airport to better serve the worker. Although there is a lack of well-structured research regarding the restrictions and satisfaction factors experienced by the airport employees for their leisure activities, this research studies how the restrictions and satisfaction factors influence each other in relation to the internal marketing in the airport. The purpose of this research is to provide a detailed, real time research method for studying the restrictions and satisfaction factors in relation to the internal marketing that are experienced by the airport employees regarding their leisure activities. Research design, data, and methodology - This survey was conducted for airport employees working in two shifts. The questionnaire is 152 copies. The analysis method was used as SPSS statistical package 21.0 and Netminer 4.0 program. Social networks were analyzed for leisure satisfaction and leisure restrictions. Results - As a result of analyzing the linkage between variables for leisure satisfaction, most of the variables of leisure satisfaction are satisfied with "psychological factor" and "social factor". However, "educational factor" and "environmental factor" are not satisfied. In order to improve the leisure satisfaction of airport workers in the future, it is necessary to have an environment where leisure activities can be performed and related education. As a result of analyzing the linkage between variables of leisure restrictions, most of the variables in leisure restrictions are "personal factors" and "temporal factors". However, there are few restrictions on "cost-efficient" and "environment-friendly". Conclusions - In the future, in order to reduce the leisure restrictions of airport workers, they need to reduce work stress, psychological time and leisure allowance for leisure activities. However, it is difficult to solve these problems due to realistic problems including the specificity of working at the airport. This research presents an interdisciplinary analysis of how the restrictions and satisfaction factors influence each other in order to further advance the understanding of the constraints and satisfaction that are experienced by the airport employees.
A detailed computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation analysis model was developed using ANSYS CFX 16.1 and analyzed to simulate the basic design and internal flow characteristics of a 180 MW small modular reactor (SMR) with a natural circulation flow system. To analyze the natural circulation phenomena without a pump for the initial flow generation inside the reactor, the flow characteristics were evaluated for each output assuming various initial powers relative to the critical condition. The eddy phenomenon and the flow imbalance phenomenon at each output were confirmed, and a flow leveling structure under the core was proposed for an optimization of the internal natural circulation flow. In the steady-state analysis, the temperature distribution and heat transfer speed at each position considering an increase in the output power of the core were calculated, and the conceptual design of the SMR had a sufficient thermal margin (31.4 K). A transient model with the output ranging from 0% to 100% was analyzed, and the obtained values were close to the Thot and Tcold temperature difference value estimated in the conceptual design of the SMR. The K-factor was calculated from the flow analysis data of the CFX model and applied to an analysis model in RELAP5/MOD3.3, the optimal analysis system code for nuclear power plants. The CFX analysis results and RELAP analysis results were evaluated in terms of the internal flow characteristics per core output. The two codes, which model the same nuclear power plant, have different flow analysis schemes but can be used complementarily. In particular, it will be useful to carry out detailed studies of the timing of the steam generator intervention when an SMR is activated. The thermal and hydraulic characteristics of the models that applied porous media to the core & steam generators and the models that embodied the entire detail shape were compared and analyzed. Although there were differences in the ability to analyze detailed flow characteristics at some low powers, it was confirmed that there was no significant difference in the thermal hydraulic characteristics' analysis of the SMR system's conceptual design.
The purpose of this study is to analyse the successful modernization strategy, and the difference between original Burberry and Burberry Prosum design. This will help in providing the fundamental information to Korean luxury fashion brands. Burberry, in particular, is rated as the most popular luxury brand in Korean fashion market. This brand has also rated 5th in sale worldwide and 1st in Korea in 2002, and was continuously been rated in 10th for the last 5 years. Related articles, fashion magazines, fashion web-site were used in this analysis, and the method was theoretical and case study. The results are divided into two categories of internal and external factors and two design patterns of check pattern and trench coat were observed. First of all, internal factor in Burberry is that they have scouted a new CEO and quickly changed their image with famous British models for the purpose of marketing strategies. They have also moved their main shop in London to Bond street, and opened shops in every country's capital cities. They were successful in achieving this by using celebrity marketing strategies with many famous celebrities. Secondly, external factor was that they have hired a designer named Christoper Bailey and this highlighted and enhanced the check pattern and trench coat. As a results, more generalized and diverse design items were presented and accessory line was enhanced, creating a much more younger image. This in turn attracted more younger customers. To sum up, original Burberry focused on classic designs, however Burberry Prosum focused on transforming traditional Burberry design into avant-garde and young. In other words, the reason for the success of this brand is highly dependent on its marketing strategies in which its uniqueness of schizophrenic cloche has appropriately represented and used in design.
Purpose - This study examined the effects of CRM success factors on business performance and customer performance, and the effects on job performance and customer performance through internal member satisfaction by considering of technology, organizational environment and customer relationship factors in CRM success factors from banking sectors. Research design, data, and methodology - An online questionnaire was conducted to 251 employees in banking sectors. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and Amos 21.0. CRM success factors, internal member satisfaction, job performance, and customer performance were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation analysis. The bootstrapping in structural equations was conducted to verify the mediating effect of internal member satisfaction. Results - Internal members' satisfaction had a positive effect on job and customer performance. It mediated the relationship between organizational environment, customer relationship factors and job performance. It also mediated the relationship between organizational environment and customer performance. Conclusions - If internal members' relationship with customers is improved by the members' satisfaction, customer retention, customer satisfaction, and work performance will be achieved. The stability and usability in CRM system support jobs effectively, but the internal members did not feel their job satisfaction. Thus, they did not show a positive effect on job and customer performance.

Fracture mechanics analysis for cracked pipes is essential for applying the leak-before-break (LBB) concept to nuclear piping design. For LBB assessment, crack instability and leak rate should be predicted accurately for through-wall cracked pipes. In a nuclear piping system, elbows are connected with straight pipes by circumferential welding; this weld region is often considered a critical location. Hence, accurate crack assessment is necessary for cracks in the interface between elbows and straight pipes. In this study, the stress intensity factor (SIF) and elastic crack opening displacement (COD) were estimated through detailed 3D elastic finite element (FE) analyses. Based on the results, closed-form solutions of shape factors for calculating the SIFs and elastic CODs were proposed for circumferential through-wall cracks in the abovementioned interfaces under internal pressure. In addition, the effect of the elbow on shape factors was investigated by comparing the results with the existing solutions for a straight pipe.
