This paper addresses the issue of design and application of a Web-based counseling system of which purpose is to facilitate counseling so that students can freely express their personal problems and get professional helps through the system. The prominent features of the counseling system are that the system encourages students to involve actively in interactive process, and it helps them to create genuine interests out of disbelief or uneasiness towards counseling, and it helps them to create positive attitude towards counseling. To do that, counseling process should meet the requirement of confidentiality in order to build trust between counselor and counselee. Many counseling sites operated by various organizations utilize E-mail as a communication channel for confidentiality purpose, which is likely to end up with single occasions in which desirable relationships for counseling can hardly be established. To solve the above-mentioned problem, a closed, confidential, Web-based counseling system was built on a Web server so that trustful relationship can be accomplished through a confidential, Web-based counseling system. Also, the result of applying it to a local elementary school is stated. Thanks to the merits of personalized, confidential counseling system compared to the face-to-face counseling, surpassing the limitation of time and space and overcoming the fearfulness, it was well observed that students showed great interests in participation of conseling.

A prototype of MES(Manufacturing Execution System) applied to panel assembly shop is implemented by using PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) and wireless database web server. The system is developed based on the Dot Net framework. The prototype can exchange the manufacturing execution data between production managers in the control room and workers in the factory through wireless internet communication. Manufacturing model of the panel shop is designed by using IDEF0 and UML method to understand the characteristics of the information and the data entities from the PPR-S view. Several issues in the shop were revealed from the manufacturing model analysis. The most typical problem was the lack of information sharing between the managing workers and the assembly workers. The problem prevents the workers and labors from sharing the process information and continuous workpiece flow In interactive way. To increase the information and data flow, a wireless internet based system is implemented and PDAs are linked together to exchange the process planning data and in-process data between the workers. It is anticipated that PDA and the implemented system can enable the process control at each process stages to obtain the well-organized operation.
The purpose of this study was to delve into what type of expression mode of fashion design could suit the life style of digital nomads, as the appearance of nomadic life style was concurrent with people's modified way of thinking and sociocultural changes in today's digital society. It's basically meant to define the roles of fashion design, which was discussed as a way of improving the quality of life as a sort of 'culture,' and to suggest some of the right directions for fashion design in the future. The culture of today's digital era is marked by a pursuit of high mobility and high speed, and by nomadic disposition that is built on flexible thinking. The kind of design that lets people carry nomadic things with them and thereby improve their mobility can satisfy their needs for mobility, and body-friendly design that functions as a device of information in itself can meet their needs for mobility as well. The leading example of the latter is a wearable computer, and wearable scientific technology will be taken to another level, thanks to the advance in digital technology. In the future, that will be more accessible to people in general, and subminiature digital equipment will gain popularity in fashion industry as part of textiles and clothing or as an accessory. And specific kinds of design will be widespread, including variable design, multi-functional design and modular design. The first serves as a tool to protect the human body and to facilitate the adaptability of it to the given circumstances, and the second is characterized by a superb physical and psychological protectability. The third lets wearers bring design to completion at their own option, owing to an increase in the number of open-minded people and the development of interactive media. All these types of design could be called a wearer-friendly, human-oriented design that is specifically appropriate for the digital age. Wearers can actively be involved in design process as productive consumers, which is expected to help increase opener practices in fashion design sector.

Web technology has allowed the rise of services such as blogs or YouTube that make possible the sharing of opinions, perspectives, and experiences with other users through contents. Online services that promote such sharing of information and communication are known as social media. Recently, the explosive growth of these services displays the carry-over of the natural sociality that all humans possess as social creatures. This study took an exploratory approach in investigating what influential relationships are involved in forming new relationships through sharing and participation, as sharing and participation are core keywords of social media. In order to do this, relationship formations were observed in actual usage environments with the use of the diary study method and in-depth interviews. This study sought to deduce necessary elements in relationship formations and examine the influences of weak ties on participation and sharing.
The National Health Promotion Law passed in 1995 was a milestone for initiating a national health promotion program in Korea, and government officers and health professionals are working on how to approach health promotion issues. The purpose of this study was to analyse methods and use of constructivist paradigm in health promotion and education. The health promotion area needs community empowerment, building community partnerships, and community capacity. To meet these health promotion requirements health promotion workforce should be trained through professional preparation programs that contains communication skills, group process skills, and management of programs in advanced countries such as the United States and Australia. Skills and responsibilities of those who are in charge of providing health promotion services have not yet been clearly defined in Korea because the area of health promotion is a multi-academic field, and needs a different approach, constructivist approach. Constructivist paradigm requires relativism, reasoning skills, collaborating, and motivation. These components are needed for community empowerment. Constructivism also has been applied to the field of education. Problem-based education, outcome-based education, performance-based education came from the constructivism. These educational methods are student-centered method. As the modernizing society becomes more complicated, traditional or conventional teacher-centered education cannot meet the needs of students. Students need to learn skills necessary to make healthy decisions with individual value system. So these interactive, self-learning methods can serve much more to the learner. Constructivist educational methods can be applied to educational programs in computers, too. To expand and differentiate the area of health education and health promotion from other health related fields, it is crucial to devote efforts in application and development of constructivist methods.
The findings of this study indicate that intangible cultural properties are worth preservation and transmission and should be considered as very important as tangible cultural properties. If the studies of intangible cultural properties are continued focusing on their characteristics and formational system, they can be expressed more properly by adding new interactive elements to database and expressive requisites. New techniques introduced in this study are believed to provide people with most reasonable and developmental motives for expression of the existing intangible cultural properties. Concerning Korea's cultural properties centered on intangible cultural properties, information construction should be made with a new idea of information based on database from the previous studies. The result will be able to set an important factor to give wide publicity to our cultural identity, which is currently shown in the process of background communication, and serve as a foothold to deliver exact information to our descendants. The intangible cultural properties are our people's mental cultural heritage resources. If museums or initiator groups, which are organized to spread cultural heritages, can use them as the subjects of exhibition through information construction and visualization, it will function to maximize the educational effect of transmitting our national mental world. The development of digital environment will provide the optimum conditions and tools making it possible to visualize intangible forms and ideas in a virtual cyber space. Given these viewpoints, steady studies and efforts for the improvement of Korea's cultural image should be made in the way of intangible cultural properties as well as tangible ones. They start from the country's accurate appreciation of cultural properties and are embodied in systematic adjustment and relationship between interdependent elements.

As a promising technology that enables ubiquitous computing and leads IT(information Technology) industries of next generation, the exciting new field of sensor networks is attracting so much attention and considered to be the one of the hottest research topics these days. From now on, all the each node, forming a network, and even the sensor network itself will interact with the generic network and evolve dynamically according to the change of environment with the perpetual creation and extinction. In this paper, we purpose the dynamic address interworking scheme for interactive networking between sensor network and Internet(IPv6). Proposed scheme is enable to interworking dynamically between sensor network address scheme based on Zigbee and Internet address scheme based on IP. Additionally, we implement the proposed address interworking scheme using Berkeley TinyOS, mica motes, and IP protocol. And, we verify the proposed scheme by the interconnection experimental between wireless sensor networks and Internet based on IPv4/IPv6.
Modern museum, along with the basic roles of a museum that display to the public through the exhibition of physical evidences that collected, preserved and researched about human environment, it is changing in a way to appropriately fulfill the desire of new culture of the public and to fit the paradigm of the digital era. Diversification of expression method using multimedia played a big role in effective meaning delivery and technology development made possible for interaction-able of digital media build up and application to made possible of interactive communication for visitors. If the main purpose of the past museum exhibition was the delivery of information and knowledge, modern museum's exhibit has been identified as the purpose being diversified through the use of digital media. Exhibition planner, as for museum exhibition that used many characteristics of the digital media as mentioned above, should plan so that past unfamiliar relic can communicate with us living in the modern society. But obsessive usage of the digital media should not shade the interest of the visitors towards the relic in overall exhibition; and what is most important is that other than the exhibition and exhibit, enforcement of translation through systematic coherent approach and its appropriate digital technology and creative application and harmony are more important.

In this paper, a prototype tele-operative system with a mobile base was developed in order to automate cultivation of house melon. A man-machine interactive hybrid decision-making system via tele-operative task interface was proposed to overcome limitations of computer image recognition. Identifying house melon including position data from the field image was critical to automate cultivation. And it was not simple especially when melon is covered partly by leaves and stems. The developed system was composed of 5 major modules: (a) main remote monitoring and task control module, (b) wireless remote image acquisition and data transmission module, (c) three-wheel mobile base mounted with a 4 dof articulated type robot manipulator (d) exchangeable modular type end tools, and (e) melon storage module. The system was operated through the graphic user interface using touch screen monitor and wireless data communication among operator, computer, and machine. Once task was selected from the task control and monitoring module, the analog signal of the color image of the field was captured and transmitted to the host computer using R.F. module by wireless. A sequence of algorithms to identify location and size of a melon was performed based on the local image processing. Laboratory experiment showed the developed prototype system showed the practical feasibility of automating various cultivating tasks of house melon.
ADP-rubosylation may be involved in the process of macrophage activation. Nitric oxide (NO) has emerged as an important intracellular and interacellular regulatory molecule with function as diverse as vasodilation, neural communication or host defense. NO is derived from the oxidation of the terminal guanidino nitrogen atom of L-arginine by the NADPH -dependent enzyme, nitric oxide synthase (NOS) which is one of the three different isomers in mammalian tissues. Since NO can exert protective or regulatory functions in the cell at a low concentration while toxic effects at higher concentrations, its role may be tightly regulated in the cell. Therefore, this paper was focused on signal transduction pathway of NO synthesis, role of endogenous TGF-$\beta$ in NO production. effect of NO on superoxide formation. Costimulation of murine peritoneal macrophages with interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) and phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) increased both NO secretion and mRNA expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) when PMA abolished costimulation. Pretreatmnet of the cells with PMA abolished costimuation effects due to the depletion of protein kinase C (PKC) activities . The involvement of PKC in NO secretion could be further confirmed by PKC inhibitor, stauroprine, and phorbol ester derivative, phorbol 12,13-didecanoate. Addition of actinomycine D in IFN-γ plus PMA stimulated cells inhibited both NO secretion and mRNA expression of iNOS indication that PMA stabilizes mRNA of iNOS . Exogenous TGF-$\beta$ reduced NO secretion in IFN -γ stimulated murine macrophages. However addition of antisense oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) to TGF-$\beta$ to this system recovered the ability of NO production and inhibited mRNA expression of TGF-$\beta$. ACAS interactive laser cytometry analysis showed that transportation of FITC -labeled antisense ODN complementary to TGF-$\beta$ mRNA could be observed within 5 min and reached maximal intensity in 30 min in the murine macrophage cells. NO released by activated macrophages inhibits superoxide formation in the same cells . This inhibition nay be related on NO-induced auto -adenosine diphosphate (ADP) -ribosylation . In addition, ADP-ribosylation may be involved in the process of macrophage activation .
