In order to solve the rapidly increasing domestic delivery volume and various problems in the recent metropolitan area, domestic researchers are conducting research on the development of "Urban Logistics System Using Underground Space" using existing urban railway facilities in the city. Safety analysis and scenario analysis should be performed for the safe system design of the new concept logistics system, but the scenario analysis techniques performed in previous studies so far do not have standards and are defined differently depending on the domain, subject, or purpose. In addition, it is necessary to improve the difficulty of clearly defining the control structure and the omission of UCA in the existing STPA safety analysis. In this study, an improved scenario table is proposed for the AGV horizontal transport device, which is a key equipment of an urban logistics system using underground space, and a process model is proposed by linking systematic STPA safety analysis and scenario analysis, and UCA and Control Structure Guidelines are provided to create a safety analysis.

국내 농업이 가지고 있는 구조적 문제와 해외시장 진입에 대한 전략과 실행력 부족으로 인해 농식품 수출시장 경쟁력이 향상되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 환경에서 본 연구는 우리나라 수출농업 활성화를 위해 농식품 수출부문의 경쟁력을 제고시킬 수 있는 공급사슬관리 관점에서의 현실적이고 전략적인 비즈니스모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 농식품 수출물류 비즈니스모델은 농식품 수출물류센터를 중심으로 공급사슬 상의 구성원들을 효율적으로 통합 관리 할 수 있는 모델이다. 수출물류센터는 수출물류 시스템 구축, 해외시장 개척, 수출을 위한 전략적 상품 발굴과 개발 등 농식품 수출 효율화를 기반으로 대기업의 가공식품과 중소업체의 농식품을 동시에 유통하는 상품믹스, 수출물류 물적 프로세스적 시스템 구축, 해외시장 개척과 목표시장의 접근성 확보 등으로 구성된 농식품 수출증대를 위한 통합모델이다.

Purpose - In general, large companies have larger organizations, funds, and systems to provide more effective and efficient services in the market. However, development needs to support the livelihood of ordinary citizens who work for small businesses as well. This research suggests that a new distribution channel, called a "foothold style Kosa mart," that cooperates jointly with a distribution center and a large discount mart can provide direct solutions to small and mid-size distributors. This new distribution channel can achieve a limited type of "Nadle shop (small supermarket) foster project" related to building a joint distribution center and improvement in wholesale supply. Research design, data, and methodology - Data about the Korea distribution situation, the Nadle stores, and the logistics centers were collected from literature, Statistics Korea, journals, and reports. Specifically, we investigated information about Kosa Mart and Nadle stores. We focused on the redesign of the distribution center for the Nadle store. Results - The Kosa Mart distribution center now includes 18 warehouses, and has been handling 2000-3000 items. Most of the warehouses have been simply designed and items loaded and stored without refrigeration; thus, it is possible to store only products of certain manufactured goods. The current logistics center has no wholesale function because it failed to resolve the joint purchasing and product supply issues of competitively priced products. Conclusions - This study aimed to identify ways to strengthen the competitiveness of small- and medium-sized retailers. A Kosa Mart redesign aims to unifying the logistics center, stores, and customers. First, the joint wholesale logistics system, equipped with an integrated ordering system, needs to process customer orders and store orders at the same time. Second, excellent small business product development has to connect with production. Third, the store composition needs to support a shipping hub. Fourth, the Mart differentiates itself from convenience store goods by supplying regional and specialized products to customers. Fifth, a service buying agent and direct transactions between producers and consumers need to be established, and exhibits and displays of goods need to be improved.

This paper is an integrated system with Manure Pallet Pool System(MPPS) and Agricultural products Pallet Pool System(APPS). This is an management tool that helps to successfully reduce logistics cost and improve pallet availability. It allows enterprise leaders to create profit through system structure improvement. Already traditional PPS is implemented by pallet rental company, but it is irrationally. In the integrated system proposed MPPS-and-APPS, this describes how to combine and implement and measure rental pallet rate. Using a newly developed management technique for MPPS-and-APPS, i.e., 2-dimensional contract, this system can motivate manager and employee to develop their company Furthermore, this paper is useful of performance measure and application in operational unit.

The positive and negative opinion to cargo demand of Incheon's SAMT in the near future remains cloudy. Considering port and shipping environmental changes and the logistics situation of China which explains the lack of facilities in Chinese airports, the creating of SAMT cargoes of the Incheon region could catches a favorable opportunity to be a logistics hub in the North-East Asia. On the other hand, as open-sky policy and direct-call service has been carried out between China and N.A.(North America), Incheon could cause a loss of competitiveness in SAMT because the enhancement in the aspect of the connectivity of Chinese airlines and shipping lines makes customer sent to last destination their cargoes whenever they want. In the same context, this paper analyses on conditions of domestic and international SAMT and proposes in this uncertainty future forecasting of SAMT of Incheon by scenario planning according to changes in integrated SAMT, measuring the likelihood of final scenario. This study shows the Sea & Air multi-transport volume will have either slight increase or decrease from the current condition. Consequently, RFS expansion and system & service improvement through strong ties with major cities in China will be required in a short run aspect. Nonetheless, we also need to take domestic & international transportation environment into account in the long run.

기존의 B2B, B2C 컴퓨터 시스템 및 애플리케이션은 클라이언트-서버 기반으로 비즈니스 거래가 이루어 졌으며, 개인 디바이스에서 메인프레임에 이르기까지 상이한 하드웨어와 소프트웨어로 구성되었다. 최근 온라인으로 비즈니스 거래가 활발해지면서 데이터, 애플리케이션, 하드웨어의 통합과 호환성이 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이 논문은 e-비즈니스의 한 분야인 통합물류 시스템에서 온라인 비즈니스 거래시 상호운용성 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 메시지 전송시스템과 문서변환 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 메시지 전송시스템은 국가간 전자상거래 표준인 ebXML의 비즈니스 메시지 교환에 사용되는 ebMS 2.0과 이기종간에 안전한 메시지 전송이 가능한 J2EE의 JMS를 통합하였다. 그리고 문서변환 시스템은 XML 기반 표준-비표준 물류문서를 교환하도록 하였으며 메시지 송수신 시스템과 통합 후 웹 서비스를 제공한다. 우리는 시스템 테스트를 위해 비즈니스 시나리오와 테스트 데이터를 이용하여 상호운용성과 시스템 안정성을 보였다. 또한 시스템 적합성 인증을 위해 ebXML 아시아 위원회 ITG 그룹과 테스트를 수행하였으며 기존 시스템과 비교 평가하였다.

본 논문에서는 효율적인 물류정보 시스템 구축을 위하여 태그의 위치정보를 통합한 RFID 시스템을 개발하였다 이 시스템은 GPS가 내장된 RFID 리더기, 그리고 위치정보를 서비스하기 위한 네트워크 서비스 시스템으로 구성되어 있다. 논문에서 개발된 리더기는 태그의 위치정보의 획득이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 TCP/IP를 이용한 고속전송이 가능하며, 자체적으로 웹 서버의 기능을 갖추어 사용자가 웹 브라우저를 통해 리더기의 데이터를 간단히 조회할 수 있는 기능이 있다 .RFID 네트워크 서비스 시스템은 기존의 EPC 네트워크와 유사하게 설계되었다 . 본 논문에서는 태그 데이터와 위치정보를 동시에 사용자에게 서비스할 수 있는 절차를 제시하고, 물품정보의 등록절차와 조회과정, 그리고 사용자 응용 프로그램을 구현하여 제안한 방법의 유용성을 보였다.제안된 방법은 물품정보와 위치정보를 동시에 서비스 할 수 있어 물품의 위치추적이나 이력 관리등에 유용하게 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, Human-in-the-Loop (HiTL) simulations of Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) operations in two different Air Traffic Management (ATM) concepts, conventional radar vectoring and Trajectory Based Operations (TBO), were performed to assess the impacts of RPAS integration in the future ATM environment. TBO concept maximizes the throughput by planning and sharing 4-D trajectories between pilots and controllers, and it is considered one of the key concepts to enable RPASs to operate with manned aircraft in congested airspaces. RPASs are characterized by having communication delay or temporary loss of communication. TBO capability was added to the integrated air traffic simulation system for this study, which was developed in the Inha University. HiTL simulations were performed by a trainee air traffic controller with three scenarios, and the data were analyzed using safety, efficiency, and controller workload metrics. The results suggest that TBO were effective in reducing delays and controller workload while maintaining the level of safety.

본 연구는 생산-운송시스템에서 수요자와 생산시설 및 운송네트워크이 주어질 경우 최소의 비용으로 고객을 지원할 수 있는 시스템의 결정을 위한 GIS(Geographic Information System) 기반의 차량 운송시스템의 연구이다. 주요 결정 변수는 생산공장의 위치, 운송네트워크, 운영할 창고 및 재고유지수준 등이 포함된다. 본 연구에서는 다-품목 생산 및 공급문제를 비 선형문제로 정식화하고 이를 선형문제로 변환하여 정수계획문제(IP)로 해를 구하였다. 이를 위한 전산 프로그램을 개발하고 예제들을 응용하고 그 결과를 보였다.

Now we are faced on the national policy to aim at the nationwide logistics center in North-East Asia. To come true, Korean ports developments policies are better off going towards integrated governmental supportive system build-up, activated infra-structures, back-yard developments, legal and institutional system, international co-ordination networks system, customer-oriented port management system like one-stop services, and multi-variate financing resources. Above all, Related governmental institutions strongly have self-confidences and devotional efforts to make them all implemented not losing own way.
