신제품개발 성과에 영향을 미치는 부서간 협력요인에 관한 이론적 토대 (A Theoretical Foundation for Examination of the Impacts of the Cross-Functional Integration Factors upon the New Product Development Performance)

  • 이 연구는 ${\ulcorner}$부서간 협력이 신제품 개발성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 이론적 모형${\lrcorner}$을 구축하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이 연구에서 부서간 협력의 핵심요인으로는 ${\ulcorner}$구조적 요인${\lrcorner}$${\ulcorner}$하부 구조적 요인${\lrcorner}$으로 구분되었으며, 이들 요인들이 부서간 협력의 어느 요소에 영향을 미치며, 나아가 신제품개발성과의 어느 분야에 영향을 미치는지를 체계화 모형화 시키는데 연구의 초점을 두었다. 부서간 협력의 ${\ulcorner}$구조적 요인${\lrcorner}$으로는 부서간 직무순환제도, 문서공람제도, 회합의 정례화 등이 제기되었고, ${\ulcorner}$하부 구조적 요인${\lrcorner}$으로는 품질기능 전개(QFD), 컨커런트 엔지니어링(CE), 평가 및 보상시스템 등이 제기되었다. 그리고 이들 요인들은 부서간의 공동목표, 상호작용, 아이디어 및 정보 공유등에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 이들 요인들의 상호작용에 의해 신제품 개발성과의 내용이 크게 좌우되는 것으로 연구되었다. 본 논문의 의의는 선행연구에서 간과되어온 부서간 협력의 ${\ulcorner}$하부구조요인${\lrcorner}$ 이 신제품개발성과에 미치는 영향이 크다는 것을 부각시키는데 있다. 다만 이 연구에서는 이론적 틀을 제공하는데 범위를 한정하였으며, 향후 실증연구를 통하여 관련 변수간의 관계를 구체적으로 검증을 할 예정이다.

Multi-threading 기법을 적용한 선박 전자장치 프로토콜 통합 시스템의 구현 (Development of the Protocol Integration System with Multi-threading Method for the Ship Electronic Device)

  • 안전하고 정확한 항해를 위해 선박에서는 진북을 나타내는 자이로 콤파스와 자북을 가리키는 마그네틱 콤파스, 그 외에 GPS 등의 다양한 선박 전자장치들이 활용되고 있지만 이러한 장치들의 호환성 문제로 인해 전체 선박 시스템의 효율성 및 유지보수성이 크게 저하되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 호환성 문제를 해결하기 위해 선박 전자장치의 다양한 출력신호들을 동일한 하나의 표준 형식으로 변환해 주는 프로토콜 통합 시스템을 제안하였다. 시스템 설계 시 다수의 장치들로부터 입력되는 신호들을 동시에 처리하기 위하여 Multi-threading 기법을 적용하였으며, 실험을 통해 이를 통한 데이터 처리 성능 향상을 확인하였다.

A Research of the Logistics Legal System in China-Korea FTA

  • Purpose - This paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation etc between China and Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted a survey on China and Korea's 2012-2017 years data. After empirically analyzing the data, we believe that cultural industry in Korea and China will maintain its growth momentum. Results - This study explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistic distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Asia. Conclusions- China-Korea FTA can encourage private flow to take on enterprises. In terms of improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance.

  • 발사체 개발사업에서 SI(System integration) 업무란 SI 주관부서로 입고된 발사체 각 부분체들을 시험 및 검사를 통한 적절한 품질관리와 병행하면서 조립하여 하나의 완성된 발사체를 조립하고, 실제로 발사 임무를 수행하는 과정이다. 우주발사체 SI업무는 어느 한 부서의 독립적인 업무가 아니라 모든 기능부서 및 협력업체의 자발적인 협력이 필요한 종합업무이다. 본 문서는 발사체 사업단의 SI업무를 기술함으로서, 발사체 사업에 참여한 기능부서와 협력업체들로 하여금 SI 업무에 대한 이해를 돕는 뿐만 아니라, 실제 SI 업무에서 좀더 효율적인 협업을 위해서 작성되었으며, 이 후 기능부서와 협력업체와의 지속적인 협의를 통해 구체화 될 것이다.

로봇활용교육에 대한 교사들의 테크놀로지내용교수지식 분석 (An Analysis of Teachers' TPACK on Robotics in Education)

  • 본 연구는 초등교사들을 대상으로 로봇활용교육의 테크놀로지내용교수지식(TPACK)에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교사들의 개인적 배경(성별, 교직경력, 테크놀로지 활용교육 연수)과 심리·철학적 배경(테크놀로지 활용교육에 대한 태도 및 신념) 및 학교 배경(테크놀로지 활용교육과 관련된 학교의 분위기, 지원, 시설) 및 에 대해서 살펴보고, 이 중 중요한 요인이 어떤 것인지 살펴보았다. 설문조사는 온라인 도구을 통해서 이루어졌으며, 총 121명의 초등학교 교사들이 참여하였다. 연구결과, 개인적 배경요인에서 테크놀로지 활용교육 연수와 학교의 분위기 및 지원이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 개인의 심리철학적 배경인 테크놀로지 활용교육에 대한 태도와 교육적 신념 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 고려한 요인 중 어떠한 요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는지 살펴본 결과, 테크놀로지 활용교육에 대한 학교의 분위기와 교사들의 연수가 교사들의 TPACK 수준에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 현직 교사들의 로봇활용교육에 대한 TPACK수준을 알아볼 수 있었으며, 추후 로봇활용교육을 효과적으로 진행하기 위해서 교사들로 하여금 어떠한 준비를 해야 하는지와 어떻게 지원할 수 있는지에 대한 근거를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Successful ERP Operations: Process Integration Perspectives and an Agent-Based Support System

  • Any ERP system pushes a company toward full process integration and solves the fragmentation of information. However, the tight process integration can propagate and magnify mistakes made in one department into the other departments in real time. Thus, it can be posited that a central support system for the coordination can help ERP users and administrators dig out problems, take care of tedious validation and verification, and maintain process integration of ERP with great consistency. This paper ,proposes an agent-based ERP operations support system (EOSS) that aims at achieving and maintaining process integration of ERP at the highest level possible. With EOSS, the process integrity is monitored, with anomalies prevented as early as possible and repaired as precisely as possible.

  • Facing the current difficulties of fisheries industry nationally and internationally, economic cooperations between South and North Korea are needed urgently. Applying the process of economic integration to fisheries sector of separated nation, cooperation processes are divided as follows; (1) indirect and direct fisheries trade, (2) reciprocal use of fishing grounds, (3) joint venture in fisheries sector, (4) free movement of production factors and common fisheries policy. Here, fisheries trade falls under economic interchange stage. Reciprocal use of fishing ground and fisheries joint venture come in economic cooperation stage. Finally. free factor movement and common fisheries policy are related with economic integration stage. This paper investigates the schemes for fisheries cooperation between South and North Korea in preparation for a unified Korea, focusing on fisheries trade. The paper is composed of 5 chapters. Chapter 2 discusses structure and characteristics of North Korea trade, and trade situation between South and North Korea. Then, the present condition of North Korea fisheries industry and fisheries trade trend between South and North Korea are presented in chapter 3. Next, chapter 4 tackles the most common problems encountered in fisheries trade between South and North Korea, and the devices and schemes to raise fisheries trade between South and North Korea. Finally, chapter 5 summarizes and concludes the research results.

Research on Construction of the Logistics Legal System in CJK FTA

  • With CJK FTA as a starting point, this paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting marine industrial cooperation, facilitating investment trade, establishing international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation between China, Japan and Korea, and explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China, Japan and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistics distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Northeast Asia, improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance. In short, the improvement for the logistics legal system in CJK FTA is not the responsibility of a country or several countries. It concerns the development and prosperity for the logistics industry in the three countries and is an inevitable choice to promote the vigorous development of CJK FTA and economic take-off of each country.

남북한 경제협력의 불가능 삼각정리와 실천적 협력방안 (Understanding the Trilemma in Inter-Korea Economic Cooperation)

  • Models of South-North Korean economic integration have the problem of circular reasoning. While many studies argue that South-North Korean economic integration would contribute to alleviate security risks in the Korean peninsular, they emphasize the success of any economic model of inter-Korean economic integration is subject to favorable geo-political and security environment. It is a failure in distinguishing between goals and constraints. After identifying three major goals of South-North Korean economic cooperation, this study shows the trilemma among the goals; they are 1) formation of a complete economic community, 2) maintaining independent sovereignty of the two Koreas, 3) promotion of mutual economic interests. The trilemma suggests that it is theoretically impossible to achieve the above three goals at the same time. Only two goals are achievable simultaneously. This study argues that the most practical option is to pursue the combination of goals 2) and 3) considering the complex political and security environment around the Korean peninsular. Recognizing that North Korea is the least developed country in the Northeast Asia region, South Korea's initiatives for inter-Korean economic cooperation should focus on assisting industrialization and integration of the North Korea economy into the Northeast Asian regional production sharing structure. In view of the 'flying geese model' of the sequential industrialization in the region, the least developed economic status of North Korea can partially be explained by its failure to participate in the production network in the region as well as lack of effective implementation of appropriate industrial policy. Therefore, promotion of industrialization of North Korea should be the immediate goal of economic cooperation between North and South Korea. It is an interesting fact that North Korea has rapidly expanded its apparel exports in recent years. It could mean that the North Korean economy is actively responding to the dynamics of international comparative advantage structure, although the production activities are limited to exports to China since the closure of the Gaesung Industrial Complex. The recent increase in apparel export is a starting point for incorporating the Easy Import Substitution fulfilling both domestic and neighboring regional demand of North Korea. It could help integrate North Korea's industry into the production network of Northeast Asia. An immediate policy implication is that the economic cooperation between the two Koreas should focus on facilitating this process and supporting North Korea's industrial policy through South Korea's contribution of capital, technology, and service intermediary inputs.

The Index of Asia-Pacific Regional Integration Effort

  • The Asia-Pacific region is not typically seen as one geographic or socio-economic space. Yet, 58 regional economies occupying the space of 28 million square kilometers from Turkey in the West, Russian Federation in the North, French Polynesia in the East and New Zealand in the South belong to the Economic and Social Commission of Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP). This commission provides a forum for member states that "promotes regional cooperation and collective action, assisting countries in building and sustaining shared economic growth and social equity". In 2013, ESCAP's members adopted the Bangkok Declaration to enhance efforts towards deeper regional economic integration. Yet this document neither proposes a concrete modality or modalities of achieving deeper integration, nor provides a sense of distance of individual countries to a "perceived" integrated Asia-Pacific.This paper aims to comprehensively quantify recent integration efforts of economies in the Asia-Pacific region. We provide an "index of integration effort" based on twelve metrics that measure the relative distance of a given economy to the region as an economic entity. Generally, we find that while the region has trended towards becoming integrated in general, both the level of integration and integration effort are inconsistent among Asia-Pacific economies. We discuss potential applications and extensions of the index in developing our perspective of the region's economic and social dynamics.
