본 연구는 학술지를 이용한 동시인용분석을 통해 문헌정보학 분야의 지적구조를 분석하고자 하였다. Journal Citation Reports의 Journal Impact Factor를 바탕으로 선택한 문헌정보학 분야의 30개 학술지를 대상으로 조사된 동시인용 수치를 이용하여 네트워크 분석을 시행하였으며, 이 연구의 결과를 통해 어떤 학술지가 이 분야의 주요한(core) 학술지이며 그렇지 않은 학술지는 어떤 것들이 있는지 파악할 수 있다. 네트워크 분석을 통해 비교적 간단한 방법으로 얻어진 결과임에도 불구하고, 군집분석이나 다차원축적법 같은 통계적 접근법을 통한 대부분의 지적구조분석과 매우 유사한 결과를 보여주었다.

This case report presents a 31-year-old male intellectual disability patient with problem behavior such as food refusal and temper tantrums. He was treated with the Korean traditional herbal medicine (Yokukan-san-gami) continuously for 56 days. The effects of the treatment were measured by the frequency of his problem behavior and the score of the Korean version of Aberrant Behavior Checklist (ABC). After treatment, his challenging behavior became reduced, and his ABC score had been decreased by 24.6%. The findings from this case suggest that the Korean traditional herbal medicine (Yokukan-san) could be effective for challenging behavior in patients with intellectual disabilities.

이 연구는 웹정보원의 지적 구조를 동시링크분석을 이용하여 시기별 변화와 검색엔진별 차이를 중심으로 분석하였다. 지적 구조의 시기별 변화를 분석한 결과, 이차원 지도상에 나타난 웹정보원의 군집과 위치는 6년간의 시간흐름에 따른 지적 구조의 변화를 나타냈다. Altavista와 MSN Search 검색엔진을 대상으로 지적구조의 차이를 분석한 결과, 웹정보원 지도에 나타난 전체적인 지적 구조는 유사한 양상을 나타냈지만, 몇몇 웹정보원의 경우 소속 군집이 달라지는 경우가 발생했다. 인쇄 정보원에 적용되던 동시인용기법이 웹정보원에 대한 통시적 분석에도 응용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

학문의 연구동향 및 연구변화가 문헌의 서지적 현상 속에 숨겨져 있을 것이라는 가설아래, 1990년대의 한국문헌정보학의 지적구조 및 변화를 저자동시인용분석을 통하여 규명해 보았다. 3개 학회지(한국 문헌정보학회지, 정보관리학회지, 한국도서관 정보학회지)의 10년분을 통해 선정된 50명의 저자를 대상으로 다차원축척기법에 의한 저자간의 상관관계, 군집분석에 의한 저자군집, 요인분석에 의한 하위주제영역, 교차분석에 의한 전체주제영역 및 하위주제영역의 변화추이 등을 구체적으로 분석하였다.

Purpose: In the period of international integration, how is the implementation of intellectual property regulation in developing countries? Do intellectual property rights help attract more Foreign direct investment (FDI)? This study aims to show the effect of intellectual property rights, reflect in the number of patent registered (Patent distribution into two components: Patent_residents and Patent_non-residents) on FDI attraction in Vietnam. Research design, data and methodology: Using Autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model for the data collected from 1990 to 2018 with EViews version 9 software. Conclusions: The results indicate that the number of patent protection has a positive effect on FDI in both short term and long term. In particular, only patent registration of foreign individuals and organizations has a significant positive effect on attracting FDI, while that of Vietnamese patents is not statistically significant. From the results of this study, we provide some recommendations to help attract FDI based on raising awareness of intellectual property rights: Increase international cooperation for innovation to learn and encourage patent; Improve the capac ity of inventing as well as the ability to register patents of Vietnamese people; Government agencies are tasked to support a nd review registration procedures; Encouraging patent registration based on the patent.

This paper addresses the question of what kinds of dispute resolution choices can effectively handle complex intellectual property disputes, given the rising importance of IP, the increasing frequency and complexity of IP disputes, and the lack of research on dispute resolution strategies. For this analysis, the study adopted the analytic hierarchy process approach, which covers complex, multi-criteria decision problems, to quantify the expert's judgments on IP dispute resolution choice. Its results show that the effectiveness of resolution methods differs, depending on the type of IP dispute classified into seven issues, which are (i) requirement for validity of IP right, (ii) range and duration of IP right, (iii) transfer of IP right, (iv) licensing, (v) use of IP right, (vi) declaration of IP infringement, and (vii) estimation of damage. The disputes over IPR ownership and IP infringement remain challenging issues in due to strong requirement of the cross-border enforcement. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR), especially arbitration, is determined to be a more effective method to deal with international IP disputes, but various advanced types of ADR techniques should be further developed to deal with the increasing complexity of IP disputes.

This study investigates the direct and indirect effects, mediated by audit committee quality, of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and profitability on intellectual capital (IC) disclosure. The object observed of this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period that are classified as high intellectual capital-intensive industries. Based on the sampling method, purposive sampling, 51 companies were selected as samples. This study used path analysis techniques with IBM SPSS version 25 to study the direct and indirect influences of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and profitability toward IC disclosure. The results of this study show that managerial ownership, profitability and audit committee quality have a significant positive effect on IC disclosure whereas institutional ownership has significant negative effect on IC disclosure. This study also provides empirical evidence, supported by the sobel test, that the audit committee quality is able to mediate the effect of institutional ownership and profitability on IC disclosure. However, the audit committee quality is not able to mediate the effect of managerial ownership on IC disclosure. These findings develop and strengthen the results of prior studies related to the implementation of signaling theory and agency theory in devoting more understanding about IC disclosure.

패스파인더 네트워크를 사용하여 지적 구조의 분석과 규명을 시도한 여러 연구가 발표되었다. 패스파인더 네트워크는 다차원척도법에 비해서 여러 장점을 가지고 있지만 구축 알고리즘의 복잡도가 매우 높아서 실행 시간이 오래 걸리며, 전통적인 지적 구조 분석에 유용하게 사용되어온 군집분석을 함께 적용하기가 어려운 것이 단점이다. 이 연구에서는 이와 같은 패스파인더 네트워크의 약점을 보완할 수 있는 새로운 기법으로 병렬최근접이웃클러스터링(PNNC) 기법을 제안하였다. PNNC 기법의 클러스터링 성능을 전통적인 계층적 병합식 클러스터링 기법들과 비교해본 결과 효과성과 효율성 양면에서 기존 기법보다 우세한 것으로 확인되었다.
