Flow is a concept closely related to intrinsic motivation and is considered a positive factor in sports performance in sports psychology. The purpose of this study was to confirm the addictive nature of Flow through previous studies and propose a new hypothesis that Flow may decrease intrinsic motivation in the long term, unlike previous studies. In line with adaptation level theory and the law of diminishing marginal utility, the satisfaction derived from Flow is continuously decreasing. At some point, the individual's progress is limited and they reach a point where they no longer experience FLOW. However, the individual will continue to try because the desire to experience FLOW again exists. However, failure to experience FLOW and repeated failure will lead to sadness, which will decrease intrinsic motivation.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the experiences and perceptions of nursing students related to their cadaver practice through an integrative review. Methods: An integrative review was conducted using Whittemore and Knafl's framework published in 2005. The key words, "nursing students & cadaver" and "nursing students & anatomy" were used to search peer-reviewed publications in six databases. Among 373 searched articles, 15 articles were selected after excluding articles that did not meet the inclusion criteria. The literature quality was moderate (levels C and B). Results: The results from the 15 selected studies were integrated and classified into seven themes: "anxiety and discomfort," "gratitude and respect for donors," "dignity of the human body and life," "acceptance of death," "getting closer to the nursing profession," "enhanced understanding and memory of the human body" and "enhancement of learning motivation." Conclusion: In conclusion, cadaver practice provided an opportunity to form values about the dignity of life and death, helped nursing students understand the human body, and motivated them to approach the profession of nursing. It is suggested to develop integrated cadaver practice programs that incorporate bioethics, spiritual nursing, and the vocation of the nursing profession.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Android application programming education to control Arduino using App Inventor on industrial high school students' creative and integrative thinking ability. We developed an instructional content based on integrative learning and creative problem-solving model and taught a class on it. The result of this study showed that there was a significant improvement in divergent thinking and motivation items among the sub elements of creative problem solving. In addition, students' survey on the integrated thinking has shown that many students think that they could design an IoT system applied to everyday life based on the knowledge they have learned in this class. Therefore, it can be confirmed that physical computing education using App Inventor and Arduino has a positive effect on students' creative and integrative thinking ability.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to understand the correlations between ego-resilience, self-efficacy and Satisfaction of Department on Nursing Students. Method : The subjects of this study were 352 nursing students in K college. The data collection period was from April 3, 2017 to April 20, 2017. The collected data was processed using SPSS 21.0 and were analyzed using frequency, means, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test and pearson's correlation coefficient. Result : The mean scores for ego-resilience, self-efficacy and department satisfaction of the nursing students were 2.75 (${\pm}1.00$), 2.86 (${\pm}0.95$) and 3.72 (${\pm}0.92$) respectively. The ego-resilience score of the nursing students was significantly differed according to their religion (F=4.39, p=.002), choice motivation (F=3.99, p=.004), and relationship with friends (F=13.53, p=.015). The self-efficacy of the nursing students was significantly different by religion (F=3.18, p=.014). The department satisfaction of the nursing students also differed according to choice motivation (F=7.54, p= .007), and relationship with friends (F=11.66, p=.001). There was a positive correlation between ego-resilience and self-efficacy (r=.608, p<.01), between ego-resilience and department satisfaction (r=.342, p<.01), between self-efficacy and department satisfaction (r=.256, p<.01). Conclusion : The results of this study suggest the following: It is necessary to repeat the study with expanded number and scope of subjects in order to increase nursing a students' interest in Satisfaction of Department. It is necessary to develop programs for enhancing nursing students ego-resilience and self-efficacy which will result in a higher degree of department satisfaction.
The purpose of this paper is to develop and suggest an integrative leadership contingency framework of leadership that will state the situational and psychological factors under which leadership effect should be maximized. Our leadership model presents that situational factors, including development, circumstances urgency and task structure, proposes which of transformational, transactional, empowering, and authentic leadership solutions. Also, our integrative leadership contingency model in turn results in a combination of the level of follower commitment, intrinsic motivation, and individual creativity based on inductive research method. This integrative leadership model suggested here has significant contributions for leadership effectiveness and future leadership research agenda. Next leadership research could experimentally examine the structural relationships between each of the leadership styles and levels of contingency and psychological factors of followers.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct and test a structural equation model for Diabetes self-management (DSM) behavior and Quality of life (QoL) in older adults with diabetes who use Citizen Health Promotion Centers. The theory used this study was a combination of the Information-Motivation-Behavioral Model (IMB) and Self-Determination Theory (SDT) to reflect autonomous characteristics of participants. Methods: Data were collected from April 20 to August 31, 2015 using a self-report questionnaire. The sample was 205 patients with type 2 Diabetes who regularly visited a Citizen Health Promotion Center. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs were used to analyze the efficiency of the hypothesized model and calculate the direct and indirect effects of factor affecting the participants' DSM behavior and QoL. Results: The supported hypotheses were as follows; 1) The variable that had a direct effect on QoL was health behavior adherence (${\gamma}=.55$, p=.007). 2) The variables that had a direct effect on DSM behavior were DSM information (${\gamma}=.15$, p=.023), DSM confidence (${\gamma}=.25$, p<.001), and autonomous motivation (${\gamma}=.13$, p=.048). 3) The variable that had a direct effect on DSM confidence was autonomy support (${\gamma}=.33$, p<.001). Conclusion: The major findings of this study are that supporting patient's autonomous motivation is an influential predictor for adherence to DSM behavior, and integrative intervention strategies which include knowledge, experience and psychosocial support are essential for older adults with diabetes to continue DSM behavior and improve QoL.

This study examines the effects of two motivational orientations on the use of language learning strategies at overall, category, and specific-item levels. 184 students (males and females) from a Korean university responded to the following two questionnaires: the Motivational Orientation Questionnaire (MOQ) developed by the author and Oxford's Strategy Inventory for Language Learning (SILL). The results showed that both integratively- and instrumentally-oriented students were moderate strategy users overall. Integratively-oriented learners were found to use learning strategies more often and a broader spectrum of strategies than instrumentally-oriented learners. A noteworthy finding, however, is that strategy use was not motivation orientation-specific. In other words, the two motivational groups were found to share the similar patterns of strategy use. Independent samples t test results revealed that integratively-oriented students exhibited significantly greater use of overall strategy than instrumentally-oriented students. This phenomenon held true for the use of cognitive, metacognitive, and social categories. At the specific item levels, 13 of the total 50 individual strategies were shown to be employed significantly more often by integratively motivated learners than by their instrumentally motivated peers.
The aim of this study was to examine the impact of the participation motivation of hospital volunteers, their awareness of hospital image, hospital management of volunteers, the organizational interpersonal relationship of volunteers and their satisfaction with volunteer activities on the continuance of their volunteer activities. The subjects were 480 volunteers who did volunteer activities in 37 hospitals in Busan, 399 subjects were responsed. This study is meaningful in that unlike relevant earlier studies of medicine, it attempted to make an integrative analysis of the influential factors for volunteer activities continuance and to make use of structural equation, a more advanced analysis technique. Besides, this study gave some suggestions on the customized management of hospital volunteers, its objects and related logical model.
