An invention produced through research by a professor at a university is an employee invention, and the industrial academy cooperation foundation of the university has the right to obtain a patent. The professor, in return, obtains the right to receive reasonable compensation for that invention. Research was carried out mostly by the cooperation and participation of students rather than the solitary performance of the professor. The contributory portion of the student to an invention can be treated as an employee invention, but occasionally it is considered a free invention. Therefore, the unilateral succession to the right to obtain a patent to the industrial academy cooperation foundation highlights the potential disputes between the university and students in the future. Therefore, in this study, the intellectual properties management codes of 80 universities were reviewed and analyzed for any possible problems and the appropriate directions to the codes' amendments are suggested.

This paper is about development of AR board game, "ZOOCUS", combined with board game and AR application for students with intellectual disabilities to improve their sociability, concentration, and working memory. This game, conducted with the support of the Netmarble Foundation in 2019, allows user to select different game level for individual intellectual level. Through the cloud server with network, student's experience can be shared with each other, and play data can be accumulated for objective evaluation of student's capabilities.

The protection of intellectual property right in international conventions are worldwide or regional areas already exists a century. Therefore, our country is positive affiliated with international conventions. After that time, such as a violation of international convention and an example of imitations are continually that we prognosticate the international trade market activities was difficult not only became an issue of country credit risk. At this point, the major purpose of this study make an analysis of both paralleled with the case study follow an example and the comprehension with concerned about recognition of intellectual property right. In additionally, it stands a plan of package design protections under the WTO systems. This study have carried out a theoretical and practical analysis of intellectual property right and statistical analysis through the inside and outside of the country packaging design study and a case study of troubles with intellectual property. Besides, it is accomplish the purpose of the study that established exploratory study survey about inside and outside of the country packaging design infringement case study and relative package design industry employees with consumptions real research. I hoped that this study will be a foundation on which packaging, design industry protections to intellectual property right.

This study clarified the intellectual structure of international collaboration in psychiatry based on analyzing networks in order to vitalize for international collaboration in psychiatry in South Korea. The data set was collected from Web of Science citation database during the period from 2009 to 2013. SU="psychiatry" search formulary (means field of psychiatric medical research) was used through advanced retrieval function and a total of 18,590 articles were selected among international collaborations. A total of 85 different keywords were selected from the 18,590 articles, and the results of analysis were as follows. First, this study examined 8 sub-subject areas focusing on disorders, and found that major subject areas could be divided into a total of 8 sub-subject areas. Second, this study examined 6 keywords that have a strong impact, and extend subject areas by promoting intermediation between other keywords Third, this study examined sub-subject areas by using the Knowledge Classification Scheme of the National Research Foundation of Korea through community analysis, and found a total of 15 clusters and a total of 12 sub-subject areas.

It was difficult that each enterprise clearly defines PDM in domestic vehicle manufacturing industry and decides investment for the successful foundation in the mid-90s. Also, it was true that most investments to success repeat a process of trial and error even if they decide and propel. Now, PDM is not a luxurious system. Because the company is operated well even if it manages business manually, the company may not be interested in PDM introduction. Problem is business efficiency and product competitiveness. Now, we must consider that introduction and drive of PDM became necessary as instrumentation for Re-Engineering of business process concerning innovative dimension restructuring that is not reorganization, development and improvement of business for enterprise's survival. This indicates that now is when level of infra construction for an IT technology dominates competitiveness of business management. Enterprise can expect effects of PDM by implementation that manages Intellectual Properties through administration of knowledge and information finally.

This paper examines the American Civil Liberties Union(ACLU)'s recent legal challenge on patents held by Myriad Genetics on two genes (BRCA1 and BRCA2) associated with a high risk of breast and ovarian cancer. Instead of analyzing the ACLU's objections to the BRCA patents in terms of its legal technicalities and normative ethical principles, this paper seeks to situate this legal case in the broader historical context of the shifting understanding of the relationship between private ownership, economic development, and the public interest in academic sciences. This paper first briefly chronicles a series of scientific developments and key legal decisions involving patenting of life forms, including genetically engineered micro-organisms animals and biological materials of human origins like cell cultures and genes, that led to the US Patent and Trademark Office(USPTO)'s official guidelines on human gene patenting in 2001. At another level, this paper analyzes the expansion of the scope of intellectual property rights in the life sciences in terms of shifting economic and legal assumptions about public knowledge and its role for economic development in the 1970s. I then show how these economic, legal, and ethical ideas that linked private ownership and the public interest have been challenged from the 1990s, calling for revisions in intellectual property laws regarding a wide array of life forms. The tragedy of the anticommons in human gene patenting, according to ACLU, has severely undermined creative scientific activities, medical innovations, access to health care and rights to life among cancer patient groups. ACLU's objection to human gene patenting on several US-constitutional grounds in turn suggests issues regarding intellectual property are critically linked to vital issues pertinent to the creative communities in arts and sciences, such as free exchange of ideas, censorship and monopoly, and free expression and piracy etc.

According to Hans Kippenberg, the foundation of an academic study of religions coincided with the beginnings of modernization. Since the second half of the nineteenth century most European countries were involved in a process of rapid social change. The repercussions that this had for daily life were momentous. Instead of working for their traditional needs, people now had to produce goods for a market. Old customs ceded to private contracts and political laws. The superior knowledge of science replaced the inherited worldview. This deep changed severed societies from their ties to the past. Many educated people in Europe believed in an imminent end of all religions. Had not the scientific progress superseded the religious worldview? Historians had to come to terms with that expectation when they directed their attention to historical religions. Friedrich Max Muller introduced a new science, so-called Religionswissenschaft through the study of the ancient Vedic sources. He thought that genuine religion was a taste for, and sense of, the infinite. From his point of view, the Indian sources confirm that nature is more than mechanical laws. Thus his interpretation sought to contradict the materialist ideology of his day. Edward Burnett Tylor described religions as a kind of natural philosophy. His notion of 'soul' functioned to explain natural events. This legacy of the past cannot be missed even in modern society. Only the concept of the soul may preserve human dignity in an age of materialism. Gerardus van der Leeuw, also tried to perform the same function of the cultural critique for the renewal of the religious imagination in modern, rationalized Europe imprisoned in the iron-cage. In this respect, we could think that the interpretations of the history of the History of Religions in the light of the intellectual history are very suggestive for the korean student of religion. It helps them to describe the early history of the study of religion in Korea. For example, Yi Neung Wha(李能和) is regarded as 'a father of korean religious studies, but no one could present a proper answer for the question of why and through which connection of his intellectual milieu he was interested in the religious history and the study of religion. We would discover its signification in his confrontation of the prevailing social thought, such as social evolutionism.

It became new social interest for children to have their own appropriate physical, mental, social environment as one independent identity, In these social atmosphere, new design method and standard of children's residence, education, playing environment which can fill their desire. When home and school are the first places to meet the world and learn, museum and science hall are the representing places to provide education and entertainment, especially to preschoolers, they are the prior education system. it is the most important these science halls to give children potential familiarity of science rather than direct knowledge. Also these places should be stepping stones of the process of intellectual growth as foundation stones for future science education. On this research i will provide a direction to space planning of children's science hall, extended to children' museum studying display producing of playing conception, the necessary element of children's physical, mental, social behavior development process.

It is nearing the establishment of KAC(Korean Agricultural Chamber) as an institution for intensive reflection of farmer's public opinions in agricultural administration. In this study, researchers examined the management of Agricultural Chambers in France and Japan, which have experienced the action of Agricultural Chamber in advance of Korea. And discussed the anticipated change in agricultural extension taking advantage of departure of KAC. Discourses and movements to establish KAC is putting pressure the existing agricultural extension system into innovation. Taking a side view that there were little contribution of agents belonging to the existing agricultural extension agencies, the problem of restructuring agricultural extension system has assumed very serious dimensions. Therefore, agents in agricultural extension agencies should lay their own view before the probable reorganization of agricultural extension system.

Gyoojoon Lee is a prominent figure of Confucianism and traditional medicine representing southern region of Korea during late $19^{th}$ and early $20^{th}$ century, but studies on his achievements were just started merely a decade ago. We would provide foundation for the further multidisciplinary study on his legacy. We reviewed his chronology, written works, interactions with intellectual figures, and current studies on his works to provide foundations for more thorough research on his legacy. We found he has wide spectrum of studies in medicine, confucianism, literature, humanism and philosophy during the late Chosun dynasty, Korean empire and Japanese colonization period. He wrote twenty five books in diverse fields and was found to have interactions with fifty seven figures with idea during his lifetime which need more detailed examination. Multidisciplinary studies on Gyoojoon Lee is guaranteed for the future in depth study on his works including Buyunglon (theory of supporting Yang).
