본 논문에서는 Ubiquitous Computing 환경 하에서 이종 시스템 간의 통합을 위한 데이터 관리 기법 모델을 제안하였다. 이종 시스템 간의 통합이 이루어지면 방대한 양의 데이터를 모든 시스템이 공유해야 하기 때문에 무분별한 데이터의 중복과 저장으로 인해 프로세스의 데이터 처리 성능 및 데이터 무결성을 보장받지 못 하는 등의 문제점이 발생한다. 이를 보완하기 위해 Minimal cost Spanning tree의 원리를 적용하여 시스템 통합에 따른 데이터 처리 및 무결성 문제 해결을 위한 메커니즘을 제시하고자 한다.

Many heterogeneous Intrusion Detection Systems(IDSs) based in misuse detection technique including the self-developed IDS are now operating in Defense-ESM(Enterprise Security Management System). IDS based on misuse detection may have different capability in the intrusion detection process according to the frequency and quality of its signature update. This makes the integration and collaboration with other IDSs more difficult. In this paper, with the purpose of creating the proper foundation for integration and collaboration between heterogeneous IDSs being operated in Defense-ESM, we propose an effective mechanism that can enable one IDS to propagate its new detection rules to other IDSs and receive updated rules from others. We also prove the performance of rule exchange and application possibility to defense environment through the implementation and experiment.

Corporation's computerization developed by diffusion of internet, and dysfunction of Information is increasing greatly with virus, computing network infringement. Therefore, the today, corporation security is more and more emphasized. Security solution by that importance of security rises so is developing together Security solution is developing to ESM system in existing single system and important thing is function of each security solution and optimizing design of policy. Existent security policy taking a serious view security from external invasion but security of interior the importance rise the today. Accordingly, must construct ESM system of new structure for this. This paper proposes and embodied integration security administration system that solidify interior security utilizing IDS. Experiment external IP and ID access and analyzed the result.

Network security system used in the large scale network composes individual security system which protects only own domain. Problems of individual security system are not to protect the backbone network and to be hard to cope with in real-time. In this paper we proposed a security system which includes security function at the router, and the access point, which exist at the backbone network, to solve the problems. This security system sends the alert messages to an integrated security management system after detecting intrusions. The integrated security management system releases confrontation plan to each suity system. Thus the systematic and immediate confrontation is possible. We analyzed function verification and efficiency by using the security system and the integrated security management system suggested in this paper. We confirmed this integrated security management system has a possibility of a systematic and immediate confrontation.

According to Homeland Security Act of 2002, DHS in USA is comprehensively responsible for execution of protection methods on the public and private sectors against cyber attack for USA cyber crisis management. There are different laws and organizations according to the sector that is the public, the private, CII(Critical Information Infrastructure, or Non-CII in Korea. In this paper, we show the unified cyber crisis management of USA makes korea realize the importance to integration and systematization for the national cyber crisis management system.

The background of the research is the following: As a result of ultra-light flying device industry development, the utilization of drones and their efficiency have been increasing. However, problems regarding flight permission·approval procedure have not been improved, resulting in increased number of civil complaints. Thus, the purpose of this research is to minimize such civil petition according to the required standards of the two government organizations through enhancing the procedure for managing and employing the system. The research methods entail pinpointing the problems by analysing ultra-light flying device related literature review and by holding focus-interviews with field experts, thereby verifying and providing improved solutions. Under (MLIT) Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport supervision and in accordance with aviation security law, the research provides various updated functions such as improved civil petition processing system's employment and management system, flight approval, integration of names, process, format regarding aviation photographing approval, tool buttons such as the 'Main' button in the system's homepage. This research has the following expected effects : Firstly in the law and regulations section, the clear distinction in the missions and roles of each organization enhances cooperations in tackling civil petition. Secondly the integration of civil petition process reduces time and improves efficiency. And lastly, the improvement of supplementary tools for the public is expected to minimize civil petitions. Future research needs to be conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of National Defense(MND). Factors such as systematic infrastructure for flight photography approval, related unit's reorganization following the defense reform 2.0, and guaranteed conditions for field security action units need to be ameliorated.

The purpose of this study aimed to examine relations between conflict management method and organization of private security companies. 286 guards who worked at security compromies in Seoul in 2010 were selected by using the method of judgment sampling and 279 guards were used for analysis. Reliability of questionnaire used for this study was over .642 in value of Cronbach's $\alpha$. Collected data was analyzed by using factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, F-test, multiple regression analysis and SPSSWIN 17.0. The result is as follows. First, conflict management method for security guards is different depending on socio-demographic features. Second, organizational performance of security guards is different depending on socio-demographic features. Third, conflict management method of security guards has effect on organizational performance. The higher the method of managing conflict through integration, compromise, favor and governance, the higher cohesion, organizational immersion and job satisfaction.

The article reveals and theoretically substantiates the trends of foreign language teachers' professional training in universities of Ukraine in terms of European integration, which are systematized in three areas: macro-level (system of education), meso-level (universities) and micro-level (subjects of educational process). The article aims to substantiate the trends of foreign language teacher training in the context of European integration and the main directions of creative use of constructive ideas of European experience in the innovative development of education. The article lights up the system for improving foreign language teacher training in universities, which is based on updated goals, content and approaches to the implementation of basic concepts, principles and features of teacher training in European experience, enable us to improve the quality of teacher training, its competitiveness in the European labor market. In the article developed the conceptual model of strategic development of the university in the conditions of European integration. It is emphasized that information technologies provide great opportunities for the development of professional skills and intellectual potential of future professionals. At present, the computerization of the educational process in higher education institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education. The article offered directions of internationalization of educational activity of university in the conditions of European integration. Diagnostic tools for the development of the university in terms of integration into the European educational space, individual rating and ranking of structural units of the university have been developed; main directions of activity of the laboratory of the skill of the teacher of higher school and methodical recommendations on the creation and the organization of work of scientific laboratories.

The article proves the relevance of developing conceptual frameworks for managing the quality assurance of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of their participants. It is established that the fundamental difference of the logistic approach in management from traditional approaches is the allocation of a single management function of previously separated, disparate material flows, as well as economic, technological, information integration of chain links into a single system capable of effective management of these flows. It is substantiated that the functioning of the enterprise as a logistics system can be represented in the form of a triad of logistics components, namely: supply logistics, production logistics, sales logistics. Management of quality assurance processes of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of their participants is a functional component of the entire logistics system due to the quality of work and interaction of all participants in the implementation of certain activities. The quality of logistics activities will affect the level of economic potential, rationalization and optimization of all logistics flows. It is proved that the management of quality assurance processes of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of their participants involves the following main areas: the introduction of a quality system of logistics processes; development and implementation of the general strategy of quality improvement at the enterprise; internal integration; controlling. Management of quality assurance processes of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of its participants requires compliance with the following requirements: systematic and comprehensive management of all flow processes; coordination of criteria and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the entire logistics system; dissemination of the use and application of information technology; ensuring partnerships and close interaction of all participants in sales networks.
