본 연구는 장애인복지기관 종사자들 최신기술에 관심도와 최신기술 저항도 및 불안도 간의 관계에서 최신기술 수용도의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적 달성을 위하여 2018년 7월부터 8월까지 P광역시 장애인복지관 종사자를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여, 187명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석은 변수간 인과관계 검정을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과 검증을 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 단계별 분석 모형을 활용하였으며 매개효과의 유의도 검증을 위해 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 분석결과 최신기술 관심도는 최신기술 수용도를 매개로 최신기술 저항도 및 불안도에 영향을 미침과 동시에 직접적으로는 영향을 미치지 않아 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었으며 Sobel test 결과, 통계적으로도 매개효과는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 장애인복지기관 종사자의 최신기술 관심도는 최신기술 수용도를 매개로 저항도 및 불안도를 낮추어 미래사회 적응 가능성을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 최신기술 저항도 및 불안도를 감소시키기 위한 방안을 모색하고, 최신기술 기술에 대한 관심과 최신기술 수용도를 높일 수 있는 관련 방안을 제언하였다.

미디어산업의 규제는 미디어 개별 콘텐츠에 대한 내용규제와 특정 분야의 진입 퇴출에 관한 소유규제로 나눌 수 있다. 본고에서 살펴보고자 하는 소유규제는 여론독과점의 방지와 다양성의 확보를 위한 핵심적인 법적 정책적 수단이다. 세계 각국은 자국의 특수한 미디어 환경을 기반으로 한 규제모델을 가지고 있으며, 한국 또한 환경변화에 조응할 수 있는 정책으로 미디어산업의 활성화와 수용자의 권익을 보호할 수 있는 최대공약수를 도출해야 할 정책적 과제를 안고 있다. 특히 공익성이 여타 어느 산업분야보다 중시되는 현실에서 미디어산업의 규제정책은 공익성에 대한 확고한 정책적 의지가 필요한데, 이를 실현시킬 소유규제 정책의 핵심적 요소가 이종매체 소유에 관한 것이다. 방통융합의 본격화로 미디어 산업의 지형이 변화하는 가운데 주요한 이슈가 되고 있는 이종매체 소유규제는 사업자별 이해관계와 미디어산업에 대한 관점에 따라서 사업자 및 시민단체, 정책당국의 갈등요인이 내재되어 있다. 이러한 상황에서 이종매체 소유규제의 근거논리인 '공익' 개념의 재정립 문제, 소유의 집중과 다양성의 문제에 대한 재개념화 필요성을 모색했다. 신문방송 겸영으로 대표되는 국내 미디어산업의 이종매체 교차소유 문제를 변화하는 산업지형에 비춰 재검토 함에 있어 국내 신문기업이 처한 현실적 조건을 위주로 살펴보았다. 또한, 미디어 융합시대에 촉발된 정책적 딜레마 상황을 이종매체 소유규제를 중심으로 논의한 후 효율적 갈등관리의 필요성을 제기하였다. 끝으로 미디어정책 기관의 독립성과 신뢰회복, 규제모델의 합리화, 이종매체 소유규제 이슈에 대한 각론적 접근, 매체균형발전을 위한 지원정책의 내실화라는 정책적 제언을 제시했다. 거대 미디어그룹의 여론과 산업에 대한 독과점 방지 정책이나 이종매체 소유규제는 해외 각국에서도 정책적 과제로 남아있음도 살펴보았다. 이종매체의 겸영 이슈를 포함한 미디어산업에서의 딜레마 상황과 이에 대한 이해관계의 조정은 매체환경의 급속한 변화에 부응한 '공익성과 산업성의 조화'라는 바탕 위에서 조속히 마련되어야 할 정책적 과제라 하겠다. 한국에서도 매체환경 변화에 부응하는 소유규제의 완화는 고려할 수 있으나, 신문과 방송 겸영을 포함한 이종매체 겸영은 신중한 접근이 필요하다. 이종매체 교차소유 완화는 여론독과점의 우려를 불식시킬 정도의 풍부한 저널리즘적 토양이 전제가 되어야 함을 역설적으로 확인할 수 있다.

The main source in financing the National Pension benefits is the contribution raised from the insured's earnings. So, Most of the insured take a great interest in the questions of what return on the payment of contribution National Pension benefits provide and whether there be the difference in return according to earnings level. The Purpose of this study is to assess money's worth of National Pension and to answer the above questions. There are two basic types of money worth analysis, empirical and hopothetical. This study basically belongs to the former in terms that it is based on actual earnings and insured term. For performing money's worth analysis, four different measures which are referred as the "break-even period", the "benefit/tax ratio", the "net lifetime transfer", the "internal rate of return" are used and they all involve the way in which the relationship between the present value of contributions and the present values of benefit is present. The results which evaluate average money's worth of accrued rights before 1999 are le as follows. Break-even period is about 43 months, benefit/tax ratio being 4.9, net lifetime transfers being about 37 mil1ion won, internal rate of return being 33.2%. This verifies that money' worth of National Pension is much higher than actuarially fair. In the mean while, money' worth is proved to be very different according to earnings level. The progressivity relationship between earnings level and rate of return is found in all measures but net lifetime transfer.

특이점 및 영향점은 자료분석을 하는 데 사용되는 수치적 측도들을 왜곡한다. 각종 자료분석에 있어서의 특이점 검색을 위한 검정 통계량이나 그림도구에 관한 연구는 꾸준히 전개되어 왔다. Jang과 Anderson-Cook (Quality and Reliability Engineering International, 30, 1409-1425, 2014)은 불꽃그림이란 이름을 붙인 그림도구를 발표하였는데 특이점이나 영향점이 일변량/이변량 자료분석 및 회귀분석에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알기 위하여 3-D 불꽃그림 및 불꽃그림 행렬을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 불꽃그림이 통계적 추론에서 특이점을 찾아내고 이러한 특이점의 영향을 평가하기 위한 탐색적 자료분석 그림도구로서 사용될 수 있음을 보였다.

A good business performance measurement system is an effective tool io sustained growth in profits. Although interest in creating performance measurement models is widespread, a well-designed system is rare. To be successful in today's competitive environment, a performance measurement system should incorporate strategic success factors and contain financial and non-financial measuring index to carry out strategic management. In the 1990s, Kaplan & Norton introduced a concept called the Balanced Scorecard. The Balanced Scorecard supplements traditional financial measures with criteria that measured performance from three additional perspectives - those perspectives of customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth. This paper presents five measuring index criteria for each perspective. To calculate the relative priority for These measuring index, we investigate weights investigated by interviews with management consultant. Then, AHP method is employed for calculating priority weight. Our evaluation model may be referred to as the Balanced Analytic Hierarchical Performance Model(BAHPM) in the sense that the analytic hierarchical scheme, along with the AHP, is applied. The BAHPM is the first kind of analytical model to cover a wide variety of measures. In comparison with previous evaluation models, our model shows strengths in structural flexibility, ease of incorporating feedback, group evaluation capacity, participation promotion, sensitivity analysis, and computational simplicity. A prototype based on the BAHPM can be applied to various industry sectors.

The UNCITRAL, during its thirty-two session in 1999 discussed certain issues and problems identified in interactional commercial arbitration practice. The issues discussed include certain aspects if conciliation proceedings ; the legislative requirement of a written form for the arbitration agreement ; arbitability ; soverign immunity ; consolidation of more than one case into one arbitral proceedings ; confidentiality of information in arbitral proceedings ; rasing claims in arbitral proceedings for the purpose of set-off ; decisions by "turncated" arbitral tribunals liability of arbitrators ; power by the arbitral tribunal to award interest ; costs of arbitral proceedings ; enforceability of interim measures of protection ; and discretion to enforce an award that has been set aside in the state of origin. Among those issues discussed, most of States agreed that the issues relating to certain aspects of conciliation proceedings ; the legislative requirement of a written form for the arbitration agreement ; enforceability of interim measures of protection ; and discretion to enforce an award that has been set aside in the State of origin should have priority over other issues. The UNCITRAL may wish to consider the desirability of preparing uniform provisions on any of those issues, possibly indicating whether further work should be towards a legislative text (such as a model legislative provision or a treaty) or a non-legislative text (such as a model contractual rule).

학교폭력이 비록 과거부터 지속적으로 발생해온 어제 오늘의 일이 아니지만, 최근 들어 심각한 수준에 있다. 이것은 우리나라에만 국한되어 문제되고 있는 것이 아니며, 오히려 총기가 허용되어 있는 서구 여러 나라에서 더 큰 문제가 될 수 있다. 따라서 세계 다른 나라의 학교폭력을 근절하기 위하여 어떠한 시책을 현장에 적용하고 있는지를 고찰함으로써 우리나라 학교현장에 도입을 검토해 볼 수 있다고 생각한다. 또한 학교폭력근절을 위한 우리사회의 노력은 끊임없이 이뤄져야 하며, 경찰활동은 우리 사회의 한 조직의 활동인 만큼 경찰활동을 뛰어넘어 지역사회의 많은 사람들이 학교폭력에 대해 관심을 갖고 신고하며 방관하지 않는 태도 역시 무척 중요하다고 여겨진다.

The study empirically examines the effects of loan portfolio diversification on bank risk and return in the nascent banking market of Vietnam. Loan portfolio diversification is captured through the Hirschman-Herfindahl index and the Shannon Entropy with sectoral exposures. We access each bank's financial reports to collect the required data, especially the breakdown of sectoral loan portfolios, thus constituting a unique dataset. To compute bank return, we use the traditional accounting indicators, including return-on-assets, return-on-equity, and net-interest margin. For bank risk, we utilize the loan-loss provisions and non-performing loans relative to gross customer loans. Using a sample of 30 commercial banks over the period from 2008 to 2019 and the system generalized method of moments estimator for the dynamic panel, we indicate the downsides of portfolio diversification. Concretely, we observe that all diversification measures exhibit significantly negative signs in all regressions across different bank return proxies. At the same time, the estimates display the significant and positive impact of diversification on the non-performing loan ratio. Hence, sectoral loan portfolio diversification significantly hampers bank performance in both aspects of lower return and higher credit risk. The results are robust across a rich set of bank performance and portfolio diversification measures.

우리나라의 경우 선박조종시뮬레이션을 이용한 선박 통항의 안전성 평가는 흔히 목표점 혹은 목표선 분석으로 이뤄지고 있다. 이 논문에서는 선박조종시뮬레이션 결과에 대하여 목표점 혹은 목표선 분석과 연속분석을 각각 실시하고 이들을 비교 ${\codt}$ 검토하여 각각에 대한 유효성을 제시하고 아울러 각각의 선박의 위치에서 항로 중심에서의 거리가 아닌, 항로경계까지의 최근접거리를 근접도 평가의 한 방법으로 제시하였다.
