In this paper, a tunable capacitor like an interdigital one is presented for low-voltage applications. In order to reduce operation voltage by enhancing fringing electric fields, two finger-patterned electrodes are vertically separated by employing a multi-layer thin film dielectric of a para-/ferro-/para-electrics without spacing between electrodes. The proposed tunable capacitor was fabricated on a quartz wafer and its characteristics are analyzed in terms of effective capacitance and tunability with a function of applied voltages, compared to the conventional interdigital capacitor (IDC). At 8V and 2 GHz, the proposed tunable capacitor shows the tunability of 18 % that is 10.3 % higher than that of the compared one.

The NO$_2$ GAS-detection characteristic of CuTBT (Copper-tetra-tert-butylphtha1ocyanine) LB films were investigated through a study of current-voltage (I-V) characteristics with a variation of number N of interdigital electrodes (N=1∼25). A concentration of 200ppm NO$_2$ gas was used. It was found that a conductance G increases monotonically as the number of interdigital electrode increases, and a sensitivity $\Delta$G ($\Delta$G=G$\_$gas//G$\_$air/) is at least higher than 50 and stable. As far as a sensitivity is concerned, the sensitivity when N=26 is greater than that when N=1 by 70 or so. It indicates that the number of interdigital electrodes affects the currents, sensitivity and stability.

전족부 통증의 주요 원인 중의 하나인 모턴씨 신경종, 즉 족지간 신경염은 진정한 종양이 아니라 신경 포착 증후군의 일종으로 이해되고 있으며, 진단 시 정확한 이학적 검사와 함께 전족부 통증의 원인이 되는 다른 질환과도 감별해야 한다. 치료에 있어서는 적절한 보존적 치료에도 증상 호전이 되지 않는 환자에게 수술적 치료로서 신경절제술이 주로 시행되어 약 80%의 환자가 만족하는 좋은 결과를 보고하고 있으나, 수술 후 만족스럽지 않은 결과를 보이는 2~35%의 환자를 적절히 처치함으로써 족지간 신경염의 치료 결과를 좀 더 만족스럽게 할 수 있을 것이다.

We have investigated air/200ppm NO$_2$ gas-detector characteristics of using CuTBP (Copper-tetra-tert-butylphthalocyanine) chemiresistor devices. The CuTBP films were made by Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) techniques. Sensitivity, response time, recovery time, and repoducibility of the devices were measured by current-voltage characteristics. To increase sensitivity, interdigital electrode was used. It was found that a conductance G increases monotonically as the number of interdigital electrode increases, and a Sensitivity, Reproducibility is stable. As far as a current is concerned, the current when N=25 is greater than that when N=1 by 70 or so. It indicates that the number of interdigital electrodes affects the current, sensitivity and stability We have also investigated applicability of the CuTBP chemiresistor device for a gas detector.

The design of a new compact band-pass filter is proposed, which is based on the microstrip composite right- and left-handed transmission- line (CRLH-TL) structure. Particularly, the interdigital coupled (IDC) lines of the CRLH geometry are proposed to be parted by inserting open stubs to meet the specifications on the passband. In addition, there is another pair of stubs to complete the design in a limited space. These are considered in the TL-based analysis and the design parameters are calculated by genetic algorithm optimization. The measurement is shown to be acceptable and agreeable with the circuit and electromagnetic field simulations. In addition, the zerothorder resonance (ZOR) phenomenon is verified.

본 논문에서는 EM(Electro-Magnetic) 시뮬레이션을 통해 얻어진 Y-파라미터로부터 계산된 인버터(inverter) 파라미터와 공진기의 서셉턴스(susceptance) 기울기 파라미터를 이용한 체비셰프(Chebyshev) 5단 변위된 인터디지털(interdigital) 대역 통과 여파기를 설계하였다. 변위된 인터디지털 여파기의 공진기는 전달 영점이 중심 주파수로부터 최대로 이격되는 변위 길이를 결정한다. 여파기를 입 출력부, 외곽 및 중앙 공진기로 분해하여 개별 공진기의 EM 시뮬레이션 결과로 대역 통과 여파기의 초기 설계 치수를 결정한다. 이 여파기는 비인접 공진기간의 결합으로 인해 주파수 응답 특성이 다소 왜곡된다. 이에 대하여 여파기는 형상 파라미터를 일정한 비율로 스윕(sweep)하여 EM 시뮬레이션 데이터세트(dataset)를 얻는다. 이 데이터 공간에서 최적화 과정으로 최종 치수를 결정한다. 이를 바탕으로 PCB로 제작한 여파기는 중심 주파수가 약 70 MHz 상향 이동한 특성을 보이는데, 이는 기판의 물성 변화와 제작 공차로 발생한 것으로 보인다.

In this paper, the multilayer actuator is investigated by using the finite element method. The material is taken to be piezoelectric. The capacitor and interdigital wlfloating type actuator are compared to the stress field distribution under the uniform electric field. As the length of the floating electrode in the interdigital wlfloating actuator changes, the stress field around the edge of electrode is studied.

Trials of therapeutic examination with yuhyangsan, tnicture of iodine and Villat's solution were attempted on 12 dairy cows suffering from interdigital dermatitis In the yuhyangsan treatment group, tincture of iodine group and Villat's group, 4 cases of diseased cow were allocated, respectively, and those drugs were locally applied. In the yuhyanson treated group, all of the cases were recovered by the sixth treatment, In the tnicture of iodine treated group, 2 cases of diseased cow were recovered by the sixth treatment. In the Villat's treated group, all of cases were not recovered by the sixth treatment.

광대역 DC블록에 응용되는 깍지낀 복수 결합스트？？선구조에 관한 해석방법을 소개했다. 결합된 마이크로 스트\ulcorner\ulcorner선의 준 TEM파라미터를 사용해서 계산한 전송계수의 정확한 주파수 응답을 구했다.
