New renewable energy information becomes one of the greatest issues all over the world because of serious environment problems and limited fossil resources. The new renewable energy source information system is treated seriously for efficient management and distribution as dealing with these energy problems. However, it is difficult to manage and utilize new renewable energy information because gathering and surveying information is progressed individually in each research field. Therefore this paper will establish ISP(Information Strategy Planning) and propose the basic management system based-on GIS to analyze new renewable energy such as solar energy, wind power, small hydro, biomass, geothermal etc. and build the integration management system. The proposed integration management system can provide spatial analysis using thematic map, data search, data import/export and interpolation about users' queries.

SCM은 제품생산을 위한 프로세스를 부품조달에서 생산계획, 납품, 재고관리 등을 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 관리 솔루션이다. SCM은 그 기본이 공급망 전체를 보고 최대의 효율을 목표로 프로세스를 꾸준히 혁신하는 활동이다. 여기에는 조직, 예산, 책임과 권한이 재조정되고 설정돼야 하기 때문에 어떤 접근방법으로 구축하는 냐에 따라 성패를 좌우한다. 이에 SCM통합전략과 추진방법으로 통합모형과 시스템의 구성요소, 정보기반기술, 응용기술, 추진모델에 의한 구축방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 방안에 접근하기 위해서는 무엇보다 기업의 공급망상의 보완점과 어떤 부분이 비효율성인가를 판별해야 하고 둘째, 공급사슬의 미래비젼과 목표를 설정하여 무엇이 성공적인 공급망을 좌우하는가를 고려한다. 셋째, 현재의 공급망과 미래공급망사이의 갭을 없애기 위한 조치를 도출한다. 넷째, 위의 결과로서 기업의 일치된 공급망전략의 통합모형 및 구축모델에 대한 대안이 도출되어야 할 것이다.

We present here the strategy of data integration for inference of genetic regulatory modules. First, we construct all possible combinations of regulators of genes using chromatin-immunoprecipitation(ChIP)-chip data. Second, hierarchical clustering method is employed to analyze mRNA expression profiles. Third, integration method is applied to both of the data. Finally, we construct a genetic regulatory module which is involved in the function of ribosomal protein synthesis.

시스템 통합의 포괄적인 의미로는 사용자요구를 만족시키고, 사업의 성공을 위해 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, 네트워크, 시스템개발, 유지보수, 교육, 인력 등을 자기 책임하에 조달 확보하여 제공하는 것이다. 그러나 아직 이에 대한 기본개념이 정립되지 있지 않고 추진절차에 따른 모델링작업이 되어 있지 않다. 본고에서는 첫째, SI에 대한 기본개념을 실무중심으로 정립하고 둘째, SI추진절차를 최신기법의 대형 프로젝트를 중심으로 모델링화 작업을 하였다. 이러한 추진방법론을 바탕으로 일반 SI사업뿐만 아니라 GIS사업추진시에 단독으로 시스템을 구축하기보다는 조직의 SI 사업의 일환으로 조직전략과 IT기술을 연계하여 시스템을 구축함으로서 국가 및 산업경쟁력을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

In order to overcome the small scale of Korea waterworks and to achieve comprehensive improvement and innovation transformation, the waterworks integration was reviewed. The effect of consolidation was confirmed by the integration of the water supply business in the southern Gangwon region and the western Gyeongnam region in Korea, such as an increase in the flow rate and a decrease in the production unit cost. After facing management and service limitations overseas, more than 1,000 small-scale waterworks projects in the UK were integrated into 27 waterworks providers, and Japan also revised the Waterworks Act in December 2019 and is in the process of integrating waterworks. It is considered appropriate to promote the integration of waterworks projects in Korea by respecting the autonomy of local governments, but using a participatory method, a win-win method, and a linkage method. For the integration of waterworks projects, three strategies are proposed: First creating a national foundation for integration (revision of the Waterworks Act), Second establishing a waterworks integration strategy led by local governments, Third forming an external consensus and providing incentives for participation.

This work presents a proposal for employing reduced numerical integration in the formulation of the 4-node quadrilateral solid finite element. The use of these low-order integration rules leads to numerical instabilities such as those producing the hourglass effect. The proposed procedure allows evaluating a given constitutive model only in one integration point, achieving an attractive computational cost reduction and, also, successfully controls the hourglass effect. A validation of the proposal is included and discussed throughout the paper. To show the efficiency of the proposal, several application examples of masonry structures are studied and discussed. To represent the non-linear mechanical behaviour of masonry a plastic-damage model is implemented within the application of this sub-integration scheme. Also, in order to have a full and computationally efficient strategy to determine the behaviour of masonry structures, involving its evolution to collapse, a homogenization technique with a macro-modeling approach is used. The methodology discussed throughout this paper demonstrates a substantial computational cost reduction and an improved approximation of the non-linear problem evidenced by a reduction of up to 85% of the computational time for some cases.

A company have to grow constantly. If a company does not grow and stagnant, it will be finally out of the market. The contemporary companies fully make use of M&A to search for new growth engines. The reason of companies using M&A as a important tool of a business strategy is the fastest way to achieve technology power, market power, competitiveness. The form of M&A was that leading companies take over smaller companies or merger and acquisition between small companies in the middle of 2000. But now, Mega mergers between industry leading companies often occur and especially domestic of course M&A of foreign companies occurs actively. These days the boom of stock market and the big companies are pouring on sale by restructuring, privatization and the basis of low interest will make the M&A market continuously. In this study, I suggest a solution of actual human resources management by analyzing proven M&A cases and search for various problems of a gap in the leadership and communication in connection with integration of organization culture after M&A. First of all, I arrange the theoretical concept of the subject and analyze the key factors of the success M&A cases, lastly I suggested a HR strategy after M&A. After M&A, HR strategy is ; First, a company have to build a organization culture which is that merger company accommodate a excellent organizational characteristic of predecessor company with consideration of culture difference. Second, M&A must proceed to remove of anxiety about the future and employment stability by excellent leaderships. Third, organization integration after M&A is influenced by the level of integration for that reason it was verified that M&A have to make progress by communication of each 2 organizations.

This paper presents a new algorithm to determine accurate bus-wise transmission loss allocation utilizing path-integrals dictated by the transaction strategy. For any transaction strategy, the total sum of the allocated transmission losses of all buses is equal to the actual loss given by the AC power-flow calculation considering the distributed slack. In this paper, the bus-wise allocation of the transmission loss is calculated by integrating the differential loss along a path determined by the transaction strategy. The proposed algorithm is also compared with Galiana's method, which is the well-known transmission loss allocation algorithm based on integration. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by case studies carried out on the WSCC 9-bus, IEEE 14-bus, New England 39-bus, and IEEE 118-bus systems. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is fast and accurate with a large step size.
