  • Delay claim should actually be supported by a set of proper information so that the contractors could prove their validity. The so-called information should be able to clarify the relationship between delay events and how they impact on the whole project. Therefore, exploiting an integrated system by people who are involved in construction business would certainly prove helpful. In the present study, delay analysis methods have been investigated along with selecting a relatively comprehensive method which has been modified, and eventually, a novel model and its required modules have been proposed for evaluating delay claims. The suggested integrated model is formed to identify delayed events, to classify delays, to measure the impacts of delays on the project scheduling, and finally to estimate the damages which were caused by those so-called delays. A decision support system (DSS) model which is related to the integrated system is actually extracted from Iran's general contract conditions, that is, 4311 magazine (equivalent to red FIDIC book). It is then programmed and coded by C# program. This DSS model can be used as an input of Easy Plan program. In addition, at the end of this research, the coded DSS has been used along with the so-called program so that a modified and developed model could be generated.

For this purpose, first, this study emphasizes that the development of integrated and differentiated program for HFSC is needed. Second, this study shows the theoretical background including ecological system theory, family system analysis theory, and family life coaching process. Third, assessment and evaluation system and subsystems are suggested as a basic frame for developing family life diagnosis tool. This system is based on the comparative analysis about the studies relating family life planning and case management. Fourth, the process of family empowering program is suggested to accomplish the family needs and goals. This process include the assessment, family life coaching for problem solving and/or family life planning, and following education and counselling. Last, this study shows how this program is related to other programs of HFSC. Family members can participate various programs of this center for preventing or solving the problem on the basis of evaluation results. Family-empowering program for making family healthy can be a representative and integrating program for this center.

  • This paper reports on the development of the analysis program of the valve train system, IV-TAP. It is essential to verify the stability of the design and to improve the performance of the system. In order to do that effi챠ently, it is required that integrated and interactive simulation analysis program. IV-TAP is developed in the base of the object-oriented, capsulation, modulization, OLE(objected linking and embedding) and variational design theory. So it contain the expandability and flexibility of the structure. In additon to that, it is programed to make the convenient user interface by using the visualization programming. It can support the modification of the valve element as well as the development of the valve system in the beginning. It is expected to reduce the money and effort for design the valve train system.

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop an integrated health promotion program for cancer survivors residing in the community based on the shared care model, and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods: A quasi-experimental trial was conducted. The participants consisted of 35 cancer survivors with completed intensive cancer therapy at the cancer hospital. The intervention group (n=20) and the control group (n=15) were recruited from among a district home cancer patient registrations. The intervention group participated in an integrated health promotion program based on the MAPP (Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnership) development process. The program consisted of physical, psycho-social and body image units. The participants were assessed before the program, and immediately after the program. Data were collected between July 1 and September 2, 2018 using FACT-G quality of life (QOL), distress thermometer (DT), and resilience. The data were analyzed by performing a χ2 test, Fisher's exact test, Mann-Whitney test, and ranked ANCOVA using SPSS. Results: The intervention group reported a higher QOL overall and significantly higher social/family well-being than the control group. Distress was significantly lower in intervention group than in the control group. Resilience had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: These findings indicate that the integrated health promotion program base on the shared care model and MAPP development process could be effective intervention for improving social/family well-being and the QOL, and reducing distress of cancer survivors at home. Community health center nurses need to provide intervention to support self-care competency for cancer survivors' comprehensive care with physical, psycho-social, and body image to help them adjust their life to a moderate risk group in the community.

  • North Dakota State University (NDSU) Extension Service's purpose was to create a learning partnership that helped adults and youth enhance their lives and communities. NDSU Extension Service has maintained a strong blend of county, regional and state staff to support their program delivery. Experiment Station and Extension Service were integrated both in their job duties and at the administrative level. While researchers at the campus and center carried out both research and outreach activities with producers, Extension staff both at county and center carried out some research activities as well as outreach activities. The strong county-based Extension network was the main avenue for program delivery. Extension agents also provide programs on a multi-country basis. Program planning includes county advisory councils, multi-county advisory councils, support groups, and commodity groups, such as farmers and business people. Planning was used to shape their long-range plan of work along with adjustments to their annual activities. Funding of the NDSU Extension Service has been a blend of federal, state, and county dollars. In the past few years, grant dollars and agency partnerships have increased. Local input into extension programs, combined with support and funding from state and federal partners, enabled the extension service to truly meet the needs of people.

  • This study is about the present condition of facilities for the disabled at elementary schools in Ulsan and improvement plan of facilities for the disabled. The important thing of tasks of societies and nations is rights to education for the disabled. If an education is natural rights that give people identification, Societies and nations do their best to adapting anyone no matter who has any circumstance to civilization. The more people are poor, the more Societies and nations support and give them chance to education. Among people who really need the chance to education, there was the disabled. Therefore, societies and nations support them carefully more than any others. Above all things, considering the fact that separation to integration of a education for the disabled, facilities for the disabled that can base on an integrated education must be improved as soon as possible. An integrated education contribute to growing sociality and security of human rights for the disabled. It is natural that basic facilities are necessary for the disabled. A systematic program development that make ordinary students look fairly disabled students is really demanded for that ordinary students give disabled students love and help.

  • Intracellular lipid-binding proteins (LBPs) impact fatty acid homeostasis in various ways, including fatty acid transport into mitochondria. However, the physiological consequences caused by mutations in genes encoding LBPs remain largely uncharacterized. Here, we explore the metabolic consequences of lbp-5 gene deficiency in terms of energy homeostasis in Caenorhabditis elegans. In addition to increased fat storage, which has previously been reported, deletion of lbp-5 attenuated mitochondrial membrane potential and increased reactive oxygen species levels. Biochemical measurement coupled to proteomic analysis of the lbp-5(tm1618) mutant revealed highly increased rates of glycolysis in this mutant. These differential expression profile data support a novel metabolic adaptation of C. elegans, in which glycolysis is activated to compensate for the energy shortage due to the insufficient mitochondrial ${\beta}$-oxidation of fatty acids in lbp-5 mutant worms. This report marks the first demonstration of a unique metabolic adaptation that is a consequence of LBP-5 deficiency in C. elegans.
