  • This study of bimodal integration management system in conjunction with the tram and the tram cars bimodal integrated management system that occupies a part of the system to perform its role as a bimodal tram vehicle configuration, a device for the vehicle's infrastructure ryureul development and it is aimed to build on the vehicle.   • 최근 통신기술이 발달함에 따라 무선통신 주파수 대역폭은 더 넓어지게 되었고, 고집적 반도체 소자는 고속전철 시스템에 더 많이 적용되고 있다. 고속전철 시스템에서 사용되는 집적된 전력 반도체의 RFI (Radio Frequency Intereference, 라디오파 방해) 민감도 [또는 내성(耐性)]는 시스템의 안전에 많은 영향을 준다. 이 연구에서는 고속전철 시스템의 무선통신 주파수 대역에서 RFI 민감도 기준과 측정방법이 조사되었다.

도시철도내 지능형 객체인식 시스템 구성 및 설계 (A design and implementation of Intelligent object recognition system in urban railway)

  • 도시철도인 지하철은 대중교통 수단 중의 핵심이라고 할 수 있다. 도시 철도는 항상 많은 승객들이 이용하다 보니 도난, 범죄, 테러 등의 심각한 문제에 늘 노출되어 있다. 특히 도시철도 환경 특성상 감시 범위가 넓게 분산되어 있고 감시 대상 범위가 급증하고 있어 기존 CCTV와 같은 수동적인 감시만으로는 종합적인 관리가 어려운 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 도시철도내 지능형 객체인식 시스템을 구성, 설계 방법 및 객체 인식 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하고자 하는 객체 인식시스템은 역사내 카메라 영상을 분석하여 승강장 및 대합실에서 제한구역내 접근이나, 방치 혹은 일정 시간 이상 움직이지 않는 물체가 있는 경우를 위험 상황으로 인지하고 신속하게 대응 할 수 있도록 하고자 하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 기존 Kalman 필터를 이용한 객체 인식율 84.62%에 비해 지정지역 감지에 대해서는 100%, 방치된 물체 감지는 최소 82% 이상, 움직임이 없는 물체 감지에서는 94% 이상의 감지율을 나타내어 실효성을 입증하였다.

철도시설 공간정보DB 구축을 위한 법제도 개선방안 (Improvement of Regulations for Establishing Spatial Information Data Base of Railway Facilities)

  • 정부는 국가공간정보 활용 기반 마련을 위해 1995년부터 국가 GIS (Geographic Information System)사업을 통해 토지, 도로, 지하시설물, 통계 등 다양한 분야의 GIS활용체계를 구축 운영해 오고 있다. 이러한 기반 하에서 공간정보산업에 대한 중요성이 부각됨에 따라, 국토교통부는 "국가공간정보정책 기본계획"과 "국가공간정보정책 시행계획"을 수립하여, 국가교통분야의 공간정보구축 및 제공을 위한 구체적인 방안을 마련하고 있다. 하지만, 타 분야에 비해 철도 및 철도 관련 시설에 대해서는 공간정보가 체계적으로 구축 제공되지 않고 있다. 즉, 국가공간정보 통합DB에서도 볼 수 있듯이 연계 정보로서의 '교통정보'와 행정정보로서의 '교통'항목이 포함되어 있을 뿐 구체적인 철도 및 철도 관련 시설물에 대한 공간정보에 대한 내용은 부재한 상황이다. 이는 철도 및 관련 시설물에 대한 정보구축 및 활용에 관한 법 제도가 미비하여, 실제 구축사업 및 활용방안에 대한 연구가 부재하기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국가공간정보포털의 교통시설 공간정보 DB 구축 동향을 검토하였고, 철도 및 공간정보 관련 법제도를 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 철도 및 관련 시설물의 공간정보 구축 관리 운영 관련 조직설립, 정보 구축 및 관리 관련, 정보 활용관련 법 제도 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 토대로 향후 국가 통합공간 정보 내에 다양한 공간정보를 제공하는데 도모할 것이며, 철도 선로 및 시설물에 대한 통합 시설관리, 진보된 유지보수 시스템 등을 구축할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Recently, started to apply a strategy of selection and concentration in the construction and transportation R&D for the effective utilization of limited R&D resources. The department of construction and transportation planned the construction and transportation R&D innovative road map by the future 10 years technical requirement under the first year on the innovation of the construction and transportation technology from last year. The innovative road map which is a strategic and long term master plan integrated a construction and transportation suggested a vision as value createar for a improvement of living quality in the future. And made a specific goal that is the seventh construction technology level and the fifth transportation technology level in the world. The department of construction and transportation is planning a mid- long range planing of the construction and transportation R&D as following measurement of innovative road map. KICTEP and KISTEP planned a mid- long range R&D planing of the transportation system, logistics, aviation, railway for the last year. Introducing a methodology used a mid- long range plan and main results of the future railway R&D plan. And suggesting a politic comments for the effectively propelling railway R&D projects.

  • Current subway station's office employee must perform safety management tasks by monitoring the various safety management systems. But these monitoring systems are limited in effective situational awareness and response to a state of emergency immediately. It is necessary to develop an integrated safety management system display. In this study, we developed subway station safety management system's (CCTV, fire detection & alarm system, screen door control equipment) integrated prototype display with ecological interface design framework and evaluated prototype display interface's usability with GOMS model. The result was that the ecological interface's performance was better than existing safety management system's interface.

Integrated Navigation Filter Design for Trains Considering the Mounting Misalignment Error of the IMU

  • To estimate the location of the train, we consider an integrated navigation system that combines Inertial Navigation System (INS) and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). This system provides accurate navigation results in open sky by combining only the advantages of both systems. However, since measurement update cannot be performed in GNSS signal blocked areas such as tunnels, mountain, and urban areas, pure INS is used. The error of navigation information increases in this area. In order to reduce this problem, the train's Non-Holonomic Constraints (NHC) information can be used. Therefore, we deal with the INS/GNSS/NHC integrated navigation system in this paper. However, in the process of installing the navigation system on the train, a Mounting Misalignment Error of the IMU (MMEI) inevitably occurs. In this case, if the NHC is used without correcting the error, the navigation error becomes even larger. To solve this problem, a method of easily estimating the MMEI without an external device is introduced. The navigation filter is designed using the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) by considering the MMEI. It is assumed that there is no vertical misalignment error, so only the horizontal misalignment error is considered. The performance of the integrated navigation system according to the presence or absence of the MMEI and the estimation performance of the MMEI according to the method of using NHC information are analyzed based on simulation. As a result, it is confirmed that the MMEI is accurately estimated by using the NHC information together with the GNSS information, and the performance and reliability of the integrated navigation system are improved.

  • For the next generation railway brake system, a disc brake which can be operated directly and electrically is strongly expected. This paper deals with newly developed disc brake actuator using giant magnetostrictive materials(GMM) which can be integrated with disc brake. Regarding the brake system performance, a better delay time was also attained which can be integrated with disc brake. In order to determine the status of the power plant during operation and behavior of the partial discharge current state data, regular monitoring and inspection requirements also stamp the basic current, voltage, temperature and humidity should be identified.

  • There should be a need for measures to build up environmentally friendly transport system with new town for residence being built near metropolitan area. In order to promote the development of station influence area, convenience for public transport users and LRT(Light Rail Transit) construction, request for the speed improvement of urban transit is on the rise for easy access to the metropolitan area. This paper delves into the efficient operation of high speed train suitable for passenger demand estimates, and seeks to ensure integrated transportation system with subway Line 9 following the construction of Gimpo urban railway.
