능동 현가장치에의 지능형 제어시스템 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Adopting Intelligent Control System in Active Suspension Equipment)

  • 본 논문에서는 능동 현가장치의 해석 및 설계에 지능형 강인제어 이론을 적용하여 현가장치설계에 응용 할 수 있는 이론 및 실험적 제어장치 적용에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 최근의 현가장치설계에서는 강성과 감쇠를 능동적으로 제어하는 기술의 적용이 일반화되고 있으며, 다른 차량안정성제어장치와의 연계성이 높아짐에 따라, 제어시스템설계에서 보다 내구성이 강하고 제어효과의 응답성이 빠르며 정도 또한 높은 제어장치의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 전륜 및 후륜의 위치와 주행속도관계에 따른 능동현가시스템을 해석하여 위와 같은 빠른 응답성과 높은 정도의 제어가 가능한 제어시스템을 해석, 설계하기 위하여 지능형 제어시스템의 적용에 관한 고찰을 하였다. 그리고 제어대상시스템에 대한 지능형 제어시스템을 설계하기 위한 모델링 및 적용방법을 수식적으로 해석하였으며, 능동 현가장치의 제어시스템설계에 중요한 내외란성 향상을 위한 지능형 강인제어시스템설계에 적용하는 방법에 관해 고찰하였다.

Design of Intelligent Insulation Degradation Sensor

  • Insulation aging diagnosis system provides early warning in regard to electrical equipment defects. Early warning is very important in that it can avoid great losses resulting from unexpected shutdown of the production line. For solving this problem, many researchers proposed a method that diagnose power plant by using partial discharge. In this paper, we design the intelligent sensor to diagnose insulation degradation state that uses a Microprocessor and Al. Proposed sensor has MCU that is used to diagnose insulation degradation and communicate with main IDD system. And we use a fuzzy model to diagnose insulation degradation.

선박용 배관의 Auto-Routing을 위한 설계 전문가 시스템 (Pipe Atuo-Routing with Design Knowledge-base)

  • Finding the optimum route of ship's pipes is complicated and time-consuming process. Experience of designers is the main tool in this process. To reduce design man-hours and human errors a design expert system shell and a geometric modeler is used to automate the design process. In this paper, a framework of the intelligent CAD system for pipe auto-routing is suggested, which consists of general-purpose expert system shell and a geometric modeler. The design expert system and the geometric modeling kernel have been integrated. The CADDS5 of Computervision is used as the overall CAD environment. The Nexpert Object of Neuron Data is used as the expert system shell. The CADDS5 ISSM is used as the interface that creates and modifies geometric models of pipes. Existing algorithms for the routing problem have been analyzed. Most of them are to solve the 2-D circuit routing problems. Ship piping system, specially within the engine room, is a complicated, large scale 3-D routing problem. Methods of expert system have been used to find the route of ship pipes on the main deck.

  • A mobile computing environment has many difference in character from conventional communication over wired network. These include very presents distributed design system based the mobile agent for mobile computing environment. To integrate design resource, we presented ISA(Integration Service Agent, which allows a designer to build integrated application using distributed resources, and to collaborative by exchanging service. Also we propose ICM(XML based Intelligent Connection Manger) using mobile agent. And suggested new intelligent data and process transfer architecture using ICM to implement an agent based design system in mobile environment.

  • In this paper, we propose a systematic method for intelligent digital redesign of a fuzzy-model-based controller for continuous-time nonlinear system which may also contain system uncertainties. The continuous-time uncertain TS fuzzy model is first contructed to represent the uncertain nonlinear system. A parallel distributed compensation(PDC) technique is then used to design a fuzzy-model-based controller for both stabilization. The designed continuous-time controller is then converted to an equivalent discrete-time controller by using a globally intelligent digital redesign method. This new technique is designed by a global matching of state variables between analog control system and digital control system. This new design technique provides a systematic and effective framework for integration of the fuzzy-model-based control theory and the advanced digital redesign technique for nonlinear systems with uncertainties. Finally, Chaotic Lorenz system is used as an illustrative example to show the effectiveness and the feasibility of the developed design method.

  • 무인자동차에 관한 연구가 활성화되면서 자율주행 차량에 대한 주차가 중요 과제로 대두되고 있다. 여기서는 경사 주차 공간에서 자율주행 차량이 지능적으로 주차할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 차량의 진입과 경사 주차 공간 사이의 최적의 주차 경로를 설계하고, 이를 기반으로 퍼지논리 기반의 지능형 주차 과정을 시뮬레이션으로 제시한다.

Design of Fuzzy Logic Control System for Segway Type Mobile Robots

  • Studies on the control of inverted pendulum type systems have been widely reported. This is because this type of system is a typical complex nonlinear system and may be a good model to verify the performance of a proposed control system. In this paper, we propose the design of two fuzzy logic control systems for the control of a Segway mobile robot which is an inverted pendulum type system. We first introduce a dynamic model of the Segway mobile robot and then analyze the system. We then propose the design of the fuzzy logic control system, which shows good performance for the control of any nonlinear system. In this paper, we here design two fuzzy logic control systems for the position and balance control of the Segway mobile robot. We demonstrate their usefulness through simulation examples. We also note the possibility of simplifying the design process and reducing the computational complexity. This possibility is the result of the skew symmetric property of the fuzzy rule tables of the system.

  • On the base of network frame and protocol system of Ethernet the networked sensing technology based on Ethernet is studied and the design principles of industrial Ethernet measurement of control system is put forward, and the general structure model is built in the paper. An eight-bit economical MCU scheme is proposed, and a general scheme of distributed intelligent networked measuring and control equipment based on TCP/IP is designed too. A compact TCP/IP protocol stack are successfully implemented in eight-bit MCU. With C51 program language, method of modularized programming is applied in soft design. The problem of in-system modifying measuring and control strategy of its system is solved successfully by assigning memory dynamically and saving parameter with EEPROM, and it makes the intelligent networked measurement and control system can explain and analyses control strategy from PC. Experiment result shows that, the research of intelligent networked measurement and control equipment and system base on TCP/IP is successful, with flexible network, convenient usage, and good commonality.

  • A lot of conventional automotive components driven by mechanical power source are being replated with electrical ones to comply with the demands of market and customer, therefore the amount of electric energy used in a vehicle will be increased continuously. The increment of electric power demand causes interest on new higher power system such as 42V Power Net, and furthermore necessity for development of energy storage device is highlighted recently. This paper presents the design of the BLDC motor drive for Cooling Fan in 42V automotive system. Test results confirmed the feasibility of the proposed motor drive system design.
